Fire JT immediately!! He is an embarrassment to your company. I have rented from this location before and had a great experience. I will not be back. I reserved online and when I showed up to pick the truck up he was very rude. He said he had try to contact me and my voice mail was full I told him I didn't realize it was full. He dialed my number and starred me down. When my phone rang I told him I didn't doubt he tried to call I just didn't know it was full. He said he called my wife's number and she didn't answer either. I ask if her mail was full also and he said he didn't try to leave a message. Why?? He then says you NEED to put this number in your contact list and make sure you answer when I call. I said there was no need because I wouldn't be using this location again. He said again put us in your contact list in case we need to get in touch with you. He said it a third time very rudely and I finally said I heard him the first time and I wouldn't be adding it to my contact list. The next day when I brought it back he opened up the back and said he would be charging me 20 $for not sweeping it out. The problem was I not only swept it out I used a dust mop to do it. Then I swept it into a dust pan. What he saw was the line of dust that is left behind when it doesn't go into the dust pan. I dusted it up with my hand and say surly you are kidding and he said nope company policy. I said but I did sweep it out and he pointed to the dust line that was left and rudely says apparently you didn't. I told him I absolutely did and ask what his problem was because he had been rude the day before. He said nothing and walked away. He finished figuring what my final charge was and said I am not going to charge you for it not being clean even though you say you did, you didn't. This guy obviously has a problem. I have owned multiple businesses over the last 22 years and I would never employ someone like this. Again I am embarrassed for your company and I will never use you again.DARRYL O.

Top of the truck was damaged and didn't know it till got home to load it and had to take it back and that was the only one that big had to get the next size truck waste a half day and had to pay the same said they would give me a half tank of gas but wasn't all the way full when I picked it up and didn't want to waste any more timeJimmie K.

THE REPRESENTATIVE JT WILLIAMS WAS VERY RUDE AND HE OVERLY CHARGED FOR THE VEHICLE. THE REPRESENTATIVE DIDN'T COME OUTSIDE TO INSPECTED IT BEFORE OR AFTERWARDS; THE VAN HAD A FULL TANK, CLEAN, AND I DIDNOT GO OVER THE MILEAGE. HOWEVER, I HAD EXTRA CHARGES ON MY CARD! AFTER A HEATED DISCUSSION OVER THE PHONE, THE REPRESENTATIVE KNEW HIS WRONG-DOING AND REIMBURSED THE OVER CHARGE OF 25$ BACK TO MY CARD. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION ESPECIALLY IF U-HAUL IS HIRING EMPLOYEES WITH THIS KIND OF MINDSET!!!Aric F.

Have the trucks completely ready when offering Mobile Pickup. The extra equipment I rented 2 dolly's and 2 furniture dolly's were not in my truck. Had to go back the next morning to pickup. Only received 1 dolly and was charged for two.Brittany W.

The gentleman that assisted me was beyond rude. I entered the store b4 I realized I didn't have my make on. I immediately turned to go back out and grab it. As I'm leaving out the store to run and grab it, the u-haul rep yelled, â€œMa'am get out of my storeâ€.......I thought to myself that was rude but kept going to put my mask on. I walk back up to enter the store and the guy tells me I'm not welcomed in the store b/c there is no telling where else I've been with no mask on. I assured him no where b/c they are mandatory in all public stores at this point. He made me stand outside in the cold to give him my info. It was 32degrees and there were snow flurries falling. It was freezing cold and he would not allow to stand inside to provide the info. The truck was not in good shape. It was stalling out in 1gear as it changed out and there were dash lights on when I got it. It was drifting to the right as if it need an alignment. He was again rude when we brought it back and told me I had left trash in the truck. There were 2 pieces of plastic the size of a quarter at most in the truck. I asked re-confirmed that they do sweep the trucks out upon return and he said yes. Over all he was a jackass who made a woman stand in the freezing weather all to give your company business. I felt targeted and as a solider who has fought for this country.... I was extremely disappointed in the manner he chooses to treat people.JASMIN T.

First guy I rented the vehicle from was really helpful. When I turned it in the second guy was saying I had too sweep put the truck and have it essentially perfectly clean the employee was on his phone the entire time and I felt like he didn't want too do the work himself even though it's his job. The grass and dust that was in there wasn't from me I guess what I'm getting at is that the employee shouldn't be on his phone and be more customer friendly his attitude about everything isn't that great.Braxton G.

I was charged for safe tow when I said I didn't want it but yet they still charged me and I've used this uhaul place several times and I don't think I will be back because I was charged when I said I did not want it.Joleen W.

I have gone to this U-Haul store several times to rent equipment. every time the salesperson was very courteous and very knowledgeable about what I needed for transporting. The equipment was very clean and well-maintained and I had no problems with the trucks and trailers. When it comes to U-Haul this store is my go-to.Wiley F.

Pay closer attention to the details. Close out invoice tried to charge me for an additional 100 miles of usage. @40 cents a mile that is a significant mistake at the consumers expense. I am glad I caught it and thankful the close out invoice was adjusted.JOHN C.

I paid for insurance and one wheel got stuck in the mud in my yard due to heavy rain. I was told to call roadside and it should be taken care of. I did call them and was told that it wasn't covered so I had to pay out of pick for a pull out to a wrecker service for a tow truck.Carolyn S.

Moved from Pa. to Alabama...The customer service was excellent....seemed they went out of their way to accommodate my needs...the location was easy to access ...and they let me unhook my Ubox to go get fuel at end of trip as it was safer to maneuver at gas station...return was easy and quick..HAPPY !Michael B.

It may be buried in the fine print, but I was later than expected picking up the truck (on a 24/7 reservation) and my reservation expired because I was a few hours late. Other than that adding 15-20 minutes to pickup process, it went ok. Truck was good and check in was pretty smoothJeffery Y.
Check in and out employee was a jerk. Didn't smoke one time. No thank u for your business. No nothing. I will definitely use a different U-Haul location next time. Your employees reflect on your company and he is doing nothing to help. The truck and experience and customer service over the phone was very goodSarah H.
While I was there a customer seemed to be rude to the employee. The employee would not quit talking and escalated the confrontation to the point that violence was threatened. The customer started to walk away a couple of times but the employee kept talking. This is the only reason for the low score on the location.Randall R.

The Customer Service rep was very rude to begin with on the phone when I made the reservation. He was working with another customer who was in the store at the same time. He answered my questions in a very condescending manner. I dont rent trucks much so I asked lots of questions. He demanded that I take a pic of my license and send to help electronically. When I explained to him that I might have trouble doing that he said it was required. I asked if I could just give him my license when I arrived in person he said I needed to send electronically. When I arrived in person I had forgotten my face mask in my vehicle. He immediately scolded me for not having it on. I made a joking comment about the masks and he said it was the law and I would have to have it on to come in the store. I put the mask on and then he proceeded to tell me that I needed to put it on correctly. I was getting a little pissed with the way he was preaching to me about the mask etc. I asked him not to lecture me and said to him that I needed not need a sermon. This really pissed him off. He was very hostile to me and I did not appreciate the way he spoke to me and treated me. When I brought the truck back he was again very rude and told me to wait outside. As I waited another employee came in and I asked him to help me and explained that his co worker was hard to deal with. He completely everything for me in seconds. The first persons last name was Williams and I think J T was his name. I will probably not use your service again and would appreciate if this man's superior would contact me for further comment.glenn W.
