GARCIA GThey had 2 people working. The one I got couldn't speak English. Thank goodness for the other man or I'd still be there. All employees should be required to speak English. I'm not happy with U-Haul

Carla CI spend more then originally agreed to when I moved a flight for a load share that was canceled 45 minutes after uhaul rep confirmed it. So not only did I have to pay for the ticket change I had to make additional accommodations to my trip due to load share being canceled.

ELAINE LThe guy who was there at 8:30a should have had the rental available that I reserved before I got there. I asked why was i given the larger truck when I reserved a smaller one and he said there was none. But I saw 2 on the lot. I was also charged for gas after filling up to that previous level that I received the truck with.

Gregory PThis uhal trailer un attached from the truck during trip due to the incompetence of the uhal associate at the pickup location an didn't tighten the uhal to the hitch with the fastener bolt. I requested a uhal manager reach out to me and they have not.. this will bot be my only review

Nicholas SReceptionist was rude. I was late but she did not know why and told me that I should have called. There were 3 other auto transport trailers outside. It wasn't the last one

Nicholas AWhen I pick the truck up service was ok. But when I returned it the guy was so rude, he did not even let me saying he just said, "give me the key" I was like wow. Than he went to check the truck and saw me standing there and says in a rude way u need a receipt. When I say rude I mean it he was rude !! I mean that's not good if you are going to be in the customer service industry.

Manuel TReturned the truck on the early hours and the location was well lit. I felt very safe to do the self check in and afterwards I got an Uber within minutes to get me to the airport. A really good experience.
Tony ARude and didn't care. Talked to low and could not understand. Didn't give good directions to truck and truck was not ready and dirty. Truck also didn't run well and had exhaust leak into the cab causing headaches. And drove bad and all over the road. The passenger side mirror would not stay up and had to stop and move Every few minutes. Box ramp was so tight to use it took 4 people to do it. Worse experience start to finish ever.
Vaughn MFront desk attendant was rude. Didn't greet us as we came in. I had to use several payment methods which kept declining, before she realized something was wrong with the machine.
Lashana TThe worse treatment ever. Uhaul and it's reps have just been going down hill as others have told me as well. Look out Penske here we come.
Carlos HThe male that helped me out pressured the protection on me and told me it was required. Later on I found out that it wasn't.
