The on-site associate Mechell Mitchell doubled booked the vehicle I rented. She argued with me for over an hour and blatantly overlooked the fact that my rental agreement/reservation was for 4 hours which was from 10:00am to 2:00pm. She asked what time I would be returning and I told her maybe 2 hours. Regardless of the fact that I gave her an “estimate of 2 hours” my reservation was scheduled for 4 hours. She charged me for 2 days because I returned the truck at 1:00 pm instead of 12:00 pm. She scheduled/promised the truck I rented to another party at 12:30 pm which during my rental period. When I explained to her that I would not and could not afford $98 payment for using a truck for 3 hours and asked for a manager she told me she was the general manager and that she would write up a “promisory” if I didn’t pay the $98. I am unsure of what this statement actually meant so I called customer service and was on the phone for an hour trying to find a resolution. This person should be reprimanded and fired for the unnecessary stress she caused me in addition to charging my visa card not once but twice in the amounts of $60.06 and an additional $44.86. Not only did she not try to find a reasonable solution but charged me for 2 full days of rental when I had the truck for 3 hours!! VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I WILL NEVER TAKE MY BUSINESS TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!

Yalls Gm meshell is the best one yall have had therr since and that kevin is a very hard worker they are a good power team to have my rental went smooth and when i had to wait for a ride that wouldnt be there for another 2 hours meshell offered and gave me a ride home i will be coming back to uhaul

When i arrived at the location the lady was talking on the phone about missing $250 for 10 minutes. Then when she said i can help the next person she was moving like a snail. She asked me all the questions i answered when i reserved the truck the previous day, then she said i don’t know why I’m asking all this, it is right here. Then after what felt like 20 minutes of course it was not she bring the truck around. The truck said low tires RR, so we can’t see the mileage, so we pull around back to get that check, the cameras show them someone is back there but no one came to the back to help for about 15 minutes or when my husband got out to put air in the tire. None of the equipment work to put air in the tire so my husband decided to go and put air in the tire at a local qt would be better than starting over this process with that terrible crew inside. So we left not able to see the mileage. We rented the truck to go pick up a coffee table that would not fit in my Jeep. Never saw the mileage because the low tire never went away even after we put air in all tires. Above 80 psa. On all the tires. At the point I’m so pissed. I get my coffee table and take it home. Eat some lunch and take it back cause we had it till 3. We get back and tell them about the tire and the guy said yeah i know the sensor is broken. Really?!? Y’all new that?!? Ridiculous! Then he go out and came back in and said 70 miles. How do you even know that? We paid and left. I will never go to use uhaul again and all my 6000 followers on twitter will know about this uhaul place on camp wisdom. This is the worst! Look forward to hearing from you to help me understand how i drive 70 miles and my coffee table table was 10 miles down the road.

The staff at this location are extremely unprofessional, in front of customers they curse and carry on with what should be extremely personal conversations. On my last visit there about 6 or 7 customers in line with only one associate assisting customers, the second associate saw this but stated she's leaving to make a drop. I believe the associates think it's okay to act as they do because of this stores location which is not acceptable. I'm big on privacy so I was very disturbed when the associate took out his personal cell phone to take pictures of my drivers license, there should be an official method of getting such information, such as a scanner built into the register etc, but having associates taking pictures of drivers licenses with their cell phones is not a good look.

The truck smelled like a combo of cigarettes and bathroom cleaner. Customer service was poor. No dollie in truck. Was charged extra day even though I brought truck back a day early.

I reserved a 17' Truck online on 9/23 to be picked up on 9/28. Received back a confirmation. My son went to pick it up and was told that they did not have a reservation. He showed them the confirmation email. He was then told that they did not have any trucks. We had to settle for a cargo trailer in order to move our things. Will never use this location again.

The truck had a light indicating the driver door was open. It did not cause a problem but it was alarming to us when we picked it up. Another customer returning a vehicle complained of the same thing. Probably the same truck. It should have been taken out of circulation and fixed.

My uhual wouldn’t start and had to wait 4 days for pickup and was charged twice once for gas and couldn’t get more gas due to not starting that’s not my fault at all and shouldn’t be charged

I reserved online. Pick up was a short wait. Gentleman that assisted us was there from another location helping with inventory but didn't hesitate to jump in & eliminate a long wait. Return was a breeze. Thanks Camp Wisdom Uhaul Team!
