I was told I would have a free month of storage. But you all charged me anyways $144.15 and I was only in the storage unit for 24days!! I'm on social security and a fixed budget...so charging me and then NOT refunding me was a financial hardship for me. Could have used that money for gas,food,etc... The office lady . I believe her name was Jennifer...just said sorry after I explained my situation. I told her SORRY doesn't pay for food and gas!! Hope you all have a nice day...

Flooded unit from rain, but no notification. 2 wks later still wet, molded and not even an attempt at an apology or financial accommodation. Truck rental was problematic, and again, even though I communicated with the store, they just kept charging me days with no consideration.
