One of the managers and employees were fighting among themselves, cursing making a scene. This has been a horrible location and I am a frequent customer of Uhaul. They never pick up the phone, I tried contacting the location over 5 times, and when they do they are extremely rude. Worst experience of extremely poor customer and overall service. Very rude and unprofessional staff.

When I searched for U-Haul on line this location did not come up. I knew it existed but could not find it on line. Finally just went in. Would have preferred to have found it on line and make all the arraignments in advance.

This location and the employees were ok and very helpful. I would use them again. As I've said, the confusion and difficulty was with the agents on the phone line (while trying to return the truck, even ahead of time)

Change the attitude of the staff. Very rude. I had pre-ordered a floor dolly and I was told they were out and that it was on a first-come-first-served basis. I asked if I could get something else at the same price and was rudely told "It doesn't work that way."

I was not offered the ramp and only found out it was not in the van when i was far away. This made my move more painful and long and U-Haul mised an opportunity to make more money by renting the ramp. I had to ask for the dolly. people attending this store simply don't give a damn about customers.

My experience with good customer service is what can I, the merchant, do to make the process easy and enjoyable for the customer. My experience with this location is from that goal. Case in point: When I reserved online my vehicle. I gave a credit card number to secure the reservation. Yet when my staff member goes to pick up the truck, I need to be there to give my credit card again. Why do you insist I personally present the credit card after securing the reservation with a credit card on line? Second: You called me an hour after the truck was returned to remind me to return the truck. Third: I rented the truck for two (2) days. When your staff member called to finalize payment, she kept saying that the rental period was three days even though the truck was returned within 48 hours of taking it.

They wanted to charge us over 500.00 dollars when we rented a van for 3 hours for 900.00 milles. What did we rent.....an airplane??????. Then since they couldn't get the money like that they told us that we returned the van without gas when I have pictures and receipts of the gas. Tank was full. If you wanted to rip people make sure that at least you do it right

On long trips you could also offer a rear facing camera that projects the image on the cabin mirror. This way maneuvering is easier, the driver is safer and if you add that to a front camera recording device (also optional) the insurance would cost less and they probably would love it.

The only thing is the odometer was off by a mile and although I only went 8 miles it says it charged me two Gallons? A team member like a rental come out do a walk around & check gas & miles together

Slow procedures.. slow at picking it up and also slow at returning it. In the other hand, it is fair to say that the trailer was brand new and very clean. A little too much rattly though.

The only issue I had was that the van was not full when I picked it up. I was told to return it with 3/8 of a tank of gas which is really hard to estimate. I ended up returning it with 3/4 of a tank which probably cost me as much as just letting the company charge me for gas. If the vehicles were full when rented, it would be really easy to figure out how much gas to put in them before returning them.

U haul App does not let me complete the form. I have also try to do that with the help of Uhaul staff at the rental location. Subsequently it does not let me check in when returning trailers after hours. :Last but not the least, The U Haul office at it's North Miami Beach location always have an overwhelming number of trucks and variety of trailers with the exception of the 5' x 8' AV's. Obviously, they are in demand! Why not keep a few more on the lot?!

The uh-haul app does not allow for the completion of my account. Subsequently, each time I rent, being a frequent user, have to provide Dirver.licence, Credit card, secondary phone number. Also, returning the trailer after hours the system does not recognize the trailer being in my posession ! Other then that. Service is great, but always have to worry, whether or not you'll have a 5' x 8' AV on the available. (I always reserve them in advance). There are always a multitude of trailers there, but the AV's in demand very few if any!!

Oldo truck. Dirt inside when you put bottle of water. The steering wheel is old, dirty and shattered. There are a noise in the bkeak like a air leaking inside the cabin. There are a vibration over 65mph. Really old truck

Explain better where how to pick up vehicle after renting. Not just “go outside out that door.” Also after hours drop off experience is poorly thought out. App just stops and asks you to share location, which I did, but for whatever reason it could not access my location and just stops. Why. I’m at the right place and leaving my vehicle anyway so why. Seems designed to just set up the customer for an extra device charge. I’ll bet that happens a lot. So you end a good customer experience on a bad note with the expectation I’m going to be charged another $20. That really a bad experience and not the location’s fault.oh well...

The customer service that I got was good and the equipment was clean but that's it They didnt check if the cords to the trailer are connected good or if the lights work After 2 days of towing my trailer I got pulled over and received a ticket because the trailer lights dont work I had to go to Walmart and buy the connection cord you provided and fix it myself even though I had insurance and the $5 B.S that told me on the phone if he come's out and I had with my car and not your gear than it would cost more money even though I explained the problem So for next time I know to find a different supplier for my needs

After about 10 minutes of riding the truck, there was a loud repetitive noise that wouldn't stop unless i turned the truck off and back on. It would repeat every time i did that.
