The staff member who assisted me was very helpful and answered my questions about the rental. Overall it was a simple and easy process.

shawn B.My uhaul reservation was changed about 5 times within the matter of 24 hours. I received a call that the original size was unavailable and thus downgraded but upon arriving at to the uhaul it was not available and had to call the dispatch number where my reservation was seen as being deleted and had to wait for them to find a uhaul that was within a reasonable distance
Kelly K.Everything was great except for the part where the employee hooked up the trailer for me but did not actually tighten it down on the hitch. 2 miles from the pickup location, the trailer came off my vehicle. Luckily the chains held it on until I could get off the road, but not before it bounced up and caused some minor damage to the underside of the back on my SUV. This step is too important for the employee to overlook. It could've been so much worse if the chains had not held or if my wife had been driving and had not known how to handle the situation and get the trailer to safely stopped.

I appreciate that u haul did call me to notify me but the person who called had little interest in answering questions and clearly just wanted to get off the phone - not professional. the individual who checked me in clearly does not like his job
Peter J.I'm really upset that I was charged another $30+ for what??? The customer service was terrible in Jacksonville.... Had to wait and wait to check it in. Then look at bank statement. And see that I was charged for more.... Not very happy... So please credit my card back..

JAMIE G.We were pulled over and detained by troopers in Kansas for 2,5 hours. The car hauler we rented was reported stolen by uhaul. It is very stressful to have police surround your vehicle at 2:00 am in a state far from home.

I advised them when I dropped it off and they said they would take care of it, yet I was still charged. I sent multiple emails inquiring who I could speak with to get that charge remove and never heard back. I would appreciate being credited back since I was never issued the dolly

camecia R.The oil light was on the whole time and the vehicle had a bad smell I am assuming from it. My total trip was 9 miles and I guess that used a quarter of a tank? I was charged $18 for a quarter of a tank which is ridiculous. The people who worked there were friendly but overall pricing was ridiculously high!

Aleyda G.I am extremely unhappy with my uhaul experience and will never use uhaul again. I made a reservation for a truck over a month in advance. Uhaul changed this reservation on me twice. I was supposed to pick up a 20ft truck at 11 at a location close to me. This got moved to 3:30. So I rearranged all of my plans with my movers. Then I wake up to another text- the Day of my move- saying ice now been moved to 11:30 but a different location much further from me. I call BOTH locations to confirm this. 30 mins before my scheduled pick up time I speak with an employee on the phone who confirms I have a truck waiting for me at 11:30. At 11:30 I arrive and am told there are no trucks available. My only option is a pickup truck. And while I'm talking to the woman that one becomes unavailable too. The only option I'm given is to drive 60 miles to go get another truck. I say this is not an option not to mention very expensive for the mileage and the woman just looks at me and says “we don't have a truckâ€. Well now I'm stuck with no truck, on my moving day, despite confirming multiple times with uhaul. Somehow all the trucks in their lot are not for me. The manager finally steps in and says he could give me a 10ft truck. Which I take out of desperation. They say they will give me a $50 credit to the card on file. I have not seen this credit. This move now cost me double because I had to make multiple trips due to the size of the truck. I truly cannot believe how this transaction took place.

Sunday 5/1/22 around 9:30am pick up. He had braces if that helps to identify the employee. Kuddos to him for being so pleasant and providing such excellent customer service.

I have never been treated so bad at any other uhaul and have been doing business for years. Mr. Ferguson was very helpful , pleasant, friendly and support. The contrast was huge. I will continue to use uhaul as all of my other experiences have been good. Regards.

Ian R.I had a reservation and had already imput all my data online. When I got there to pick k up the truck they made me give them all my information again, wasting 30 minutes of my time. Also had rented a dozen furniture pads to find out there were none available. The young man that helped me was polite and did find me some furniture pads but otherwise I was going to have problems with my move.
