Ali AlsanoseiThe uhaul app made it such a hassle to check in and receive my equipment. When I called Uhaul customer service for help, they ended up walking me through the process on my phones mobile browser. If the answer to the app not working properly is to simply do it online, I don't understand what the point of the app is besides adding to customer frustration. I'm 8 months pregnant and sat outside the location for 40 minutes because the uhaul app would not let me move forward in the process to pick up my uhaul. I was frustrated because I couldn't get the app to do what Uhaul says it will (make the checkout and check in process easier) AND I had to use the bathroom very badly. I ended up crying in my car because I just couldn't get the app to work. It's really sad that your own employees know the app is unreliable to the point that it's best to just use the online web browser version. Making the uhaul app a pointless time waster. Thank goodness for your employees who helped a frustrated pregnant lady out! The bathroom at the uhaul location I picked my keys up from was so clean and it smelled good!

Damiya SenterContract was incorrect. Contract stated that truck had 1/2 a tank of gas when it was closer to 1/4. Person behind counter was on a personal phone call the entire time I was trying to get my rental and was reading my personal phone number out loud while on the phone.
Matthew DoubtOnly issue I did not like was that the dolly was a pre-fill on your online order system. I did not see that and was charged for something I did not need. Hats of to the staff, they removed the charge when I asked about it. Overall-great staff at this location
kent kinzerThe truck I drove was in pretty bad shape as far as the exterior. The ride was also very rough as if the truck could have used a lot of maintenance. U-haul had always been my go to and while I may still use for local trips, I would opt for a better trucking experience for my longer hauls

The muffler sounded as if it was going to fall off when driving and when the truck was just parked it sounded like the engine could just die at any moment. I did not feel safe at all driving but due to them already closing I had no choice
Kajshmere WilliamsTitle: Unacceptable Condition of U-Haul Van - Refund Requested I recently rented a van from U-Haul and was extremely disappointed with the condition of the vehicle. Upon picking up the van, I was greeted with a filthy interior. The floor was covered in dirt, and candy wrappers were scattered throughout. Shockingly, there were even bits of marijuana in the cup holders. Additionally, the van reeked of smoke, making the driving experience very unpleasant. This level of uncleanliness is not only unacceptable but also raises serious concerns about the maintenance and hygiene standards of U-Haul vehicles. I expected a clean and well-maintained van for my rental. Instead, I received a vehicle that was clearly not inspected or cleaned prior to my use. Given the unacceptable state of the van, I am requesting a full refund. It is imperative that U-Haul addresses these cleanliness issues immediately to prevent future customers from having a similar experience.

Weesam HalibahMy trailer broke down with the wheels locking up and a tire went flat. I called roadside assistance. They sent someone to fix the flat and ignored the entire "locked up". Anyways, after it wasn't resolved, U-Haul sent a second tow truck who loaded it and took it to Akron for some reason for repairs. Now, this location charged me $190,24 for dropping it off at the wrong location.

David Clark | Expérience généraleMiscommunication on schedule, no one showed up until 7:15 am and she had no clue about the computer.The gentleman who was supposed to be there thought he was closing but did show up around 730.VERY STRESSFUL because of time and I gave myself extra time and I just made my appointment because I was 45 minutes later than I thought . Glad I did not do the online check-in because two ladies reserved it for 6:00 and couldn't get into the U-Haul because there was a lock on the rear door and didn't have a key so they had to wait till the store opened at 7:30 and they needed it at 6 am nobody was there even at 7:00 so they had to cancel their plans because it was already an hour and a half past the pickup time.

Fortunately, we were able to switch to the second truck which was satisfactory. It was a challenge getting to the place due to road closes. The only available entrance was the back gate.

DEMARIO CookThe manager needs to follow through on their promise to put out better signage and directions. There was no notice or indication that the entrance at the address provided was closed due to the road being torn up. We had to circle the block several times trying to figure out where to go until we noticed the generic "Business Entrance" sign provided by ODOT. It did not tell us that the U-Haul location was through there. I tried calling to ask for better directions and was immediately put on hold. Notice needs to be given when someone drops off from out of town if the whole road is torn up!

However, finding the location of the u-haul address was challenging due to the road being closed and GPS kept rerouting me for a 1/2 hour. The Fountain Ave entrance was blocked off due to the construction and the road was all torn up.

He was rude & said I should have reviewed the contract but if certain things weren't allowed I would have that they would have asked or even mentioned it. From set up with the storage unit, stopping in to be by boxes and other supplies, to finally closing out the unit when I was done. They're just not the slightest bit friendly. Not greeted when I walk up, no "thank you", and simply nothing but the bare minimum in any interaction. It fascinated me every time just how unfriendly they were. I've used other facilities in the area and did not have the same experience, so it's definitely unique to this one.

I went in there yesterday and the office was empty of employees for ten whole minutes. Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. Was told like a week ago that mold on my stuff I'd had in storage for a year was my problem. Offered no assistance. Told me to call RepWest and the employee didn't even know what it was. Completely inarticulate when it came to specifics of their job.
