Love these guys/gals! They helped us tremendously! The trailer tires had 64 lbs of air each which was not good. Trailer was swaying so bad, I had to pull over. Once I let air out of tires to 38 lbs. drove great! I am buying a U-Haul franchise because of this experience and others. Especially Neptune Beach, Fl. Location. Couldn't understand why I was instructed to drop off rental at a different location? Picked up the trailer at this location so the assumption was to return it to the same location even though the return was a bit early. Thankfully the dispatch person instructed the attending clerk to proceed receiving it and they would deal with the of space per say.Glenn A.

Truck had various leaks in the roof. Had multiple items like boxes and furniture get wet and possibly damaged table. Location was fine to pickup from but the truck was not maintained for leaks. Upside, GM was very polite and helpful at this location. Quick in and out.Matthew L.

I tried to get a receipt or proof of drop off but the employees wouldn't give it to me. I turned in the equipment 2 days early. I just got charged for a late fee because the employees only just now decided to put it into the system that it got returned. I had to be on hold for 2 hours (each time I would get someone and then they would hang up on me and I would have to start over). Finally was able to get the charge removed, as apparently, the location changed yet again of where I was supposed to take it. This was truly a frustrating experience. I don't expect to use uhaul again seeing how the employees and corporate treat its customers.Luke B.
The online/self rental equipment was a total disaster and didn't work; I finally had no choice but to go inside, and there was only one person working and a terrible line.
