The pricing was a little high for the mileage. I got the commercial package I felt a little limited. The vehicle was good overall. The woman at the counter was very rude with me. I ead talking to another worker there and she caught an attitude. After arguing with me she then told me she wasn't going to help me then walked off and left me standing at the counter........ The desk workers in the 5283 Kings Hwy office need to be trained on how to deal with people because they are very rude at that location. Everytime I go there it is always a problem with the people behind the desk........Michael J.
I was overcharged on fuel, i did 16 miles and was charged for 7 gallon!! How on earth does this truck eat 2gallon per mile, it doesn't!! I was simply taken advantage of! RETURN MY MONEY!!!!NACHUMDOV F.

I rate it as below average because this location did not have any dollys for me to rent in which I reserved online. Also the rep gave me keys to the rental van and when I went to get the van, it was parked behind two other vans. I was looking for someone to drive my van out for me for about 15min. Customer service at this establishment is horrible.. the associate that wears alot of make up at this location is very harsh speaking to customers and on her phone watching movie so she has no desire to do her job and help customers. 20' Truck Reserved was not there at pickup, had get 15' truck that was too small for my move and caused some items to be left behind.ENAROYA S.
As soon as I got in the lady was asking for my phone number and then quickly gave up on finding me in the system and then went to the bathroom for about 15 minutes. After waiting patiently she finally gets back And then proceeds asking me about my reservation She had to restart her computer and re enter my information multiple times it was very aggravating Giving up the information several times Watching her delete and re enter in the computer. After standing there for about 30 minutes It was starting to get really busy the line was starting to pile up and and both ladies behind the counter didn't seem like they even cared to speed things up She then asked me if if I received an email on my phone and also requested another phone number which I never have done before which I thought was unnecessary Overall the service was very poor and what was supposed to be 5 minutes turned into almost almost an hour to rent a dolly hand truck.moshe K.

Terrible service. Long lines. One person working and handling many things at once. She starts with one person then starts attending to another, while answering phones turns returns to you and ask you the same question you already answered. So very disorganized and under staffed. Have reps who enjoy helping people. The lady I met had no patience. She seem rather annoyed when I asked questions about the process and had a bad attitude. Not everyone is tech savvy. This was my second time using the company. My first experience was completely different. Had this been my first experience I would think this is the overall culture of this organization. I would definitely not recommend or use this location again/ company again. I'd rather pay a little bit more for service elsewhere than deal with someone with a toxic attitude.Joanne P.

The truck was no in good condition, It was very hard to drive and maneuver. The area outside was nasty and I didn't like the fact that men was coming up too me hustling for a side job and trying to charge me 400.00. The truck needed to be maintained. The truck that I requested wasn't available as requested but on the flip side I was refunded 50.00.SHERBAH C.
