When we got our U-Haul no one came out with us to check it in and when we got in nobody had vacuumed it out so there was things on the floor around the seats and stuff like that but it was cleaning up we could ride in it and we did I suggest that the person at U-Haul and the person renting see the truck together because we clean the truck out when we left it it's nice for the next person that's my only dissatisfaction other than that it was amazing

Didn't have pods, damaged pods, lost full day of loading. Jessica in Odessa was great, she did what she could. When pods were delivered they were nearly 2 hours late on my window. Odessa isn't set up properly to help people. I lost more money using your company then is I hauled it myself in a Penske truck. Wasn't even convenient this time. Probably won't use pods again let alone U-Haul. Been a long time customer but not getting my promised refund has left a sour taste in my mouth. I have texts to prove I'm supposed to have it, hasn't ever come in. Also tried to charge me for an extra pod. I have 2 different contracts apparently and trying to get another $3800 when I've already paid $3900. In fact I'm done and my online review will provide those texts, emails and promises that haven't been fulfilled.

Mary L was more than helpful and very accommodating! I will be coming back with any other storage or trailer needs. She was helpful from start to finish. Even though I made 3 separate complicated orders she got it done and was very friendly and knowledgable the whole time.

There was a delay in receiving my box but two employees in particular named Rusty and Whitney were amazing and took actions to assist me and communicated well and kept me posted. They helped resolve all issues and my belongings arrived with no damages. They made me feel like a valued customer.

Nothing! Check-in was quick and easy! Our representative was friendly and we were out in less than 10 minutes. When we returned the equipment, one again, the staff member was friendly, unhooked the trailer and off we went.

Making sure that you listen to the customer. They had to try two trailers and I still went home in the dark with only brake lights working ... I told the guy hooking, that he had to push the adapter in really good and when the lights weren't working, I asked if he did and he said yeah and that I must just have an issue with my car. I towed my trailer home, got home and my husband, pushed it in correctly and I had lights ... Amazing how it would have worked had you actually listened to the customer. Drop-off was easy and the man helping me was very polite.

When I first arrived I was told the truck was not available. So they picked out a 10 ft box truck, I saw them messing with the wiring so I figured there was a jack in the box basically across the street. Got food came back and after feeling comfortable in my car took a 15 min nap woke up and they were still playing with the truck trailer combination. Went back to playing on my phone. After 2 hours the mechanic comes over and says they said they couldn't find you so they canceled and refunded your reservation..wtf.it was a very rude woman named Jackie, I told her how could you not find me, you never even tried to call me! She was like whatever. Iwas livid. Now i had to wait another hour and 15 minutes, what I was supposed to do was rescue my broken down charger off the side of the freeway., a busy freeway in odesssa oilfield traffic. Now that my rental had been delayed, I no longer had a helper to help and now it was getting dark and cold, did I mention I now have to load this car by myself, a non running vehicle in the dark, cold side of the freeway.. I had to call and extend my rental, and I believe I was o er charged anyway. The customer service rep said to report the lady when you asked for feedback, I'd not want her terminated but she could have alled my phone and asked me what we could do about it. That was messed up! Would I recommend uhaul no, and for sure not that ride share after hours, I was overcharged, and left to do a 2 man job by myself on the side of the freeway, so as for now, horrible experience.

I requested a trailer and utility dolly on Wednesday. When I went to pick it up at my scheduled time on Saturday, they did not have my trailer or my utility dolly. I ended up with a smaller trailer and regular dolly, which caused extra trips to move. Y'all could improve by checking the day before to ensure you have the proper equipment for your customers.

Very friendly service on pick up and return. The mileage is a little pricey but didn't use as much gas as I thought it would.

Throughly inspect the moving parts of trailers (tires) and don't wait until it comes apart during use. Tires do show signs of neglect (dry rot) if not properly serviced.

One of the carriage bolts was spinning, so it was very difficult to get one of the pods open. I recommend testing the bolts for issues like spinning before they are delivered to the customer. Otherwise, the service was as expected and advertised.

I paid for a whole month's rent on a unit and I left 10 days after my payment and I was not prorated the money back that I didn't use very unfair for U-Haul to do that. I'm long gone and yet I'm paying for that unit wouldn't be surprised if you rented it out already.

I tried to set up my auto pay through the call center and was told that U Haul didn't do bank drafts. I then tried to fix my debit card auto pay and the only thing that changed on my replacement card were the 3 numbers on the back and the lady I was talking to said she didn't need them. I finally got a day off and could go to the storage facility where Kelly, the manager, got me set up on a bank draft auto pay. If it wasn't for Kelly my payment would still be in default. Your operator's at your call center should be more knowledgeable about how your payment system operates or a person should be able to call directly to the facility they do business with so they can talk to a knowledgeable person like Kelly, she's an awesome manager.

I will not recommend uhaul to anybody even though the facility was great and and very clean I do not like the fact that you guys do not pro rate the month for getting your unit cleaned out you guys continue to charge out the whole month even though you have been charging at the end of the month for over a year on me I think this is quit ludicrous when you could gain so much more in customer service and return business on changing your policies so I will not recommend you guys to anybody there are plenty of other businesses that do the same as you that will work with there customers especially ones that paid you every month on time

No one would answer the phone, told me earlier that day "unable to login to do check-in would send email with unit number" Did not happen. Used empty unit we found after hours next morning we were back at storage yard, staff had attitude because we used a unit not assigned to me! Sad operation all around.

I was there for 2 years. During that time we went to get stuff or put stuff in numerous times. It was always very clean and we'll lit. Even bathroom was always clean. I was worried about the condition of my items after 2 years but everything is perfect. No critters..yay! All the employees are so nice and friendly. The store has everything you need to move.
