Contrece JohnsonThey were professional, courteous and did a good job! We were told it could be dropped at any location in the city, but I received an email later in the day telling me where to drop it off. It was cleared up when I called and spoke with them. My nephew dropped off the van, but because no one was there and he didn't have the contract with him, he took the key home with him. When i was notified I didn't return the key, I got in touch with him to see what happened. The key was returned as I learned the key and truck match each other. The key was dropped off in the morning today. Better communication about returning car when one person paying and the driver are two different people.

SANDRA CROSSI made a reservation for a furniture dolly, an appliance dolly, and blankets. When I got there, I was told they didn't have any of the dolly's just the blankets. They were able to find an appliance dolly that had barely working wheels and I had to take it. Needless to say it made my job a lot more difficult when moving. The gas gauge was supposed to be at 1/2 tank but when I got in it it was below the line. I asked the guy said it was fine but they did not record it and I had to bring it back with more gas than when I got it. Unprofessional employees with pants pulled down showing their behind. That's not a good look for a business. The truck was clean and worked fine except for the driver side mirror that could not be adjusted.

Thomas HeinzmannThe vehicle I rented needed cleaning in the driving area. Also, it needed maintenance in the engine and the the loading area. The door in the back was off track and kept getting stuck and it it opened while I was driving. The engine light was on the entire time and it couldn't go faster than 30mph without sounding like it was gong to blow up. The return process was very poor on the app as well. Very disappointing.

Valerie BosleyI've booked rental dollies for moving on Dec 10 for my move on Jan 20. When I arrived to the location at 840 S Orange Blossom Trl, there were ZERO dollies available for me. What you can improve? Simple as that - HAVE THE EQUIPMENT ON SITE when customers need them.

TERESA PATTERSONThe person who gave me the reservation was sleeping, gave me the key I had to look for the truck myself. The truck was dirty and smelly, I had to take the advertisement cardboard out the truck. Didn't give me the right gas amount so I had to verify that I didn't get charged extra for bringing the truck with the same amount it had. If I had t video taped it I would've been charged. It was a complete mess.

preston dyarThis location had almost no where to park. I couldn't understand why this was an option to drop off for a discount since the lot was over filled with vehicles. The lot was also dark and dirty. It smelled like homeless people are living on the lot behind vehicles.
Jared ConawayThe trucks check engine light was on and the alignment was all off. Certainly not a safe truck to drive long distances. During the rain it was a real hazard.

Madison RidingsI think this is more towards the Uhual online experience more than the location. The number on the truck wasn't right. The app sucked and crashed 5x and I had to redo the entire sign in 5x I was there for 45 minutes trying to find the truck which was a completely different number and the people on the phone were not helpful at all. Absolutely terrible.

Chad HowellGreat location, great customer service, clean vehicles, however I found an AirTag tracker in the fabric behind the drivers seat. My phone notified that it was tracking my location. I quickly deactivated it. Very scary as I was a woman traveling alone. I hope it was not put in by a U-Haul worker and just a previous renter- it was wrapped in paper towel and duct tape to dampen the beeping noise. Be careful with the equipment you use. If I didn't have an IPhone I wouldn't have been notified that my location was being tracked.
Vanessa ArreolaMake sure the "gas level" is precise and accurate before one leave the station wherein there won't be any irregularities! Because when not measured it can be a problem to the Customs. My experience the gas level didn't match ! However I put in more than when I accepted the truck. Upon return is when I explained the fact about the level of the gas. Respectfully,
