U-Haul can stop charging people so much - it's insane. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK BECAUSE OF HOW EXPENSIVE IT IS. This location was fantastic though - also the guy who helped us was so nice - even though the other employees weren't awesome

I was told that I would receive a email receipt, however none was sent. This caused me to make a special trip to the uhaul location, wait in line, and get a paper copy of the receipt. Not good

I ordered a motorcycle trailer a month before required. Checked on it a week before to change the and was assured all was well. Call the day of pickup. No problem. Went to pickup. NO TRAILER. WAS OFFERED A MUCH LARGER TRAILER AT NO EXTRA CHARGE OR SORRY NO TRAILER.

Truck had less then 1/4 tank of fuel when I picked it up. This was an issue when I returned with more then a quarter tank and they were charging me a $56 fuel charge. No one informed me that I should go thru easy pass lanes and not cash lanes and pay toll. I am now going to have to turn in receipts and dispute charges when I receive a toll bill from u-haul.

Everything went fine here at the Seminole location the young man was friendly and helpful. However, it was prior to that that using U-Haul was very stressful with no guaranteeing of my truck size or location the day prior to pick up. The reservation system needs an update. Trucks should know where they're being dropped off and where they're needed and they need to get moved without adding extra stress to an already stressful moment in someone's( customers) life. My mother had passed away and the unorganization of the scheduling and reservation Department the day before my move caused horrible and undue stress. Like I said the truck on the folks at the local branches were fine. In the end, it did get sorted out and I did get the truck in the town that I lived. U-Haul operations may be used to doing it like that but folks that don't rent rental trucks often don't know this. We schedule family help and movers on both ends and rent a truck. Maybe the virus has something to do with them being short-handed, I do not know.

I called and a got a reservation when I went to pick my truck the lady had a bad attitude with me for no reason and said no reservation was done that not my problem its her problem of hiring people dont know what are they doing I also did not use the 6 furniture pads and I wrote her a not that I did not use them did not open the plastic bags and still charge me for it No reason to pop an attitude for no reason Never come back to this location

I've been going to this location for many years. Not only have I had hitches installed here, I also have my propane filled at this site. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Upon drop off of the trailer I recently rented, the process was so quick and easy. I highly recommend this location.

The App to check in is a complete waste of time. Much faster to just go to the counter. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you can't streamline the App (maybe entering most info prior to pickup time) then its not worth the hassle.

The drivers that drop and pick up the containers at New Jersey and Florida were amazing. But the lack of communication is alarming, we got charge for a hand truck that never was deliver, after a few phone calls they refund the money. The hand truck was sitting at the storage unit and never were told to be deliver to me. The windows that we were giving for drop off and pick up in New Jersey were never met. It totally screw our schedule, we got a phone call to apologize for it, but for as much as we got charge the service was below average. I received an email were the boxes were going to be LATE, and they arrive on time. What was that about?? But after they arrive trying to schedule the drop off in Florida was another issue. I call on a saturday to get boxes deliver on a monday i never got put on a schedule or was on the system. I was never notified that added to the problem with my schedule. Like i say the drivers were professional and the driver in Florida was just amazing. There is LOT of work to do with the schedule and meet deadlines giving to customer specially moving from state to state. We end up paying movers to help me get our belongings in our department on time since the unboxes were not schedule properly. That was an extra cost that was NOT ON our budget. We wanted a less stressful experience, but it was an added stress.

Unorganized. I did the online check in from my car, went through the steps to avoid having to go inside. On the last step, I went to retrieve the key from the lockbox and it was not there. Had to go inside. And then they couldn't find the right key. Delayed my moving process.

Here are my concerns with the U-Haul truck I rented on Tuesday September 8th 2020. The Cabin area was crimy. I used my cleaning wipes on the door, door handle, steering wheel, Gear shiftier & seat and all wipes were dirty black after wiping down. I've rented U-Haul trucks in the past & they haven't been this dirty. Since everyone is suppose to be taking extra precautions with the Covid-19 Corona virus to keep everyone safe. I expected the small truck I rented to have been spotless with all proper sanitation . I would have felt more comfortable if when I wiped it down the truck the wipes weren't dirty. That way I know U-Haul took the proper steps to protect me with properly cleaning and sanitation before use. I'm glad I wiped down your truck to protecting myself and I was able to return truck in a more sanitized manner then received to protect the next person.

The assigned truck was parked in a corner and blocked by other vehicles and a tree, so the staff had to assist with getting the truck out of the corner. The staff seemed reluctant to help since we were using the self-checkout process online. When I mentioned the 10 furniture pads that we paid for, the simply pointed to a stack of pads near the door.
