I got there the attendant seem annoyed not very pleasant. Then when I return the truck 15 minutes before it's due time. Come to find out I get charged 20 dollars for bringing in over my time. I will dispute this. I never never had any issues with Uhaul. Run your camara you will see !!! Dropped key in Dropbox at 10:15pm then when got home called in to advise. The rep assured me no problem because I had problems uploading. Was never even told I had to even take pictures when I dropped off. No help what so ever from these guys. RepresentAtive was very helpful on phone. Assured me would not be any extra charges.

I called the 800 number and was told there were no trailers anywhere no matter the size available I would have to rent a truck. My wife found the one I needed 15 minutes from the house in 2 phone calls. The 800 operator would not tell me anything just there were no trailers I could drive too. This tactic was enraging and not excusable saying there are no trailers to try to rent trucks.

Cab was dirty throughout. Front, left tire had 40 psi; right 60. Had to fill front, left 3 times during the trip. Battery on last legs. Speed approaching 70mph rattled the fillings out of your teeth. Door seals shot so wind noise and rest made it impossible to talk. I realize it's a truck, but this one at 77,000 miles was in bad need of repair.

The location is a bit tricky to find due to the way the exit ramps off I-95 are, but the GPS showed me how to make a U-turn and back around on a feeder road to get into the parking lot. Easy, but without a GPS, very confusing.

Customer service was fantastic. All of your employees were very lively and helpful. My only problem was that the truck I rented did not meet the sanitation standards I would expect during a pandemic. The truck was not excessively dirty, it just didn't feel sanitary. The seats, dashboard, and center console all had buildup on them, and there was a very bad scent inside the truck. I felt uncomfortable taking off my mask inside the truck... I understand that it may be difficult to get all your vehicles spotless, but I simply feel that the sanitation standards are currently the same they would be if the covid crisis were not currently active.

I wish the young lady who helped me would have been more helpful ;I mentioned to her , that I might need help with the mirrors; instead she pointed to the van location and left .I drove with the steering wheel above the dash board , and both double left and right side mirrors where out of range .I found it very difficult to try to fixed it myself. I was really inconvenience.

This was a second location that I went to to pick up the truck. Carlos was super nice and friendly. But, the men who were working at the original location where I was supposed to pick up the truck, which is at 1120 NE 48th St. 33064, were extremely rude and ignorant. I even filled a complaint but no one ever got back to me. Overall I will never use Uhaul again. I had so much trouble with getting a truck and the communication was horrible.

Between U-Haul canceling my reservation after I reconfirmed it and then changing my pick up location without notifying me it was an overall horrible experience. On top of that I was so late picking up my furniture due to the change in pickup location the help I'd reserved wasn't available and I had to load the truck by myself. U-Haul assured me I'd get a dolly rental for free after I called multiple times to find a resolution and I was charged for it anyways. Horrible customer service and a horrible experience! I will not be using your services again.

Checkout was great, no problems. Check in was another matter. There was confusion on which lot to drop off the trailer, when I pulled into the mail lot the young woman who answered the phone came out yelling at me to drop it off at the next lot. She was extremely rude and nasty. In frustration I asked her “Is this anyway to talk to a customer?” She stormed off, turned and flipped me off!! Uhaul I will use again, never this location.

I reserved a 17 foot truck.....I called them to confirm and Carlos told me 17 foot came back with check engine light soooooo Carlos told me two days prior he would have a 15ft truck ready.....I show up day of move to find one of your employees gave my secondary 15fy out.for.rent the night before. So I was stuck with a 10ft truck needing to do 4 trips instead of 2 trips Completely unexceptionable and I will Never use this location Again.

A customer without a mask was allowed in the office (pulled t-shirt up to mouth). Besides that everything else was above average. I appreciate being able to walk in 45 mins before close & getting a 15 foot truck. Return was easy too.

Once again, my scheduled location to drop off my uhaul was incorrect. I got the truck to corporate coaches and park it and cant find the key drop box. I call the business and they say they have not been a uhaul provider for 3 months. Why would uhaul allow me to schedule this drop off location? So then I have to call in to uhaul and it takes forever and then they have me call someone else. They finally give me a new location to drop it off at. Why is your website allowing customers to book reservations for locations that are not available?!?! highly disappointed with that aspect of this experience.

Very pleased. Pick-up and drop-off were super fast. Great price for me. I ended up needing the truck for 3 days but drove very few miles because my destinations were so close. The final bill was very reasonable!

The only bad situation was that early my reservation was cancelled when I called the customer service they stated that was cancelled because they don't have the vehicle then how that's possible since I reserve this truck two days ago, finally the representative found a location that they supposed have available he truck but what was my surprise... they didn't was a bad experience but the representative at that location they called others customers to find out what time they returned the truck luckily I waited almost two hours for the vehicle return. But the front desk person was really nice. His name was Patrick very good person.

I asked for a 20ft truck, when I got there u-haul they only had 15ft. I had to pay again for an additional trailer to tow! On the way back to Phoenix the trailer tire caught on fire! We waited on I-10 for 90 minutes to change tire. After this 5 day move I went to my local U-haul to return truck they were closed by 600pm. Unsatisfied customer

Agent was helpful in reviewing contract that was changed by previous location for insurance not applied. Still in the process seeking the refund. Cash was advised it could be paid, however, credit card was charged at an amount not agreed. Original location for pick up did not have vehicle although reservations was booked 7 days prior.

Really enjoyed the online booking and contactless pickup. Great. On the way to return I contacted the 800 number and explained that it was pouring rain and I didn't want to use my phone to take pictures out in the rain. The agent said this was no problem and to just go to the facility. The associate at the location was very understanding and checked the truck in for me. Way to go UHaul.

Have the guy who actually took my payment actually do the full job. He didn't have me go around and mark scratches with the stickers. He didn't make sure the break lights and turn signals were working. He had my son come outside and out the uhaul on the guy didnt even put it on. I had to fix the chains because he didn't give much slack for me to turn or anything. So pertaining to the service I would not go back to that location but the access was actually really good.
