I use this U-Hual location everysense I use to go too Myrtle Beach for black bike week and I never ran into any trouble, with the staff or equipment for over twenty years.

I waited there for over 5 hours, for them to just tell me they couldn't finish the installation due to not being able to figure out the wiring for the brakes. Went to the east Flatbush location, And was told the job done in Trenton was very sloppy and don't know why that took him 5 hours, and didn't even finish. Wasted an entire day, driving 2 hours back and forth to Trenton from Brooklyn, to then have to find someone else that redid all of the work and fixed it.

I don't remember the gentleman that help me, but he was very helpful. Definitely will use that location when needed.

This location has the friendliest and most helpful staff I've encountered at any U-Haul location! It was quick pick up and drop off and lots of helpful items available too!

The customer service I received was terrible. The manager and associate were rude and spoke to me as of they were not interested in my business. I was mis quoted prices by the manager then overcharged at the end. I will not use this location ever again and I would be very hesitant to recommend U Haul to my friends and family in the future.

My Sideview mirrors were cracked safety hazard. Thank you very much I was overcharged on my first visit I paid for 60 miles and when I returned the vehicle I paid for total 200 miles which is what I drove. I should've only paid for 140 I tried to explain this to the lady at the counter I asked her for an itemized Explanation of my bill. She said she can't do that because I didn't pay very rude and give me a hard time. Also, she was on her phone talking to a family member while she was attempting to do her job. Taking deep breath give me dirty, looks rude and shortcut responses. Shame on you U-Haul horrible customer service.

The equipment was not clean and it seems like someone used it to haul plants and left a lot of dirt on the floor. The staff was not very engaged with the customer, were busy with personal calls (I can understand if there is a need to take a call but something casual does not make sense) and when I mentioned the dirt and broken light, there was not much of a reaction except "ok"

The employee service was excellent! However, your mobile application is glitchy and cumbersome making the process impossible to use and time ineffective. The overall concept appears promising but the practice does not work as smoothly. I strongly recommend rethinking it and investing in employees because your mobile app is not ready.

The associate was extremely friendly, helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The van I rented was gassed up, clean and ready to go. I just wished the lot was clearer of snow and ice.

Staff was completely indifferent. Sign says wait in your vehicle for attendant which I did for five minutes watching them through the glass. So I got out of the vehicle and went inside and no greeting no engagement. Etc etc etc

I was double charged for a rental I returned early, after asking about it I was told the original charges would fall off and be returned to my account which hasn't happened at all

This is a big location but there was parking for the truck, the young man was very pleasant and took care of me immediately. A hint - don't fill up at the nearest gas station - EXPENSIVE - if you go past the U-Hall about a mile and turn right there is a station that had gas 80 cents a gallon less - and when you have a hungry truck.... but the UHaul site was great and watching them deal with other customers, both the young man and the young lady were very good. Heck, I'd hire them. Knew the business, worked quickly and GREAT customer relations. I don't know all the details but while I was waiting for my Lyft car to arrive, a customer wanted todo something about paying for a vehicle. The staff was not able to do what he wanted but they made several suggestions and he left happy.

I was charged for an extra day! When I picked up the 15 foot truck, I was told to bring it back before closing on the last day, which they told me was 6 pm. I returned it by 4:30 on the day it was due. When I got the receipt via email the next day, I was charged another day of charges because it wasn't back by 2:15, the time I picked it up! It would have been impossible to bring it back then because we were still moving. When I dropped it off, there was no mention of the extra charges. I'm deeply disappointed by this experience…moving is already expensive enough without an unnecessary $60 charge.

When a person makes a reservation on line make sure that the equipment is in stock. Don't wait until they arrive to tell them it isn't. Don't quote a price on line n up the price in your store. Also, clean your FILTHY trucks!!!

The equipment was in an accident and needed to be fixed. This truck really should have been in the shop to be repaired. When you turned it made a horrible noise.

Driver side door of truck did not completely close, but it was driveable. Additionally, equipment that I had reserved (furniture dolly) was not in the truck as it should have been, and upon inquiry I was informed they did not have any more. It was removed from the bill and the staff quickly took care of the reimbursement. Luckily it wasn't 100 % necessary and I could do without it but that's besides the point. Reserved equipment should be reserved, not "maybe if we have it that day"

Two gnX lads provided excellent service both at check out & check in. I mean EXCELLENT service! 10 stars (meaning above & beyond being professional & courteous). I highly recommend renting from 474 Brunswick Ave Trenton NJ.

When driving the vehicle the left wheel feel like it was bouncing and the vehicle pull to the right. Outside of those issues ot done the job. The was clean.

I had originally reserved a truck at a location closer to me and the area I needed to go to. However, the place didn't have the truck their website stated it had in stock and they sent me to this location which was much further from my home and the place o needed to go to. This caused me to spend a lot more money than anticipated. Having to pay $1,99 per mile is ridiculous especially when I had originally reserved at a different location.

This storage facility is rat infested. I've seen dead and alive rats outside and inside my unit. Rodent feces everywhere!

Didn't use the storage because the property I was bring from NC . I was told by the person it belongs to Didn't want their property. I rented a week before and by her she didn't want anything. So 1 week later I terminated my storage and the rental truck in Nc.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am beyond frustrated with the storage. It was wet in there, I checked my items and I had a bag of 14 pairs of shoes that were drenched and moldy. It was disgusting and un hygienic. I will not recommend anyone storing there. Unhappy customer.

Had my storage unit for 5 years…Vince and his team were awesome. Always ready to help with any issues. Always courteous to me. I would definitely recommend that anyone that ever needs a storage space or needs to rent a truck in Mecrer County use U-Haul of Trenton.

Only frustration was ordering trolleys for my move and then discovering when I arrived at office that there were none available.

My storage unit was infested with mice and roaches. My boxes were full of live roaches, mice droppings. I was so discussed. I was forced to throw away most of my belongings.

after booking a unit online for the stated price, i was shocked to find that U-Haul is unable to keep their word on the units and pricing, as the location said the unit would actually be double the price, and uhaul did not take responsibility for this discrepancy. I do not understand how my reservation online wasn't upheld, as if uhaul doesn't guarantee reservation pricing, why have a reservation system at all?

I am not saying anything bad really but don't keep your things here there is a major issue with rodents and bedbugs I would not recommend this place needs to only be for the vehicles and moving trucks no more than that the storage unit had ruined almost everything I owned but I had to pay for insurance.... Im sad I was paying for a whole bunch of damaged good because of mice and rats.

I had mice in my unit and there were poop droppings everywhere in my clothes on my furniture on dishes. Just disgusting. I reported this issues twice. I have pictures or all my stuff. I wasn't pleased with at all. Even though the unit was outside they should've done something about this to ensure my stuff was protected. Especially since I paid insurance every month.

The Uhaul crew was very accommodating. Until...my belongings were in the storage unit a year and my belongs were EXTREMELY destroyed/damaged by rodents. They nested,eaten paperwork, boxes mice droppings and pee stains EVERYWHERE in my unit. All I was asked by the crew "do I have insurance"? It was horrible and loss of my belongings experience. 

I reserved a storage unit 2 weeks ahead and they gave it away giving me a small unit that i couldnt even fit my furniture now i lost out on furniture for my kids and i they didn't seem to care and wasnt too polite

I didn't use the Brunswick Ave location. I am not using any storage there either. HYANNIS locatio couldn't find Buxton's Storage on Ferry Road, Ewing, 08618. Had to correct by calling UHAUL.
