I returned a truck there two weeks ago and it took me over half an hour which I felt could have been avoided if he had just asked why I was there while I waited for him to process to other customers. Then I came back to rent a trailer and. I tried calling multiple times on different days to change a reservation, but the manager had turned the calls over to the national line. When I showed up 30 min after one of the calls, the manager and another employee were just sitting there with no customers so they were not that busy. Also, when I mentioned I wasn't able to call, the manager was very rude and defensive about it. He also would not quote us the full price on the different trailer we were hoping to rent and instead gave vague statements about the rate such that neither of us could figure out if he meant for 1 day, 2 days or the difference from the other trailer we were considering. It actually felt like he was trying to be difficult. I'm referring specifically to the manager. The other employee seemed relatively cheerful, but I did not deal with him either time. I had a much different experience at the UHaul on Bentonville, Arkansas. I won't use this location again after two unpleasant experiences.

Luis GFix your phone systems. No one ever answered the phone or fix your customer service info so they know where my pending rental. Service is all useless when the site does not ever answer a phone and customer service has no idea if my pending rental has been returned. Also drop or shorten the commercial for the app when you call customer service. Merci

Katelyn BGas tank wasn't really full when I picked it up. NP. The white guy that waited on me was kinda shitty when I first walked in. Remember dude, everyone who comes in is not a low life or a fugitive. Greet everyone with kindness. You're the one working at uhaul. Don't be mad at me. He later warmed up to me when I practically forced him. NP but it was just like that.

DORA SMy truck was not ready for pick up whatsoever. There was a padlock on the cargo latch and the employee did not know the combo for it. It took 30min for him to get ahold of a manager who knew the combo. Once he got the padlock off, there was a bunch of equipment in the cargo area. They did scramble to hurry and get everything out, however, in doing so, they forgot to give me items I purchased such as the furniture pads. The whole process was completely unprofessional. On top of that, it cut into my moving time, as I had movers at my place waiting for me. Will never use this location again.

Brianna AI made a reservation for a car hauler trailer online. When I arrived to the location in Colorado on chambers rd, I was informed that the trailer was not in working condition yet I was allowed to make the reservation and never received a call or message that it was not working. When I arrived to the location one of the employees informed another employee that the trailer was not working since a day prior. I was sent to another location out of my way and I was short on time. By the time I went to other store and got the trailer and got to the location where I had to pick up my vehicle it was vandalized and I was given a ticket since I didn't arrive on time.

So we had to Uber to the other end of Denver (an expense) and drive the truck all the way to the original side of Denver accruing mileage that we eventually had to pay more for in the end. Overall not a great experience.

Joseph GStaff were always friendly and helpful. However, a trailer hitch installation did not take place on the scheduled date (and could not be rescheduled to another date) because the pick-up location did not have the necessary personnel to simultaneously install the hitch and man the counter. This forced us to scramble and find a shop that could do the installation on short notice, which entailed a trip across town and paying considerably more. This could have been avoided by properly staffing the location, or at very least, providing advance notice that the hitch installation (which was requested over a month in advance) could not be performed. My understanding was that the lack of staff was an ongoing problem and not due to a temporary absence of someone who was normally there,
