The associate that I worked with was amazing. He was very sweet and kind and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly and taken care of before I even left with the rental. The employee I delt with was amazing kind gave excellent customer service the transaction went smooth with no issues.

Meriam SNot the best rental experience as a repeat customer who rents a van during holiday times for the flower shop I own in Woodbury. Originally rented the van at the Deptford location. However, when I went to pick up, the van was not returned by the previous renter the day before and Deptford did not have a van to accommodate. Drove out of the way to Somerdale to pick up the vehicle. For the inconvienence, I had asked if I could return to Deptford, but was told that was not possible. Was not happy about that, and had to then go back out of my way to return the vehicle to Somerdale.

Juned Pyou guys need to mention about the 15 dollar insurance charge that it’s optional,i was never told that.and the 15 ft truck wasn’t the cleanest.the steering wheel was pointing to the right and we were going straight.and the air vent shutters were broke and missing.now when we returned truck the guy working at 6 pm was very nice and explained the process to me better so next time i’m aware of what i can pay.i full coverage on my personal vehicles which are very nice vehicles and should of have to pay the 15 dollar charge.

Kevin MNot quite sure how it's advertised $19,95 to rent a small 10 ft box truck turns into $88 dollars for a total of 8 hrs. Not to mention gas money to level the fuel off to the level I received the van at. Holy crap.

John KThis location scams its customers. They gave us a vehicle with below 1/4 tank of gas and then requested that WE fill it up to above the amount we got it at. They charge $16,2 extra and a $30 service fee for "fueling" because we did not give them extra gas. They told us the person who had the truck before us was also charged the $30 fueling fee (which is meant to cover the employees time to fill up the tank to the appropriate lever for the next customer. They wanted us to make up the gas that the person before us used and didn't fill. The employee who was working with us (Sean M.) LAUGHED at us when we asked for clarification on this unfair policy. This is my second time using this U-Haul location and I will NOT be returning.
