Van look to had been damaged
HAMP DEWAYNEService was very good. Equipment was beat up, extremely dirty (mud splattered and oil from the previous renter, presumably) and missing pieces (ratchet handle)

The clerk was incredibly nonchalant with no sense of urgency, she ate chips in my face, talked to her co workers & put other customers & calls before me, without completing my service first. The truck was very old & rather difficult to operate. It felt like a big of a safety hazard when driving. It did get the job done, but I will NEVER return to this location.

Charles Briscothe odometer keep shutting off because said left tire was low. checked tire and looked/felt fine. the problem is the sensor did replaced. the passanger right buuckle was brokenn but thhe seat belt still strapped in.

robbin williamsA better representative for the location. The lady that opened the facility was very unfriendly and not a good representation of your business. If you would care to visit the site via the camera view you will observe her walking away as we entered and not acknowledging our presence. Another gentleman came in and the attendant was very welcoming to him. She even stopped her interactions with us. The location was great, but the assistant was AWFUL!!!

LOIS LEEThe young man that initially helped me was awesome. When I returned there were two other female associates. One of them was very rude. When I checked out with my van I asked if I could bring some empty boxes to dispose. I was told yes and there would not be a charge. The rude female associate charged my credit card without even telling me. I saw it in the receipt when I asked for a copy. I'm saying all this to say I will not be coming back to this location again and I will not be referring to any of my family members or friends. Merci

SANDY WIGGINSThe manager was very good but I presume that there were new trainees & her attention was divided because of a frenzy of rentals & inexperienced workers. I received my truck & returned it as directed. It would've been nice to know that upon return that I would be taking a pucture of speedmonitor in the app but I had taken my own, locked the door & dropped the key in the box. Otherwise, everyone was courteous, especially on the return. Thanks, Uhaul, on I-35 & Camp Wisdom in Dallas!

Archie SessionHave your employees not to lie to customers at the Camp Wisom location whenever there is an issue. They just pass the customers on to someone else to call the 1-800 number to resolve the issue, so they won't correct the issue. After speaking to a general manager from the call, then you find out that the Camp Wisdom location was to resolve it. I have no problem of paying for any service, no matter what's the amount. If you look at my history, I have always used Uhaul and have paid over $1000 to move family members from Atlanta to Dallas. After this issue with the Camp Wisdom location, I will never use Uhaul again if I can avoid it. There are plenty other companies to spend my hard earned money (Budget, Enterprise, Penske, Ryder and more). You do not treat good customers bad that has never had issues with your company. I'm f**king done with Uhaul.

Charles FreemanBetter Customer Service, her attitude sucked when I first walked in no hello or anything. On top of that she charged me for the safe move insurance without asking if I wanted it and then lied and said she did ask. I've used this location before but today never again.
