Carminia SThis location has one of the best staff experiences that there are, however, the equipment that is provided for short moves always has some struggles. I just needed to tow a car four blocks. The truck that I got had bad ac and it shifted sort of weird. I know that they do use more senior trucks for short distances, but at least ensure that the ac works correctly. We do live in Arizona.

Angel MWe drove 11 miles round trip and they changed us $55 to $60 for 9 gallons of gas after the fuel gauge photo didn't upload and the truck wasn't fueled properly when we took it. It was a clean rip-off.

JUAN CGreat place to rent a 5x8 ramp trailer. Location has lots of in/outs for easy hookups for whatever you’re getting and paperwork was quick when I added all my stuff online up front thanks!

Lenet LAfter being redirected by uhaul to drop off at this location, was charged extra for it being farther the original drop off location. Was told if i took it to the drop off location offered for $40 off, i would get charged that $40 because it wasnt actually in that area. So either get charged extra or get charged extra. Then got charged over $90 for gas after this horrible experience when the only time it was on the road was direct to the locations. Very disappointing.

Robert MThe experience was fast and easy. The woman who rented it was great. I’m just disappointed that there was garbage in the back, and trash in the cab. Not a lot. The windshield was dirty and only a quarter tank of gas. I used to work on the car rental industry so I understand there not being a full tank but renting a truck with a quarter tank seems lazy. Should be half a tank minimum. Would I rent again, yes, but I was disappointed.

Rene VThe customer service was excellent at this location. The front tire had very low air. 45 psi when it should be 80. Again great person that received us but that’s an oversight. It was actually way worse at the previous location. Our original reservation was at Cat & Sons and they were actually closed. They left a sign to call them. That’s unacceptable, they didn’t have a person there and 3 people were I. Front of us seeming a little stranded.

Leslie MI properly filled out everything online so it would be a grab the keys and go. 45 minutes later, I finally got out of there! I had to do all the BS questions again, and when they looked it up they finally found my info was uploaded...AFTER the fact. I can't say it was the employee, it was more of an online mess! Also there were 5 or 6 groups of people waiting and there was only one counter/customer service rep.

Tyrone WI read some of the previous comments before signing up. I experienced no issues from beginning to end. Rented a 20’ U-Haul, drove 11 miles total, and they charged me $75 including insurance for 6 hours. Seems pretty reasonable to me. Thanks U-Haul!
