Tommy LAbruptly took my photo without full explanation of the policy (I'm a cancer patient who already suffers from the drastic effects chemotherapy has left). Both the owner and assistant were blah in regards to customer service. Remember you have competition everywhere.

So I have to wonder around looking for it in the lot. So explanation on how to do off. Worse drop off experience. Would not allow me to check out because the wrong name was on the account and there was two different emails
Sharon HI have to move garden and snow equipment couple of times year and have been renting from this location for 10yrs. Always easy, efficient and pleasant. Still great value that beats buying a trailer. Keep up the good work.

Celestine TThe location did well. We were able to get a trailer within an hour. We had trouble with the app. Then tried the website … had trouble with the website. Then called the 800 number … the operator had trouble … she had to put in the reservation three times until the trailer reservation finally took. The reservation process was very frustrating.
Lawne HThe 9-ft cargo van only had 10 000 miles on it. But the passenger seat was covered with lots of pet hair probably dog. The floors were not clean from the last person that used it. The dashboard was hard to read because the tire monitoring system headache message on the screen the whole time until you turned it off. Once you turned it on for about a second you could see what the total miles driven was. They did tell me that before I drove away in the truck but it did need servicing for that that they didn't have time to do. Otherwise they were all friendly at the location in Farmington Hills.

Patricia DI apologize for not getting his name, but the white man with the bald head and beard could do a lot better with his attitude and professionalism. No greetings upon entry, and although the license was handed to him, when it was returned along with all other paperwork, it was tossed on the counter. But the young man that checked us in did an awesome job! The young man definitely help make up for the encounter with the front desk personnel.

RAJESH EI have used this location before and was happy with my service at that time as well. I found a windshield wiper that will need to be looked at and probably replaced. I reported it to them so they can stay on top of repairs so things are perfect for next customer. These things are important for other customers to pass along so they know. It really helps to make it better
DEBRA LI went over my miles and used more gas because I was sent to 2 locations who didn't return deposits and I still had to spend out of pocket for the miles and gas. Nobody seemed to know dealers and centers were 2 different places with 2 different systems and I almost had to spend $300-$600 for wrong drop off location because I was sent to 1. Two dealers, first one being my original drop off where I did not exceed the gas limit or the mileage. I do not think I should have had to pay extra because the company didn't give me the right information and didn't know how to fix it on my end either

ann sUsed the phone process to check out the truck. I think the counter would be quicker as it took a long time to get approved. All of the equipment I ordered was not in the truck but the person at the counter helped to resolve it.
GERALD MFull car hauler did what I needed it to do. Pulled great behind my f150 unloaded and loaded.

Lori CThe location itself is great. The equipment was probably the worst truck that I have ever rented. The tow system automatically engaged every time the vehicle was started. The engine was loud and the steering was very loose and all over the road. The check engine light was on throughout the entire use of the vehicle but it went off when I was on my way to return it. My original reservation could not be located in. The system when I arrived to pick up the truck. The attendant was great about starting a new one and I was in my way. About an hour later I got a call asking if I still intended to rent a truck that day. I explained the situation and was told they would cancel the original reservation. Oh well, it turned out fine in the end.
Pamela BIt would have been helpful if the owner that set up the trailer mentioned the steep grade of the parking lot. The trailer was not heavy enough in the front to counter weight sliding down the parking lot. Many trailers had wheel stops when we looked around but it caused a lot of anxiety on our part because this was not mentioned. Everything worked out fine since we had two people on site with an after hours drop off but a solo person may have a slight heart attack with something that could easily be avoided by the owner mentioning the grade of the parking lot.
Guillermo BCoffee splash all over the inside of the windshield. I had to cleaned it in order to see properly. I waited at the drop off for 15 minutes and no one came out… per the sign to stay in your vehicle and an assistant will greet you. I eventually walked to the front door.

Amanda LI would have given negative stars if I could. I will try to keep this brief. Box was to be delivered to storage unit location, so we needed to be there to let them in. Cancelled delivery on 2 consecutive days. Didn't call to tell me the delivery was cancelled until after the delivery time window had passed. Had people lined up on both days to unload, only to waste their time. Was offered a small $104 credit after I complained, then proceeded to CHARGE me an additional $104 dollars instead. I sent an email and was told it would be fixed. Got a credit for $104 three days later (even though the charge was posted immediately). So, I am break even at this point. Asked that the $104 credit originally promised be credited to my card. Now 4 days later I have not gotten any response. Scheduled delivery for a third time. Spoke with 2 different individuals to confirm the delivery time on the morning of the day before (Friday). It was scheduled for 9 am on Saturday, January 20. Got a call Friday afternoon that they wanted to deliver. We were not available and reconfirmed for Saturday at 9 am. Got a call at 7:30am Saturday that they would be at the storage unit in 5 minutes. Also missed box pickup window by 2 hours on the next day. Unbelievable that communication and follow-through could be this bad.

Robert SEnsure that trailers are maintained properly. The one that I was given needed wheel balancing very badly and the rear door was extremely difficult to operate. Aside from that the trailer suited my knees perfectly.

I was asked to re-book when I arrived on location. and I was told I had to have the truck by by 530pm to avoid an additional charge, even when my original booking (which I did not cancel) only had a single charge for the rental for the full day (6am to 9pm). That sucks. And you all might try to make this right to improve the experience for the next customers.
