Their were only 2 or 3 times I couldn't get in the gate or reach out to anyone because the gate was frozen closed. Other than that I would highly recommend you guys.

Unit got very very dusty. Water damage occurred over winter. First two assigned units was already occupied at move in.

The storage unit flooded and no one told us but the manager named Carly at the one on main in fargo nd said she called everyone else to let them know the storage flooded and hot.in my face has horrible customer service also I had to throw away pretty much all of my stuff my Xbox was covered in mold and water everything was covered in mold and water.she also refused to call the general manager.i tried to go there today to talk with the manager and Carly was there and was very rude when I asked to speak with the general manager she instantly started yelling and telling me the manager was not there will I will.never rent a unit from this place again

Only issue was alot of water damage. It seems like it was all buildings. We tried to check on our unit over winter but couldn't open the door after the first snow, so we didn't discover water until it warmed up. Luckily we had our more important stuff in plastic tubs.. what was damaged was pretty old bookshelves and minor things

Our things was in this storage all winter long, bring that we had just moved from out of state. RATS ATE THROUGH A LOT OF OUR STUFF. WE HAD TO THROW SO MUCH STUFF AWAY BECAUSE THERE WAS RAT POOP ON EVERYTHING. IT WAS PRETTY NASTY AND DISGUSTING.

Door frozen all winter so I had to pay longer then necessary. It was dry when I was able to get the door open, one heavy rain and 3 pieces of my furniture and several box's soaked

Storage is a goldmine for thieves, don't put anything in storage that you wouldn't mind loosing, especially in a storage location with useless security cameras and useless fences.

I try to contact the office and never get an answer. Only get auromated line in which always hangs up on you. Im trying to get my money refunded because I can't use a storage with ice completely covering the floor.

Can't get into my storage because it is frozen shut. So now its been 3 days that i haven't been able to get in. And I also chopped some of the ice away in which I believe is not my responsibility. So I feel i should get some type of refund or discount for all I've done.

First, the storage unit was never cleaned out. Second, the rope to pull up was under a thick sheet of ice that I had to cut to open unit. The unit wasn't closed all the way from ice build up. I'm noticing there are many units open and stuff in them that hasn't been touched. There is a ton of ice in front of units because bo one is salting. I had to clean out unit and remove snow from it. The floors are to slippery to walk one. Extremely dangerous loading and unloading

We had difficulties getting the latch pushed over so we could put the lock on the first time we used it. After that it worked ok.

I was not told on my email for check in that I had to go to a different location. When I tried to call the number provided, I pushed the number for my area needed and the call automatically shut off.

Gate wouldn't open I had 4 hrs to move and uhaul took 3 of them and I lost half my stuff to an eviction.

ive been recieving text notifications saying i owe money to uhaul for many months in which case ive contacted the store i used to rent from and explained to someone that i havent had this storage unit or even been in the unit for well over a year so im curious as to why im being told i still owe a balance of well north of $1500 and that my property is going to be auctioned off. I have no property at the facility and i shouldnt owe any money I would really appreciate it if someone could contact me by email and tell me what is going to be done about this. Merci

My frustration was with the online payment. I ser up automatic payment twice and twice it didn't charge and I was charged a $15 late fee. Very frustrating.

The place is nice and all but I'm a bit upset about how online it says 24 hour access but after I got the unit they told me it's only open during business hours . I wish I would have learned this before hand because I wouldn't of gotten it if I would have known!

Instructions regarding the payment and ending of the contract were very vague. This led to the storage unit being locked by the staff and delaying my move. I also had to make several phone calls to get the service charge removed from my account. The staff was very friendly and helpful but the process they are working under made this transaction less than favorable. The number to call the facility transferred me to your corporate office with the wait times of over an hour. In my opinion this is unacceptable. There should be a direct number to the facility you rented the storage unit from.

Only one problem which was snow removal bucket had pulled lift rope outward, which pulled bottom door right side out of track. Your office was told and a very friendly and capable man showed up to repair. Fast.

Don't ever rent from Travis on Main Avenue. He is a crook. He puts other storages in your name and goes into your bank account and takes money out of your account with no check or permission. He is a crook.

Rented unit on Sar 10/16. Was told the lock on unit would be off by Tues. We t there on Tues after 530pm. Lock on unit. Tried to call local office couldn't get some from Fargo on the line. Had to drive to the rental office the person at the counter said that we shouldn't rent there anyways because they have had a lot of theft at that unit. Unable to give a refund on Tues. Went wed morning counter person able to give refund. He still stated not a safe place to rent.

I rated this facility a 4 star because of the manager, Travis. We had some difficulties with checking into our unit on a Sunday, but he was able to help us out quickly via email even though it was after office hours and he wasn't working that day. He was on location the next day when we came in to verify our entrance code, and went went above and beyond to help us. He and the staff rate a 5 star as far as I'm concerned. The storage yard itself on 42nd is a bit run down and could use some TLC though, so for that reason I lowered my rating to 4 star.

Too many people tailgating with no keycard or pass key getting in pass gate. Too many people working on automobiles and living out of units. I requested locking mecinisim to be fixed day one of rental nothing has been done. Customer service associates showed no care for their facilities on anything that happens and cleanliness of the roads littered with debris and used tires.

I moved my stuff out in March 2020 and kept getting g billed until recently. Even after numerous calls, emails... they still harrassed me. I would never rent anything from Uhaul again, and that has been my go to place for moving and storage for years.

I drove 900 miles to a storage unit and it was filled with trash. The unit was also damaged. I was tired from the trip and did not have the energy to deal with it. They did however give me a new unit after waiting in line for an hour the second time. It was very unprofessional that they sold me a unit with put knowing it had been cleaned or repaired. The truck however was great, no complaints there.

I had a miserable time renting a unit here. I lost access from November until April due to incompetent employees. The manager claims that on the notes for my account there was info about my unit being locked up due to a door replacement, but everytime I called between Nov. and Apr. I was told to call the next day and speak with the manager. Luckily I didn't need anything in the unit immediately, but I would have emptied my unit by December had there not been an issue. I wasted over $600 on monthly payments in this time period. When I was finally able to get a hold of the manager he said they would remove their lock, and a month later it's still there. They also claimed to have tried to contact me multiple times but when I asked them how they tried to contact me they gave me a phone number that wasn't on my Rental contract, so I called that number and it was a local doctors office. Why was I not contacted via the email that I receive monthly statements at? This franchise location is a joke, and I'm embarrassed to have lost so much of my money to you.

I'm having issue finding where to call since store was closed and truck due back at 930. I'm not going to be able to get back til about 7am I dont know what to do I'll pay the extra I just couldn't find what to do or call on papers. I'm sorry.

Unit leaked water. Called and emailed and told them I had vacated the unit and 1 1/2 months later I'm still receiving emails/letters about them threatening to sell my belongings for non payment.
