maddison sThe trucks are simply parked on the street at this location, which makes for a difficult pick up/return process. It's also unsafe from a traffic safety perspective. I'm sure the neighbors don't appreciate having U-Haul trucks constantly parked on the street in front of their homes.

Graddy JDropped off after hours via mobile check in and it was dark. No issues with drop off. We did return the truck earlier than anticipated due to the starter issues.

NED CLocation was very tight and barely had room to get van dropped off. Club around corner was open so took up lots of parks since lots of vans were parked out on street in front of residence.

Amy SJamie was super friendly and personable. Though he seemed a little confused as to the extra charges on my rental. I had explained to him the confusion with the mileage and drop off time and I honestly did not realize I had been charged another $110 dollars until looking at my credit card statement the following day. I called Jamie and he was pleasant and is going to try to figure out the confusion and deduct some of the over charges. The manager, Sherry Porter at the pick up location was not helpful and they basically told me to take it up with the drop off location and took no responsibility for the confusion in the mileage or charges for an extra day. When I became frustrated with the extra charges even though I had called the previous day to explain drop off time confusion but was still charged $40 for extra day plus $45 extra for mileage. The truck was reserved for 1pm and returned at approximately 2:15 the following day but I had called to explain confusion on return time.. She said I was being unreasonable and hung up on me. Nice.
