infant rajCustomer service was good BUT trailer hitch wire installation is a major concern. I did an install 6 months ago which was really unprofessional (fuse box left open, loose wire, exposed connection, wire connection under the car - supposibly they don't have wire long enough for the lenght of the car lol). I asked for the job to be done right. I waited another 4 hours (till closing) while no other customer was there. Well 6 months later, the connection does not work anymore. Now, I need to waste another few hours to bring the car back

Probably give 2 out of 10 for online expereince. 2) What the ??? - Please do not pass along other people's probelms to me. You gave me a truck with a 1/4 of a tank. I had to fill it up as soon as I pulled out. Poor service. My minimal expectation is 1/2 a tank. I know you can do better, that is why I am providing you the feedback. You provide a reliable brand with a relieable service, please do not let it slip and go out of business.
James Michael NolanThe customer service when I returned the truck was poor. The employee was on his phone while I was standing right in front of him. I had to ask him if he would help me and if he could get off instagram. He told me I was fine and I dropped off the key to him. I then received another $24 charge on my card after I left. I called back and had to ask for a receipt to find out why I was charged.

Over many years I have done business with many U-Haul locations and had positive experiences at almost all of them, but this location at Havertown is consistently the best. The staff at the front desk are super friendly (to everyone), and knowledgeable about the business. The gentleman, who performed the actual hitch installation for me, was extremely pleasant and competent. He seemed to take satisfaction in doing good work. My hat is off to the person who hires the staff at this location. Nice work.

Susan TezanoThe experience was perfectly fine; a caveat on the "equipment" question, there really should be a "sorta" option, the truck I rented got the job done so I have no complaints, but to call it "clean and well maintained" is a bit of a stretch; the two guys I dealt with in effecting the rental, and the third guy I dealt with on returning the truck, were a total hoot; all business and absolutely competent in terms of getting me into the truck and on the road this morning, and out of the truck and on my way home this evening, but a lot of fun the whole time, they alone are the reason for the five stars.

I checked through my phone and the rate was indeed $1,89/mile. As of 5:20 pm ET, the website accessed through my laptop shows $0,89/mile

David BrownI reserved 10 furniture pads 3 weeks prior to pick up. When I was doing the paper work, they told me they had no furniture pads. Not okay. I said give me some large boxes instead. Guy came out with 3 furniture pads. Had I known you didn't have pads, I would have brought my own. When I returned the truck and pads, I had to shout to a guy in the backroom.Very difficult to get in and out of parking area. Not what I'm accustomed to with UHaul.

Bernadine HayesI submitted a review yesterday as well from my Rental on Friday (2/9) about having to clean the cargo area myself while still at uhual. I rented shading Sat, (2/10) and it was the same issue. I should not have to perform this duty. If I bring it back like how I get it , I'm sure there well be a charge. Wondering now if customers are being charged but yet the vehicles are still not being swept or blown out.
BERNARD MONTAGUE JRAntoine installed a hitch on my car. He kept me informed of the process and was super courteous and did a great job! Highly recommend. My only suggestion for the location would be to add a chair or two for customers who choose to wait for the install.

Virginia StallingsCustomer service was excellent but the vehicle was in poor repair, with the back door not operating properly. On one side the part that slides through the track was broken and bent over so it would not slide in the track. The broken parts were quite rusty so it was not a new problem, and the truck should not have been rented out.
