JAMES EVERHARTSuper fast, and looks like they did a great job (it included trimming the plastic underneath the bumper). For my previous car, I installed the hitch myself and it took us probably 4-5 hours over 2 days and a lot of aggravation. 100 % worth it to have uhaul do it for me. :)

joe rodriguezFast and easy pick-up and drop off, friendly staff, well stocked equipment and supplies. My only complaint is that this location is on Tully Road which can experience grid lock at certain times of the day which happened at the time of my drop off. Otherwise, A+ location.

Arthur CarsonHad problems with the online app uploading my pictures. I couldn't make adjustments to fuel or damages, but luckily I took a video and pics before I left the uhaul and the employees were able to adjust the difference in fuel for me.

I was blessed by the fact that you can document the condition of the truck and the gas gauge mileage as well as return the truck using the mobile app or online and drop the keys in the Dropbox. All these features have been an additional blessing from the support staff to the time I dropped off the truck.

JORGE ACEVEDOHIDALGOThe 9' cargo van that was given had an empty tank so I had to fuel up the vehicle before heading to my destination. I was not told to fuel the van prior to it being handed to me. Does not appear that I will be reimbursed for this inconvenience judging from what I was told by the clerk who received the returned vehicle.

Scott Conrad- Online registration for the vehicle made emergency contact optional. - Upon arriving to the counter to pickup the key, the lady at the front desk refused to give me the key as she said she must obtain the secondary phone number. - If the online check was made, i was supposed to just pickup the key. The lady kept arguing and i had to give a number as she said the system does not allow me to book without that. I would never go to this location and would definitely not recommend the friend to this location. I had 3 rentals this month and this was the worst experience.

All other rental places I called told me it would be between 38-50 per day..The big surprise when you go pick up the car and they hit you with 300 deposit..Will never go there again.Stick with UHAUL!!

Peggy MartinaThe truck/10' van I rented had two problems. The right hand mirror was positioned so as to be completely useless, and it is not adjustable. That is a very dangerous situation, because you can not see what's on your right side when you have to make a lane change. First gear had a lot of slippage,, which made it hard to get up to speed. Truck was high mileage, but transmission needs to be adjusted. People were very helpful and attentive. Stop pushing the app!!! The last thing any of us need is another app on our phone, especially since we use UHaul once every few years.

ERIK PULIDOGood thing: quick and install the hitch right. Bad thing: the rear wheel fender was broken, which is expected, and I saw some black hot melt glue for adhere the fender, which is expected as I know there will be damage when pulling that out. But obviously when the technician applying glue, they did not put some paint tape to fix the fenders on position. As result, the fenders came out of its position. I have to re-apply glue to hold the fenders to the position they should be.
