Patricia MooreBrandon was amazing but the staff that was there at that time were pretty much useless. Brandon seems to be the only one that knows what he is doing and does it with a smile. Having to do everything digitally was frustrating and the first staff member did not know how to even use the app. Brandon saved me from frustration but the process took too long. I've used this service before and picking up a truck is normally a 15 min process or less. I did not enjoy being in there for over 40 minutes to pick up a truck. Again I am very grateful for Brandon but he was super busy with all the customers because the other staff were not well trained.

Margo Riddle-DavisI was unable to pick up my rental vehicle at the allocated time. I was charge nearly double for mileage that was included AND I was charged for additional fuel - I did not receive the truck with fuel in it.

Kellea JohnsonThere was no damage to the truck when we returned it but They charged us $180 more for damages to the TIRE, there was NO damage whatsoever to the vehicle, for all we know this damage could've been there before we rented it we saw nothing wrong with the tires when returned but they still charged us. Highway robbery.
Isabelle RossCheck in using the app sucks. It takes WAY too long. It is EXTREMELY cumbersome. And you require a customer to use the online check in when you don't have wi-fi.

I had a 7am pickup with limited time to get things done My wife received a call from you all 7:36am after me having to complete redundant information I already have listed in the UHaul app. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY APPROVAL OF THR VERIFICATION BEING COMPLETED, we're not passed 8am and I'm about to just cancel, however the UHaul store feel they had sufficient information to allow me to go through with my reservation. If it wasn't for them I would've canceled, you need to speed up that process. Also why aren't anyone part on the side of the road, they have clients who litterly had to leave and have someone drop them off, you all need to support this branch and push back against the Funeral home to free up street parking it's not fair and I will most likely never come back to this UHaul branch if I'm going to need dropping off, it's inconvenient. Please look into this. Other than that the Branch was excellent
Arrington Price JrThe personnel at the site was on point, but the equipment, once driven, appeared to have some transmission issues or something. The truck was acting as if it was a manual instead of an automatic. I did not know if the transmission was going to change, especially when hills were involved - loud noises were heard coming during this time.
Victor MorrellGiovanni was amazing but your system sucks, very difficult to use, did not work at time. Thanks to Giovanni I continued with the rental. There was no place for customers to leave their cars and this was not communicated ahead of time. I could and should have completed all of the information the system was requesting at home prior to arriving for pickup. Your chief technologist should be fired!

Alvetta JonesPLEASE check the TIRES on these Trucks. The truck I was given had a tire on the rear passenger side that has the threads showing around the entire tire. Not only that but they had visual chunks of the tire missing. Very scary. I gave a Video of the ture at the time of the rental if someone need to view. Other than that everything was really good. John WalkerParked the vehicle, went inside to let the staff know that we were returning the vehicle. They would not help us…told us we had to return the vehicle via our phone. So, we had to stand outside in rain to return the vehicle. I would NOT use this location for renting or returning any rental equipment.
Kevin Bodas-TurnerToo much self service in terms of registering to check vehicle out, all done by phone. The process took too long!! Check in was a little simpler! I think the customer would be better served if the rental agents managed that process!!
Michele Brown1) Have updated inventory availability listed on website. - This is my second time renting from this location and not being able to get the vehicle type that I reserved. 2) Have more staff on-site. - I’m sure the traffic inside the facility fluctuated throughout the day but it always seems to be busy and slow when I arrive at this location.

William HumanBecause we are being charged by the miles we drive, it would be very helpful if the gas tank is at least 1/2 full so we don't waste miles driving to get gas before starting the move. Merci.
