Ziad JuwaidehRobert was horrible any questions i asked he told me he couldn't help me and uhaul doesn't help customers any more. The people in there were just as shocked as I was . He said he doesn't help with anything wouldn't even come outside to answer or help with any questions. This was a horrible experience . I will never go here again. Definitely telling all my family and friends not to either. Im not sure if there's audio in there but someone needs to listen to what he is telling customers. Horrible experience

Felecia HernandezThe first truck i got, the key did not work in the driver's door, only the passenger. I went back to the office to tell Alexzandra and glanced back at the truck and noticed the left headlight was out! She upgraded me to a larger truck for the same price, which was great, and it did the job ok, but the transmission seemed jerky, it did not move smoothly. Overall I have had mostly good experiences with this location, it was my second time renting there. Alexzandra is very helpful, and the app return is really great. I also used online chat during my after hours return and they were able to help me . 4 0,5 Stars!

Marc MukunziCustomer service made me take a picture using her iPhone. She implied that people are a fraud Despite when Making me feel very uncomfortable. The driver's seat did not adjust properly so that I could drive safe. I had to sit up while driving the gas hand was less than paper work was not where she said it was but I put more gas than In needed...she needs to be coach on customer service

IBRAHIM KWOFIEI arrived a couple minutes to 5pm closing. They'd already locked the door. I understand wanting to go home after your shift but when the employees came out, me & another customer had been standing out there trying to figure out this self return mess. They walked in by, even though we were confused & standing there trying to figure this process out. I get they were off, but they just left us there to figure it out. I was there until 545 . What a mess! So had to do self return. It was a NIGHTMARE! I sat in your lot for 45 minutes trying to use the website to return the U-Haul. It was hot & the process was frustrating & too time Consuming. App wouldn't take my info so then I had to switch to my son's cell. 45 min out in this heat trying to drop off a truck was too much!
