I paid $72 dollars because I drove 36 miles but was not able to keep track of my miles because there was a “Service Tire Monitor System” on the dash bored the whole time I had the truck. I was not able to keep track of my Mileage because of this so I went over and got charged I don’t believe that is right even when the employees said it was their fault because they just put new tires on the truck.

You only reserved the truck for me for one day when I asked for two. When I returned the truck, they couldn't tell me if I had been charged for one or two days so I just told them to charge me another day. I still don't know exactly what I paid for. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

They should have checked the oil was a quart low, i had to add some, and they did not offer me any dolley’s or any other moving equipment when i requested it. But the equipment was clean and the staff was friendly.

I had a great experience with this location, both of the employees (I believe one was a manager) were friendly, helpful and professional. While I was there, a man came in that was very rude, demanding and threatening (legal action not violence) and both employees were quick to respond and asked the man to leave and they followed him out. I felt that safety was very important to them.

We arrived at our scheduled time to find out the keys were not there and we had to wait 45 minutes for the manager to go get them from the main office. Then we found out that even though we reserved the truck for 24 hours, it was due back at 9am the following morning instead of 2pm as reserved. The manager was not very helpful, just offered $50 credit (which wasn't taken off the bill) and then forgot the dollies (which we were charged for). I ended up having to scramble to move everything in 5 hours instead of the 24 hours I was promised. All in all, a horrible experience and I will definitely be telling everyone i know not to use UHaul after this.

Your computers weren’t working when I picked it up so I was an hour late. When I returned it, no one was in the office for at least 10 min. and when he returned, he was very rude and disrespectful.

The customer service was terrible! I made this reservation almost 2 weeks in advance and the clerk was giving the truck to someone else when I arrived. He said I didn't have a reservation and was rude and argumentative. He did finally find my reservation but continuted to be very unprofessional. I will not rent from this location again.

Very nice young lady. one issue thoygh. Truck had about 1/2 tank of gas. She said that if I chose to fill it up before would get a very good credit on my bill. Spent $20 to fill it up, but only got a $10.00 credit

The truck I was given felt like it was falling apart. I worried about safely reaching my destination. The vehicle should be fixed or put out of commission. The representative who took the vehicle back was very short with us, didn't smile once and made me feel like I was bothering him. Very rude.

The staff at this location was excellent. I reserved a 17' moving truck that was never returned so I did not receive the truck as promised. The staff found a 26' truck at another location (7540 York St, Denver 80229) and promised me the same price as the 17'. When I got to the York St. location, they would not give me a 26' as promised and when they finally came to terms to give me a 26' truck, they wanted to charge me at a higher price. I then returned to the original location and they just received a 26' truck and helped me out. I would rate the 7540 York St. location very poorly, but the 8001 Federal Blvd location was awesome.

The first gentleman to help me, made a rude comment about “how he would have thought I would have completed the rental form online already”, in a annoyed tone mind you. I’m am 73 years old and don’t do well with computers. I’m not sure why it was such a big deal for me to do this in the store. When I went back this sane gentlemen was annoyed at another customer and was having a cigarette, instead of walking through my return with me. He said he send me a receipt where I found I was over charged for a gasoline fee. I don’t think I’ll be sending any friends or family his way.

I received my receipt there was CDW coverage. I didn't sign up for this coverage, it wasn't anything offered to me but it still cost me $10. When I asked about it I was told everyone pays it but after looking it up it shows is optional.

I reserved truck the night before. I picked up truck the next morning, I was driving off with truck in under 10 minutes! This was 2nd time I used this location on federal/80th. Thank you again for your quick & easy process!

Was disappointed with my experience at this location. Not enough staff so long wait; they gave me the wrong vehicle; and they over-charged me so I had to get it straight with customer care. Dianna at customer care is awesome so I'll definitely rent from U-Haul again. I just won't be going back to this store.

The customer service was good when I called to reserve the truck, but horrible when I went in to pick the truck up. I arrived there at 8:50 tried to enter the building at 8:58 the guy working seemed upset & very rudely pointed out the fact that they did not open until 9:00. So I waited at the door for a minute 30 seconds until exactly 9:00 am...... Now there was a line of about 5-7 other customers, which he was not happy about. He directed me to the truck handed me the keys. No information on where to return it or what to do with the keys. He did mention how pissed off he was about “every one and their God d@mn mothers showing up all at once and before they were even open” When I returned the truck (earlier than I expected) he stated He could not give me a receipt right now, but would email one later.... still waiting, My point is that employee had poor customer service. He did not like his job and expressed it well.

Returning the truck was a little bit of an issue on both sides. At first I had drop location in Colorado Springs CO. Plans changed and when picking up the truck I explained that to the lady behind the counter and even had her add extra miles, apprently she didn't change the system and so returning it was difficult. The night before I was due to return the truck I spoke to customer support and they gave me a location that stop working with U-haul for 2 months now so I had to go to the U-haul I got the truck from they was helpful but still I had to take the truck to a different location to drop it off. I'm not sure why all the additional miles had to be driven during the return of the truck but in the end it all taken care off.

Probably educate your agents, I was quoted a price and on pickup day it was different. It was corrected, but it should of not been necessary to correct the agent. This rental was to move some decorations for a High School Prom some concessions should be included.

The owner failed to check me in correctly when I returned the vehicle (on time). It has been over 5 months since I returned the vehicle (12/13/18) and today I get a $1,000+ claiming I drove the vehicle 2,000+ miles and returned the vehicle today (4/14/19). This should never happen.

I was issued a $50 vip certificate from customer service due to a previous issue and made arrangements to rent a van for a day. I told them in the beginning I had that certificate and I tried to put it in online and couldn’t get it to work, so they said it could be put in at the end when I return the van. The employee that closed me out said he can’t do it and that it will show up in a few days as a credit. It’s been a week now and no such credit has been figured in and I have yet another customer service issue falling back to back.

Despite declined coverage, I was charged an additional 28.00. I rented a truck for one day, and was charged for two! Yes I was stuck in traffic and returned the vehicle back 3 hours late however, insisting I owe 18 dollars moire and threatening to turn me over to collections even after I phoned in to dispute these charges and still haven't heard back from anyone is totally unacceptable!! As far as I'm concerned you owe me $58.00.

Employees were rude. There was zero communication from employees to me as a customer from beginning to end. I was told everything looked good when returning the rental truck and then was charged for gas later on after leaving. I had filled the tank back to where it was upon receiving the rental but still was charged for gas? And if there was an issue why was i told everything looked good and i could leave? Worst experience and customer service ive ever received.

That told me I had to get a big box truck just to pull one of your trailer it was unsafe I could not see anything behind me and I told the people what I was going to be doing with it and they had no care about my safety. When I had to return your trailer and truck no one help me I had to disconnect the trailer from the truck myself and Dollie back to the spot by hand and hurt my back I will never be back to this location again

Both the cab and the cargo area of the van that I rented was filthy. Additionally, there was just one employee staffing this location, so that's a huge problem given they're attempting to both checkout and handle returned equipment. There was just one employee present on the day (03/30/19) I rented the vehicle as well as the return day (03/31/19).

And when they told me that I was going to go outside to ask my husband what he thinks I should do and he assumed I was renting for someone because he said “ I have your drivers license” I just thought that was rude

Felt like the employees were either not doing their job and messing around or very under staffed .
