Above and beyond is really the rating. The young man that helped me was fantastic!!! Had a rough start with U-haul in Birmingham, the csr deleted the original contract and messed everything up. Not to mention I had to go to a different U-haul facility because they didn't have the size truck and confirming on the phone prior! BUT at the MLK facility I was put back on track. The CSR who helped definitely need some kind of incentive!!!! 20/20

We hadn't left out the office good. She not ask why we needed to exchange trucks. I immediately explained to her the truck wouldn't start and that one of the employees had checked the truck as well. But wouldn't start. When did ended up with another truck.

I was originally supposed to move on Friday, July 31, 2021 but was unable to move until Sunday, August 1, 2021. In which, I had to travel an hour from my original pick to get a truck. Then charged an extra $43 after my inconvenience.
