Best hauling experience I've ever had! The staff at this location are second to none.

He also reminded me where to drop off the truck when I was unpacked and if I needed additional time to just call. Tyruence CThe drop off location charged me for an extra day even though I turned in the Truck a day early. I turned it in Monday afternoon and they recorded it as turned in on Tuesday and charged me. I will dispute this on my Visa card.

Harold RThe window did not work on the driver side the tires have very low pressure creating for the truck to be very unsteady on the role as I was driving and putting me in a dangerous situation since I was carrying a riding lawnmower in the back, and to top it off the guy at this location was very rude, to the point of telling me that I can go to another place if I don't like it their rules. Not a good experience! How can you guys make things better well the window could be fixed and the guy can help maybe a little pump or something to make sure the tires got the correct pressure at all time. But as far as the guys attitude not really sure what to say about that, But as far as the guys attitude not really sure what to tell you about thatother than not good to have a person like that representing a company. Usually when people go to these locations they might be going through situations we don't know what situation us people have going on and having somebody like that so I'm patient in room does not help the situation..

John SI didn't know there were 2 locations on 54. I went to the one closest to me and was met by the rudest man! He informed me I didn't have a reservation and said "You're at the wrong place! Try down the road!" Thank God! When I got to the right location I was met with welcoming smiles and voices! Needless to say, I won't EVER go to the 'other' place. Valerie and Kevin (?) were wonderful!! 10 stars!

Ryan SSpray the trucks for roaches, we opened the truck box and there had to be a bakers dozen roaches scrambling around. I sprayed the box truck before loading my furniture. Other than that, I had a great rental experience.

Andrea JGina, Kevin and their team are always so wonderful and easy to do business with! Kevin takes the time to be sure you are comfortable with the vehicle, incl seat and steering wheel adjustments, etc., before you pull out. As well, the facility is always immaculate and secure.

Christopher CDrop off was easy. Was just upset that I put in over $150 of fuel because they gave it to me at the pickup location with only 1/8 of a tank. I was told at the pickup location that I would be comped for any additional fuel in it when I returned it but at the return was told I wouldn't be comped anything.
