I was pleased with the service. I needed a van for a couple of hours. The young lady told me to come on in within the next 15 minutes and sure enough, I was able to get the van and return it within my time. GREAT SERVICEPAMELA M.
Employees would not touch the tow dolly to unhook it. Manager was downright rude to us. We had to unhook the the car and remove the tow dolly from UHaul truck ourselves. It was a horrible experience.KATHERINE G.

That truck needs some work. It was hard getting into gears, blue smoke was coming out the back, the brake pedal was low. There was a grinding noise. I prayed to God that was made it back to the store.JESSIE M.
The process of arriving and using my cell phone to receive my truck did not work at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful in overcoming the failed computers. Give the staff the correct equipment to do their jobs and this experience would move from average to excellent.Kellie S.

Communicate better. I returned the truck same day for the first time since I've been renting uhaul vehicles every month for the last year. Wasn't aware of drop off process. Return the truck with more gas than needed. And didn't go the distance I quoted in miles. But yet I owe 50 $because of lack of communication. Cause I didn't check out on my phone. Which if I knew I would have done. Especially since there was someone leaving when I arrived. Will never go back to this location.KENNETH H.

The auto hauler that I picked up from Cleveland wasn't updated by the staff when the change was made at the last minute which was their suggestion. Because of that, the Baltimore location contacted me several times and basically made accusations that I did not return the equipment. The woman from the Baltimore location was in my opinion, being willfully ignorant when I was describing a worker there (the person who helped me disconnect from the auto hauler) and their location. I don't think she apologized just said that she finally figured it out after I kept helping her to do her job.ALIYA B.
At this time because so much us going on with everyone. I came on a very busy Saturday and there was only one person. She was continually so gracious and considerate of each and every customer she treated each as if they were the most important and only customer. It made the long wait worth it. Update and train your personnel at the location on 55th and Chester ave. Arriving at this location is a driving accident waiting to happen. The counter person was inexperienced to use the computer and other office equipment to adequately take care of customers. Another location had to assist him and eventually take over remotely to service my needs. Upon returning, I was met with a very rude employee that eventually told me that he only works 1 day of the week, and did not know anything about the the equipment being lent out. Resulting in his rude behavior to people returning equipment. I will not be using this location if at all possible.JUAN M.

The manager was my sale associate. An I must say he was very disrespectful and ignorant ðŸ˜'. He do not have the skills to be helping customers. He told me I didn't have rsvp n than gave my truck away. He say I found u a truck. I get the truck it's nasty an the air didn't work. I made a reservation for 20ft truck and received the reservation confirmation number which guaranteed that I would get a truck by promised time and equipment. on the day of moving, there was no truck and waited 30 mins to get 15 footer and told me to return the truck sooner than my reservation time. all my movers were waiting which I had to pay them and moving was half way done since I had to return the truck and didn't fit all my stuff.HEE-RAK L.
The store manager had me leave the keys with him when I returned the vehicle because he did not have time to check me in at that time due to traffic in the store. I was charged for 2 extra rental periods. This manager stole from me.KYLE G.

I called in for a two bedroom uhaul with a dolly, the rep from the 1800 told me it would be 29,95 $. Got to the 55th Chester Cleveland Ohio location n she charged me for an 17ft truck which was 39,95 $, they didn't have no dolly available. The chest location was rude, not help, she was under stress about the job being stressful. Never going back againLATECIA G.

Retrain or replace this arrogant manager. Every time I have been in this store in the last 2 years we have seen him in action. He is rude to call Ins, spoke on other personnel business, personnel that got fired and he got their job, this time he was very nasty to us when we returned our truck, in front of his friends. He told us to get out his store. After I called in a complaint on him the next day he called me twice, from two different numbers. I called him back and he questioned me about how I got his cell number, I told him he called me, he wanted to argue with me about he never called me. This guy has issues.BRINT C.
I received a text with photos of the truck that were supposed to indicate the condition of the truck. Unfortunately, the photos were not detailed enough to document the condition of the truck, so I was uncomfortable approving that that photos were correct. Also, there was a large scrape on the truck that was not in the photo, so the photo was not up to date.John P.
First, the utility dolly was not included. Second, there were roaches inside the truck. Pest control is one of the most important issues, especially when moving into new places. I do not want to carry roaches to my new apartment.ROBERT K.

The young gentleman at the service desk was very helpful. He quickly ran thru the process for the required phone app enrollment, showed me where the drop key box was for after-hours and made sure I had the proper insurance. This employee was very thorough and I just want to say thank you. The service he provided me with is rare these days.SHELLY J.
They were behind on all of their orders due to an employee not coming in; which caused me to get my truck and hour late. The gentleman that helped me was great. He was very courteous and apologetic. They misplaced the keys to the 20 foot truck that i had ordered, so i had to take a smaller 17 foot instead. I was told that if i needed more time to call in (due to me losing an hour). When I called for an hour extension, that manager would not accommodate me. He was very rude and threatened me with a 350 $charge if I returned the truck late. He then proceeded to put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I will never order a truck from the 55th location again and i will also inform anyone that I know who may think of using that location not to do so.markus M.

I hate to give bad reviews but when you pay your hard-earned money you expect great customer service The location on E. 55th is one area I will not go back to for services. The staff was unknowledgeable of running that office for its customers. They were moving very slowly as though they didn't want to be there and perform. They were also unapologetic about having customers stand in line while they tried to figure out the problems they were having. Having customers stand in line for 20 minutes or more to finally ask" if you are paying with cash, please step over to the next window" is not good for business and very unprofessional.Angela M.
I was overcharged on mileage. I was told that I traveled 38 miles in the truck, which seemed off, but I didn't have the time to dispute that claim. Afterwards, when I mapped my trip it came to a total of 26 miles. So, you all owe me 10 $.James C.

The truck I rented was unsightly. Shouldn't be on the road. Metal siding is pulling away from both sides of the vehicle. Smelly, filthy. Oil light on. Then I was told if the vehicle wasn't returned by 6 pm that there would be a 350,00 $ late fee charged. Hand written. Are you kidding me? Then the 2 representatives told me they we're off the clock and didn't accommodate checking the vehicle in. I arrived before the office closed at 5 pm. They told me to drop the keys in the slot.
