Truck hit was filled with oil on the hitch. A/C did not work inside the truck. Staff was too busy to greet me or give me the update that the systems were down. No accommodations were made and no one explained the online process to me.Kiki W.

When I scheduled the service to install the hitch and install the trailer, we arrived at the shop at the scheduled time but there were not enough employees to carry out the service, so they did not comply with the scheduled time, it delayed the delivery of the car, which would be around 3 hours to more than 6 hours. The store where I made the appointment had no place or chair to comfortably wait for the service to be done. We had to locate the truck ourselves, it was not brought to the front of the store. I ordered furniture pads online, qhen I got to the store, the guy said there were none. The Caucasian young guy was rushing to get us out, talking really fast,Sabrina W.

I set this up for a drop off at another location. That was changed when your employee gave me a different truck. Then you charged me $165 to get the truck back to the location. You owe me $165 dollar and i will protest this with my credit card company. I have used uhaul all my life (66). Shame on you.DONALD H.
When I did initial pickup customer service was great when the app wouldn't work and my vehicle wasn't ready, then was charged for an item I didn't request. Got it refunded. The trucks brakes and alignment caused driving very difficult. Then at drop off was charged again for the furniture dolly I didn't need and when I just got off phone after waiting ten minutes a Natalie said they would refund me and hung up. Very rude of her as I was trying to tell her about the truck issues. This may be my last time using U-Haul unfortunately.Kimberly M.

The inside cab wasnt cleaned and neither was the windows. Smoke film on windshield made it difficult. But over all it was decently clean.LAURO M.
Truck provided had a broken muffler, it was very loud and exhaust fumes entered the cab. Staff was nonplussed by the condition of the truck. Take it or leave it seemed to be the policy. Had also reserved furniture pads. The store was only able to provide half of the pads reserved. The reservation was placed one month in advance.Eric E.

When I went to pick up the box trailer the young lady who was there came out and hooked it up to my truck. She asked me turn on my flashers so she could check the lights, so I did and she gave me a thumbs up and returned to the office. When I got in my truck to leave, my truck advised the left light on the trailer was not working. I went to the rear of the truck and sure enough the left light was not working. When I went back into the office and told her she asked me if it is out or is it just dim. Really, "dim". She did help me switch to a different trailer with working lights however, if my truck wasn't equipped with light sensers I would have left the lot with no light on the left side of the trailer.Charles L.

The mileage was incorrect and when I tried to check in by phone it wouldn't accept it due to the mileage change. Low air in the tires and broken glass was in the back so I told them to sweep it out. I used a prepaid card so it was a $100 deposit, never got the remaining amount back on my card. The location was perfect, it's just I've never experienced this before at Uhaul.LaKecia E.

Mileage was off on truck by 4 miles, one of the CSR was not prepared and didn't know his job that well, and I got charged $28 for the safe move instead of the $14 I always get, if you check your system you would know I rent very frequentlyDerrick T.

The first truck I was given as a rental I was disclosed that I was to bring it back at half a tank. I discovered that the gas tank was filled to less than half a tank and the assigned truck had a TPMS sensor had been triggered in the truck with the message of low tire pressure. I was told by employees all the trucks had low tire pressure messages due to weather. Pfft. Then I was given a 2nd truck that the passenger door would not open so I had to go around to the exterior of the truck and open the door every time for my passenger. I then brought back the truck earlier than I intended. The employee took the keys. I asked the employee for a printed receipt but was forced to stand around and wait 40 minutes when I requested the receipt a third time and FINALLY receive it. Get more staff or prioritize customers to improve experience or lose them to competition.Tim W.

Uhaul was dirty. No dolly so we had to buy our own. Its bullshit. We turned in our keys the same day before end of business and they charged us an overnight fee. Definitely disputing. Not just that but for some reason they want to send me 8 invoices whixh is 8 different charges for the same service. SCAMMMM!!!Craig C.

I couldnt receive consistent quote prices from the employees, one day they quoted me $113 and when I went to pick up my trailer they asked me for almost $200. One employee said we could pick up and drop off the trailer whenever, and another said that if it wasnt dropped off at the exact time we picked it up we'd be charged an extra day. No offense, but this location needs to get its shit together, I've never had a worse experience with uhaul before...Katherine M.
Every time we have rented a U-Haul we have always returned it with gas. The U-Haul we rented had less than a quarter of a tank of gas and the air conditioner did not work. We were not too happy with that.Tami H.

When was the ORIGINAL Online order placed asking for a 10ft at a totally different location and in calling 800 # the night before was informed Nope not there you have to go to the above location and get a 15ft that is all they have? That wasn't what my order was for. I was flying in from out of state. I didn't even fill the 15ft to 1/4 of the unit. Next time have what I ordered!! This location was wonderful, they were caught in the middle it as a problem I see thru the 800# and you not holding the unit I needed and the location which was closer to the area I was going to be at.
