Was pretty standard. Although the staff didn't seem to be the friendliest, they took care of me quickly and got me out of there. They basically did what they're there to do and nothing more.

My first time renting a box truck. necessary. I move and move my belongings and I searched on the Internet and found. U HAULL are very professional I recommend them..

The experience was not great due to charges, no one can explain why I was stuck with a one-way rental for 3 days. All of the associates I asked explained that it is confusing sorry but here is your price, when I only wanted to rent the vehicle for one day. I am very disappointed and will not use U-haul in the future. The corporate side of the company should have a detailed explanation of charges regarding their policy and procedures. I did review the frequently asked questions, but did not find any answers. One positive was that the staff was friendly and professional.

Huge mistake at the end! About an hour or so after my rental return , I had my E-mail return receipt and final charge , I received a U-HAUL phone call asking where the truck was and what was it's condition! Needless to say a momentary PANIC for me. Not a good feeling.

U-Haul of Taunton was excellent. U-haul of Brockton at the last minutes couldn't uphold our confirmed reservation for a 26ft truck and their only option they gave us was to switch to a 10ft or go all the way to Hanover for a 26ft. That's not good customer service if you ask me! Thanks to Taunton it worked out.

When I arrived at the facility I didn't call ahead to make sure the site manager would be there. Fortunately for me when I called the number on the office door I was able to co. Etc with a GREAT representative that brought me through the process of renting a unit. I wish I remember her name but she had a wonderful southern accent. If you look up my name Robert Biela hopefully you can find who helped me and give her a huge raise. Thank you Happy Holidays

This storage option was the best-priced one around, but it also had the best amenities. It was indoors and climate-controlled. The price went up a bit over the years, but not by much, and it was still cheaper than many outdoor options. The security was also great, with a card check-in and check-out on top of the physical lock. I'd recommend this location to anyone.

Mobile check-in AND check-out was awful. Your website is slow, information I submitted (license, etc. the day before in advance of the pickup was deleted or didn't take even though it said it was all set upon submission. Staff at the location were great when I had to go in to check in due to your mobile check-in issues.

Facility was clean , neat , and organized. The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable, and in minutes I was all set up. The only confusing part was I got an email from U Haul asking that I fill out a form giving all the information you already had. I called the facility and was assured I was in fact all set. All in all it was a great experience.

Communication at UHaul is terrible from the national to the local level. No one on the ground knows when an order has been placed, and everyone is guessing when things will arrive (or outright making it up). The locations are understaffed, and while the local workers who have helped me have been very kind and helpful at every location, they are overworked and cannot keep up with demand.

I've done my homework and over the years, have had 5 rental units in 3 states to store both personal and professional items. When the other guys engage in unethical business practices and tell you, "That's just how it works in this industry," don't believe them. Our non-profit organization had a small unit at this facility for 3 years. Over that period, our rate went up modestly, usually once per year. We made the mistake of transferring to another company which did a pricing, "bait and switch." The UHaul Taunton facility made it super easy to come back, which we did this week. The staff is professional and helpful, the units are clean, and we've never had a problem using the electronic access system. I highly recommend this company and want to give a special thank you to Andrew, the staff member who checked us in yesterday and who facilitated an earlier-than-expected move-in date so we didn't have to pay the other company another penny.

My storage experience was an "okay" one as I had asked the representative for a 1-2 bedroom storage but was reserved the smallest one. The truck reservation was a nightmare! We were given another customer's truck and it took more than 2 hours to return the truck in Taunton.

I really loved the ability to drive into the building for loading/unloading. It was especially nice in the colder months and on rainy days. The restroom was always spotless and well appointed. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars!

God gagnon shine down the keys of hope onto my lesser, pitiful hands. As the cold but reassuring metal lay upon my worked palms, he looked at me with facetios eyes and spoke "let me show you around." Worse place to trust my belongings. Would not recommend to anyone, considering someone tried breaking into my unit with a grinder. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED OR MY BROTHERS IN THE MC WILL BE PAYING A VISIT

The manager was very nice, friendly, greeted me when I walked up to the counter. He demonstrated how to properly close and lock the unit. He highlighted the map for me so I would know where to go. I was there during my lunch break and he got me in and out with time to spare. :)

Did not like the fact that I paid for a lock that I had to struggle with to unlock.I was told I would have to get a locksmith,but thankfully after playing with it I was able to get it opened.I just don't think the fact I was given a choice of a lock wasn't fair.Hopefully it was a fluke thing,otherwise everything was good.

I was very happy with the manager Matthew who allowed me to leave an item in the community space. He made a fair judgment and i was overall very pleased with the information and customer service I received from the staff.

The facility was clean and bright. The staff was extremely helpful in advising me of the available options. I was personally escorted to my assigned space to identify the easiest access and shown how to operate the lock and make the unit secure. As a female who is not familiar with the logistics of such an undertaking, I was pleased to be treated with such respect, patience and kindness.

The man who set up my storage was excellent. I was feeling a little moody and he remained calm, & polite. I was a little put off by being asked for people's address and full name and phone number. That is why I was moody. I had never been asked for anyone's address before for a storage unit so I was wondering if he was being discriminatory & I felt it was intrusive. I didn't want to give someone's address etc. I wanted to say I really appreciated his ability to still help me as he probably would anyone else. I did apologize to him directly before I left.

We were a little concerned after we first reserved the unit because we never received an email confirmation. We called the to inquire and were told the reservation was confirmed and our email was corrected - but still no email confirmation. Non the less, when we arrived on move in day, a unit was available. The staff members was very nice and showed us how the security worked and where our unit was. The only drawback was the unit was a fair distance from the loading area. And we walked past many other units the seemed to be available. All in all, we are very happy with the experience so far. Free locks and a free months rental because we reserved a truck. Can't beat that! Thank you.

The evening that I tried to move in the doors were locked and with in the hours listed as accessible The following day I returned there was a corporate walk through with Probably more than 20 people And only 2 or 3 Uhaul employees wearing protective masks They told me and my 14 yr old niece to pass through but I didn't feel safe in this situation I asked them to put masks on and a few people for what ever reason did not! The sole reason I'm putting my possessions in storage is a result of the virus. I've now become the main caretaker of my 80 yr old mother These employees put my whole households health at risk. I lost more enough people here in Taunton and in my former home of Miami! This blatant disregard for the pandemic is for lack of a better word DISGUSTING
