Not at this time mainly because the staff at the counter at the Camp Wisdom location was very obnoxious and I don't think professional is in their job description. Refused to put on a mask. Told us we could wait on the other person while she was wiping her nose with the back of her hand and still did not bother to use sanitizer that was right in front of her. Mind you she has been on the phone since she walked in actually holding a conversation while assisting a customer and talking about somebody in jail. I waited on the next person so ended up leaving out an hour later than my appointment time which I was there waiting. Between listening to her personal phone calls that was on speaker phone and profanity this was a frustrating (trying to upload info into the system thru the app was not working for me that day. I have used it before no problem. ) and disappointing experience. Even my storage unit experiences have been difficult in thier automated system. I scheduled a storage unit with lock. My invoice said lock was going to be in unit. No lock. Had to go chase down lock. Very disappointed in the attitude of these two young ladies.

Unprofessional. The representative asked for the same info; phone number, address, license, etc, multiple times and seemed to have difficulty with the whole checkout process. Attitude was not friendly. Very slow, took almost an hour to check out a small trailer that was previously reserved.

The clerk did not tell me that it would be a 25.00 cleaning fee. I would have swept the small amount of debris my self. I asked the clerk to allow me to swept the van and she said no. I want my 25.00 dollars back.

The truck was cleaned for the most part but the passenger side mirror was broken and kept moving out of place. which made it difficult to change lanes while driving. This should have been repaired before I rented the truck. This needs to be resolved before someone gets hurt.

need attendants with excellent customer service skills. Employees should look and dress professionally. Location need to be clean and presented in a more customer friendly and professional manner. Trucks look horrible. The environment is disgusting. Customer service sucks.

That truck was terribly maintained. Damaged inside and exterior was wrecked out. The trucks electrical components are weak. The headlights are so deam, you cant drive at night. The truck need to be taken off the road. Its not the uhual way....of business as I am use too. That truck needs to be sold or fixed.

This by far was the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul my day started at this location and they were rude unfriendly and unwilling to help for mistake that I had no control over it's something to do with the website and your system and it's just not right. I ended up visiting three U-Haul locations yesterday and the only location that was willing to help me was the location located in Cedar Hill the general manager Craig was amazing. Based on my experience yesterday I honestly think I should be refunded the charges that I paid I spent 2 1/2 hours searching for U-Haul truck and the website is awful

I check the gas amount and it was not correct as noted at check out time paper work. I marked the gas amount as it was at check out. And place the amount of gas back in the vehicle, but I was still charged for gas $13.00 dollars. Would like for my $13.00 dollars added to my account!

They did not have the equipment that I had reserved. Neither did the next two U-Haul‘s that I was sent to. Due to the confusion on U-Haul‘s part I was over an hour late to meet the movers. U-Haul could not have possibly made this move any more stressful for me than they did.

Poor knowledge on the part of management towards insurance on rental. I had a blowout on the way to bring the trailer back the manager very arrogant said I need to buy a tire. The Taryn question was very old tire. I should not have taken it but I was in a hurry and needed to get started. I was only going to go about 20 miles total I figured it would be OK. I have rented several trailers from U-Haul and experience was OK this location and manager Way below expectations. No I have directed American Express to stop payment on contract rental because lack of ability to deal with manager. I'm a senior citizen a veteran I expected better treatment than what I received

Ask if they ever rented a truck before & explain about the gas & how to take a picture of where the gas range & miles are instead of sending it on an email. We are moving no time to stop & check your email. Cause my gas range was at half a tank & used 1/4 but was charged for a full tank. My mistake is not taking a picture.

I received a phone call two days before I picked up the truck that my preferred location did not have the equipment and had to pick up at another location. While finishing paperwork at pickup, I was asked to return the equipment at a different location than I had requested. Minor inconvenience overall.

The young lady at the store was very nice and attentive but I had to wait an hour for the truck because someone the day before rented out the trucks incorrectly my reservation was at 9 and I didn't get the truck until 10:45

There was only one person working and about 10+ customers waiting. Manager finally came back with her children(who were playing behind the counter), a bonnet on her head and NO MASK. Someone else from another store also came in with NO MASK. This store used to be so professional.

Hire better people persons with people skills. And not with a Ghetto mentality, no understanding and just no customer service etiquette . And don't have no compassion about about an incident that happens due to the poor maintenance of Uhaul trucks. Please maintain those trucks at this location.

The front desk staff was handling a tough case of someone who had a problem, so it was a rough time to be there but I felt they treated me well and got me on my way. They were also prompt and courteous when I came back to return the vehicle. Since the car I reserved was not turned in by previous customers, I received an upgrade. The vehicle was not clean, but I guess it was because it was not planned for me to get it. Overall it was a good experience.

Trucks need to be properly detailed on the inside. Disappointing to always receive nasty equipment/cabs. Sticky, crumbs, unsanitary ESPECIALLY considering todays pandemic.

First off I reserved a truck online at one particular location. And was sent out of my way to another location for pickup. When I got there, I had to give my card information 4 times before the young lady could get her computer to work. Which, I had already reserved and had a confirmation number from my previous online reservation. Was then told that I would be compensated for having to drive out my way, by reimbursing me for 20 miles which was the additional mileage I had to drive to pickup a truck that was originally only going 7 miles had the truck been available as it was stated online during my reservation. I was not compensated, and paid an additional $65 on top of the$105 rental. NOT VERY PLEASE!!

Rental a vehicle from this location. Guy behind the counter shouts "Shit" as I walked in. I got to counter..guy starts coughing without his mask on. I finish transaction..go out to truck to find it unacceptable. Go back in...guy gets attitude. Then a woman come out from back...she exchanged the vehicle BUT with attitude. I will never go back nor refer this location to any of my family/friends. Your employees have major attitude problems.
