Will use this self-storage more later of my life if I need to move cross the states again. And this is sleep worry free self-storage in USA anyway!

I explain to them that I had renter insurance and showed him a policy first month I didn't get charged second month and third month I was charged went to talk to manager and asked her about, a better rate on this very small stores are room. She told me she cannot work with me or cannot reimburse me for the overcharge on the insurance issue. I decided to cancel the 12th of this month which was early. She said that I could not be compensated for the difference Prorated what is the word she used? I asked then why at first is prorating when I showed up on the 12th to use the storage unit from beginning she did not have anything to say except no no no no not good for business.

The on-site agent moved me out of the system and said I would receive an email confirmation. After two days I called back because I did not get the email, and was told I was never moved out the system and it would have to be done again. This was two days ago and I have yet to hear from anyone regarding my second request to cancel the unit.

The incredibly frustrating aspect of the whole thing was while I was moving and in my literal last load, a red tag and lock was placed on the unit saying I had to check in the office to get it removed. The office was at ANOTHER facility that I had to drive to. When I got there, I explained that I had registered online but the woman at the counter said the unit was "uninhabited" and I wasn't allowed to be there. I had her check again, at which point she said, "if you're okay now." I don't know if there was a glitch in the system or if it took longer to register but it was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING and added an extra 30 minutes unnecessarily to my move-in.

James Z | Expérience générale10/10 recommend! As soon as I walked in a gentleman who was walking by said good morning and told me to head to the desk and someone would be happy to help me. I had a unique situation with my Ubox and storage unit and Ilene was professional, helpful, efficient and so kind from beginning to end. She explained everything well and was patient with all of my questions. I was so happy I didn't have to unload and transfer in the snow, the facility was enclosed and temperature controlled and SO clean. Love the moving carts that were available-super helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Not only was everything explained perfectly clear but they made it easy to move my stuff in. I can't even begin to mention how clean the store looked upon arrival. You could still even smell the floor cleaner. After I was helped by the two young ladies I went over to the unit and same thing there. Loading Area was clean including the elevator and bathroom. Not a single piece of garbage to be found outside of its place. Best Uhaul facility I've every been.

However, somehow, due to an error on uhauls part, they locked our unit for "payment failure". Except we had the first month free and it had been two weeks. When we went to the office, it was closed and the woman that we did track down working on the trucks couldn't get into the system. It was definitely added stress and wasted time we didn't really have. Hopefully in the future this doesn't happen to others. That's been the only issue we've had though.

I've been back and the same thing happened. I'll follow up with the facility and find out what I'm doing wrong. I'm sure it's my fault. The process and facility are top notch - glad I found this facility.

I moved at night and when I arrived to my storage unit with the uhaul truck and movers, I was given the wrong size unit and couldn't empty out the uhaul truck. I still had to pay the movers despite the job not being complete, and I ended up having to rent the Uhaul for an additional day. I also have to hire new movers to load my stuff into the larger storage unit now and that one mistake cost me a lot of money. Hi

matthew r | Expérience généraleSo far, the experience has been very good and a couple of the agents, Lisa and Vanessa, have really gone above and beyond. My only real complaint is that they can be really hard to get a hold of unless you call first thing in the morning. If you get the afterhours/overflow answering service, forget about it. I get that they are a busy office with a handful of staff, but with everyone's personal possessions here, there may be more than a few salty customers left hanging. Otherwise, we are happy customers and have had a good first year.
