I was charged $27 dollars for 6 gallons of gas. It said the truck was on 3/16 gallons of gas and I brought it back on 1/6. I drove from their location to my home on Bermuda Dr. 2,5 miles each way. The truck was parked in my driveway the whole time because we only needed to move our furniture out to have floors redone. Put 3 gallons of gas in it thinking it was enough. Only to be charged again for gas. Make it make sense. So this truck use an excessive amount of fuel. I hope they get that truck fixed before someone else gets charged for gas they didn't use.

We parked where the sign said return, the employee acted like we couldn't read. There was no sign that said bring truck to office. Those trucks need steps for short people

This is a location that has automated checkin if you are after hours and weekends or if you just don't want to goto the counter. We checked in using the app that was very usable, yet for some reason the camera had difficulty taking clear pictures even though the phone does. We did visit the counter, which is at the END of the drive. The counter person was very courteous, freindly, and helpful. The neighborhood was in an industrial part of town and felt a little sketchy, recommend you don't go after dark.

This is the worse staff anyone could ever have to deal with after renting it learning it leaked I was informed that they all leaked and told that it would not be fixed for 4 more yrs I would not advise anyone to rent from them and if some one could get me in touch with the CEO of uhaul i would appreciate it very cause noone has not bbeen able to even get me intouch with a manager these ppl have a bad habit of lockibg me out even when the rent is paid more then once it happens more then twice try bout 3 timees not counting all the threats the remarks and rudeness to me what beats it all when tring to move out they would come out when someome would come to help me and tell my business to erver rone around me till i couldnt even get any one to come help me

I would've definitely gave 5 stars because the staff is amazing. My storage lock was messed up for days, where i couldn't lock it. But the staff check in on me and got it fix asap.

I was trying to haul an electric cart I was rented a 4' x 9' motorcycle trailer that was to narrow thin was rented a 5'x8' that was marked 5'x9' that was too narrow then I measured it to be 4'6''x9' took it back measured it in front of the sales person and had to pay for a trailer that I couldn't use wasted time and money

Everything went ok but in the future I wish that then calling to see if a truck is available that you are able to call the store directly not all calls should go through the 800 number easy navigation for me is key and someone older than me would probably not have the patience or be able to understand downloading the app reserving online steps like that just calling the store directly and asking about availability would be much simpler Thanks

Truck needs additional rails or hooks around the inside top of the truck. As is, makes it difficult to secure top tier. Especially in a truck that is not full to capacity.

My reservation in Laurel, MS was canceled because the person who had the truck wanted to keep it longer. I was already on my way to Laurel and found this out when I arrived to pick it up. No one called or sent a text to alert me to this … only sent an email. I wasn't given an option for an alternate plan for my needs. I was very upset as I had help lined up to move our stuff the next day. I couldn't even get the person who canceled my reservation on the phone! I had to call around and find a truck myself. Why even have a reservation system if you're going to just arbitrarily cancel customers' reservations! This is the second time I have rented from UHaul and the second time this has happened. I will NEVER rent from UHaul again nor will I ever recommend UHaul!

No one was there ! It was ridiculous people were standing around for hours waiting for someone to allow them to obtain their rental. People plan their entire lives around these appointments and rely on people being accountable. This was a terrible experience over all.

I appreciate the Drop off Box. I arrived at your Hattiesburg Location around 7:00 P.M on 5/27/23 and was able to use the drop off box. I would like to have a U-Haul Represented there to make sure everything was ok before I left The Hattiesburg Location. It all worked out well, I had called The Hattiesburg Location on 5/28/23 and The Represented reassured me, that All Was Well with the Truck Condition and Fuel Replenish. U Haul failed not the location but corporate U Haul. I reserved a 10 ft box truck but none were available, not due to delay, just were not available and I was not notified. While the local individuals were helpful, I ended up moving with a panel van causing multiple trips and having to pay moving help more due to time involved.

Staff was very helpful at the end. My items were damaged due to water somehow getting into the unit. It was never fixed although it was reported 2 years ago, so I just had to move out. The staff was very helpful during move out. Everyone was very kind.

Storage was great. The truck I rented from the place was not. The contract with the rental was not clear. The paper contract I received said one thing and the text I got said another. Waiting for a call back to the dispute I made even tho I've spoke with several people.

It would be nice if the facility opened at 7 a.m., and the program to check in to get my keys early for the truck was not working. Then when they opened we went to the boxes I was supposed to get my keys from and there were no keys in the box.

There is no actual security gate limiting property access. The initial unit we were offered (and declined) was actually frightening...dark, did not seem each space was secure as someone could climb over the dividing walls. The outdoor access unit had a bit of a moisture problem, but we worked around it. There was nothing damaged when we cleared the unit, either by water or pests. Overall, we are satisfied with our experience. The people are the greatest asset.

Will is great!! Very professional and willing to go beyond the call of duty! He waited for us to arrive slightly after hours to get our unit number when we delivered the truck. This is the best office with the best l, friendliest & helpful staff who are always smiling. I was told that the facility was climate control which is what I wanted but it was not. The main door was left open all day for heat and humidity to come and go. The doors to some of the units were rotting. There was no inside lighting. There was standing water outside the door of my unit. There was also no AC unit to provide climate control environment, yet I was charged for a climate control unit. I will never do business with U-Haul again. This facility was a disgrace and very poorly maintained. I removed my belongings before a month was up because of the poor state of this facility.

Well found out the Tow Folly damaged my car, Associate told me the straps were put on wrong. So ill be contacting Uhaul to discuss getting my vehicle fixed. It sounds terrible both front tires. I'm suppose to start work Monday and I'm afraid to drive it. So please have someone contact me, I need a rental until its fixed. Merci

The facility was in poor repair and look like it had flooded many times before. There were also no lights inside the storage unit itself. It was dark in there and I had to use a flashlight to load my belongings inside. The wall upper walls were covered in rotted paneling wood and the door to the unit was lopsided and hard to open and close. Out of all the units I've used over the years this was the all-time worst. It was also raining when I unloaded my belongings and it looked as if the rain water was going to enter the bottom of the building as it kept rising. Definitely a flood hazard due to poor drainage. I would have continued to shop around but was in a crunch to find a last minute place for my belongings. This is an issue that needs to be resolved by the U-Haul company itself not the employees.

The unit I rented didn't have a light and had a hole in the wall before I rented it we discuss my bill being due on the first of the month not the 28th due to me being in the military and how our pay falls. They waived the late fee once. Overall my experience was great. I still have two unit one In Kenner LA and one In CO .

The staff is not very friendly! They also do not pay attention to detail! I gave the employee a four dight pass code! She got it wrong, and every time I went there, had to deal with the alarms going off! Could not wait to get my stuff out of the storage, so I did not have to go back there!

Staff was helpful and friendly but it needs regular cleaning of spiderwebs, dust and dead bugs. Had I not been pressed for time I would have gone elsewhere. I would recommend with caution.
