High quality equipment at a fair price. Staff was great during trailer pick-up and drop-off three days later.

Carolyn Dmy reservation was moved locations and I didn't get a text or call…but it seems like I had entered my phone number incorrectly, but my email was accurate. That said, I did not do early registration. In the end, the second location with the truck was just a few minutes away and the team at rental locational took care of me. Truck was a little dirty on the inside but hey it's a moving truck! All said, easy to rent the truck and all went well.

Howard SThe leadership of the Uhaul brand need to upgrade and fix its reservation system, mobile pickup, and equipment rental system. This is the third time I did a reservation online and I can't pick up the vehicle using the mobile app. The reservation had a utility dolly and an appliance dolly on the order. However, I had to go in the store because the mobile app wouldn't work. When she finally ( 20 minutes later) got in the Uhaul system to see my reservation it only showed the truck. Not the dollies I requested. I showed her my reservation online and it didn't match the stores reservation. This is a big logistics company I would expect a better experience in reservations online mirroring the stores location inventory. I would rate my experience POOR but I will not rate the location "poor" when this is an upper leadership issue.
Julia KThere were signs posted which told customers to drive up to a particular spot and WAIT WITH THE VEHICLE. Everywhere it said, WAIT WITH THE VEHICLE..... after 15 minutes of waiting, and seeing literally no one. I went inside. There was no one behind the counter. It was a ghost town. I walked around the building, no one. I had called the store and told them I'd be dropping the UHaul off during my lunch hour, so they should've been expecting me! After a walk around the building, I went back inside and went into the warehouse portion calling for someone. Finally someone came out and said something. It was a complete mess.

Eloise CIf I could, I would give this location more than 5 starts. This was the second time I've used them and they have blown me away both times. Excellent service à la clientèle. I will definitely call on them again, whenever I need a U-Haul. And if ever a friend needs one, I will point them this direction. Thank you U-Haul, especially Governors Dr in Huntsville, AL.

No contact with anyone Your 800 number and customer service really bad, someone was interrupting me and when I tried to explain the situation to her, she immediately hang up on me. I requested to be called back twice and no one called me back. Finally after 45 min, a nice customer service agent came and connected my email address and phone number. It took more than an hour to find and return my equipment to your location. Zero out of 5 in my book

I have found the U-Haul app has been very buggy and there seems to a disconnect with the app and real time updates . Ie- canceled reservation on the app that a local branch didn't receive or locations show open on the app that aren't actually open
