Location QR code wasn't available for mobile pick-up. Truck was available at the scheduled time and ready to go. Relatively easy process. Place could use some tidying up

Van needed an oil change and website did not work for the pickup or the drop off. That was the big disappointment, not bein able to use the mobile pick up or drop off. Why off the mobile option if it does not work??? So much for my convenience.

A good start would be to hire employees who actually answer the phones. It's an easy task to call the store from directly outside while looking in, and you can see for yourself that the phones go intentionally ignored without the staff being busy! Also the trucks are in undeniably unkempt condition, as well as in ABSURDLY poor mechanical quality. I should have read the public reviews though, so I'd say this is my fault. Im in management and I gotta say, good luck to you with getting those guys to do ANYTHING helpful to your company...

The location is in a really bad area of Denver but this U-Haul location itself as a business has amazing employees and I got my keys and returned the truck in no time at all. They have a good run of things going!

I had elected to pick up our van through the mobile app service, however the app does not work and was constantly going in a loop asking me to sign in. I simply could not make it work. Luckily the office was open and I was able to pick up the van that way, but that is not the point, you need to fix your app functionality for pick ups! I returned the van after office hours and used the mobile link to complete the return, that one worked really well and was easy to follow.

After driving for 2000 miles, wheels were not balanced and steering wheel shook. Also the person at pick up ( not where I was suppose to pick up) sated not one of ours not sure about the condition.

Our first truck had 100 roaches in the back, our second truck didn't have windshield wipers, which wasn't figured out until it started raining on our move.. we reserved an appliance dolly, which they didn't have and had to drive over an hour out of our way to go get one from a different store, and that store tried to charge us an additional fee for it, after already paying.. I'm never using uhaul again, you are a terrible company and have offered no compensation for this experience. Supposedly a manager was going to call to rectify the situation, but 4 days later, no call. Awful customer service.

Unable to drop off truck at different location. Moving to another city. Seems ridiculous to have to drive all the way back to this location to drop off the truck. Never had to do that in past moves. Also when dropping the truck back off the attendant was very dismissive and refused to provide me with a receipt for my final payment.

Very helpful prior to rental getting the correct hitch on our truck.

Representative at the front desk was not friendly and had an attitude. She closed earlier than what was marked on the door and left me waiting for 10 minutes in the heat. I would not use this location again and, definitively, would not recommend it. There are other locations close by that are much more customer friendly.

You app is horrible. It doesn't work. Made reservations, did pre check-in and it still wanted a bunch of info when I picked up the van. Do that beforehand. And the app wouldn't let me return the van as it wanted a photo of the mileage which I couldn't get as the display was about changing oil soon and not showing the odometer. Try using your own product for fuck sake, see how it works

The whole place looked so dirty and gross. The bathroom was disgusting. The truck seriously needed an alignment (keeping it straight was a chore that made moving more stressful) and had very cracked windshield.

My first time renting/driving the van, it went very smooth. I must commend the young man who help me with this reservation AND checked the Van back in. He was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. I forget his name yet he had red hair and wore glasses. He was the kindness young man! I will return to this shop anytime for his superior customer service, thank you

Charges went from an estimate of $34 + $1,09 to something completely different. There was no transparency in pricing. Once I arrived at the location I was quoted over $100 (a drastic jump from the original quote) Some of the charges were adjusted, but I was still (seemingly) charged an additional $32 and I did not drive over 10 miles. Feels like I was scammed.

Be absolutely certain the truck has the amount of gas the U-Haul rep tells you it has. I was told the truck was full of gas, and a quick glance appeared to confirm that. However, when I got out of Denver onto I-70 to drive the 30 miles home to load the truck, the gas gauge registered less than full. Before starting the trip to Apple Valley, CA, I filled the gas tank. It took 7+ gallons. Be very clear that the small backup camera distorts the distance available to safely back up. It should only be used in conjunction with the side mirrors. I was surprised to find the 10 ft truck with less than 40K miles I rented did not have cruise control. Made the trip more tiring.

Shane was outstanding at getting us set up. Shane went above and beyond in my opinion to get my and my wife on the road. We had to rent a box truck from a different location down the road to pull car trailer that we got from Shane at colfax location and Shane got it all set up and then we went to next store and delt with a gentleman by the name of rob and his was an absolute waste of space. Was more concerned about getting a tv to work in the building then was rude and lazy. Was rude to my wife and was an absolute ass to me personally and professionally and I had to walk out the store. I asked rob to call Shane at colfax location and rob told me you don't tell me how to do my job and I simply walked away and called Uhaul directly and had to do his job for rob. The manager on the phone from traffic was awesome and got everything set up for us so whole time I'm on phone doing robs job rob simply stood outstidw the building staring at me while on phone and conversing with other employees while it's a 101 degrees and I'm doing his job! So I however rob is he has no business being employed with Uhaul or dealing with customers in general. I'm a service manager at a large agricultural business and I would have been fired over the way rob treated us. Shane however needs a raise and a paid vacation to a beach. Shane is the level of service I'm used to with Uhaul and Shane made everything better along with the traffic management and made the experience better.
