The only issue we had was on the return the app wouldn't recognize my rental code and I got charged a next day when I had the trailer back on time.

For example and noting that i made the mistake of locking the van and putting the keys to the truck in the the dropbox and trying to check in by taking a picture of the mileage indicator caused a problem. When i called into to get some help the phone attendant was less than helpful. Maybe she was having a bad day but she was short and down right rude. However the people at the Murray location were very helpful and professional.
James Halvorsen24/7 Did not work easily had to call the main u-haul number a check out that should have taken minutes took hours. Owner said to call with any questions at any time however did not answer. So we were left to fend for ourselves. The hours are not accommodating to the customer.

Matthew HoretskiWeather was wet & starting to snow, so the attendant during tralier drop off kindly allowed me to remain in my vehicle while she unhooked the trailer & completed the return. All was wonderful except she failed to put the rubber protective cap back over my vehicle's 4-flat wiring & therefore unnecessary exposed the connection to all the nasty road conditions during my drive home.

Wanda hendricksI was charged almost 2Xs the price I was given when I checked it out. They charged me $15. to clean out a small trailer that would have taken 2 mins to sweep out and that when I got it had dirt and an old plastic spoon in it when I opened it for the first time. I'm sure they charged the person who left that spoon the $15 also. Getting it checked out took forever also. There were only three customers and it still took almost 20 minutes to get helped. Getting the lights to work took another 10 or 15. I have been to 3 Uhauls in the last year and each time it takes forever none of the employees knows what is going on.

As you pushed on the accelerator, it would get to the point that it would just kind of take off, even if already going freeway speeds, so I had to watch that it wouldn't lurch forward as I drove along. The staff was great and I was treated well. The vehicle was fairly clean inside the cargo area, and the seating area was very clean.

She was very pleasant and helped us make sure we were getting the best deal we could. She went the extra mile and made phone calls to help us with the drop off location of our rental. If I had a business I would hire her in a heart beat! Thanks Cindy for making this experience a good one!

Isaac PerezI rented a tow dolly for my car, and it was damaged while I was moving from Utah to Texas. I would not rent from this place because they don't inform you of the insurance options you have. My car was damaged by the tow dolly and I had no idea I could have purchased more insurance with the third-party insurance company. I had 5k of coverage for insurance, and it's not enough to cover my car damage. Also, the repwest insurance company doesn't cover car rental services, so that means I have to pay for a car rental for a whole month to get my car fixed. Customer service is very poor, and the GM is not very kind or respectful. I spent 2500 dollars at Uhaul and they won't look out for you to help you have better options concerning insurance and won't inform you verbally how to help you have the best experience. The regional manager was very kind when I spoke to him. Beware of Uhaul because they only care about the money they make and not the customer. They look out for their best interest only.
