My credit card was compromised immediately after I presented my card at your location and multiple charges were made. I will NEVER rent from U-Haul ever again as I feel as if my information is not secure.

BUT I DON'T THINK I'LL RETURN.

Jonathan T.My reservation had been moved to another location, originally was reserved at a Goldenrod, they sent me to West Colonial, who sent me to Sanford after creating a new reservation because they had accidentally locked my original one. When I was pulling into Sanford I got a call from the dispatch people who told me I had to drive to the Florida mall location. Yes, I crossed Orlando 3 times. Once I got to the Florida mall location, 2 hours past my reservation time, I finally got a truck and tow dolly. And because they had created a new reservation they forgot to extend my days and I didn't figure that out till later. Overall a pretty horrible experience and will likely go with another company in the future.

And refuse to give me another truck even though there were more like it. And find out after refueling for $ 30 that the fuel dial just doesn't work

I really appreciate the design of the U-Haul website that made the reservation, check-in, and check-out process all very easy.

Will J.The people at your locations are always great but your phone representatives are horrible. The last two people I spoke with at your 800 customer service were awful. Most especially the person I just spoke to to reserve for Monday, May 9th. Her attitude was so bad, it's as though I'm bothering her by calling to make a reservation. I am a lifelong sales and customer service person and I never ever talk to customers with such an attitude. Mind you, I'm being very kind and respectful with the process. I was laughing when I called in saying “this must be a busy moving weekendâ€, I called because I was having difficulty locating a van. In any case, they are paid to assist and I don't need the attitude from them. If you do not wish to assist people then find another job! Thank you, Linda Sheffield 3214416418

Krystal B.Vehicle had a “service TPMS†light on it, and a tire that had a visible bump in the sidewall from being low on air. Had to practically beg the employees to put air in the tires, they only filled the one and also forgot to include the furniture pads I requested with my rental. Would think they'd fill all 4 tires since the TPMS was inactive and they didn't even know or seem to care about it. When I returned the truck, I was surprised to find out that it should never have been allowed to be rented out in the first place! 0/5 stars for this location.

I want to point out that the employee by the name of Luis Hernandez was very professional and explained the entire return process and broke down the billing in detail. More U-Haul locations should hire and promote employees such as Luis Hernandez!

Donald R.I just have two big complaints, one: it has very short equipment and time frames availability; two: It's very unfair be charged a $20 fee when returning after hours, when you don't have the choice because they don't allowed to complete the 24 hours rate.
