I made reservations in moneta close to my home and they did not have the trailer, all they had was 1 truck.. Wasted a lot of time and gas driving back and forth. Far as personal at both locations, they were great to work with. Beside that OOPS , all goodRANDALL ROBERT K.

The gentleman who gave me the truck, first of all was rude and then told me the truck was full of gas. I got in the truck and it was already an 1/8 of a tank down from full. Upon driving the vehicle, every time I would apply the brakes the truck would shake violently. When I returned the truck that afternoon, I explained about the fuel level however bc it was said in the contract that the vehicle was full I had to return it full. The gentleman working that evening said I could have returned it the same way I got an 1/8 off and it wouldn't have mattered. I also was upfront about going about 30 miles over what I originally had said. Then I was charged another 31,5 on top of the 117 I already paid. I understand that you pay by mile but to rent a truck for less than 8 hrs when I originally requested for 12 should help alleviate the price. So all of the extra fees is absolutely unnecessary. We put gas back in the vehicle and make sure to take care of it when we use it and are open and honest. That should carry some weight with pricing as I have rented from this location before and didn't even come close to this cost for the same amount of time and distance traveled. Something should be done for universal charge not just whatever you guys feel like.William S.

This location should be the example for all the others. This is our 4th time renting from here. The staff is always professional, knowledgeable and VERY helpful. The equipment is the always clean and in excellent working order. I always feel like my business has been EARNED when I rent from here.PAULCHARLES E.
When i reserved, it was for 10 hrs. with me picking up at 10 a.m. When i arrived, I was told to return by 7. We asked if there was a charge if returned late. Guy said no, unless its not back by mrng. He said theres a box to put key in. NO MENTION OF A FEE TO DROP KEYS IN IT!! I kept it 10 hrs. I was charged a 20 $after hrs fee because I dropped the key in an unmanned box!!! Was charged 15 $for gas, even tho I put 15 $gas before returning the truck!! Total included taxes, etc. which is normal, but they got me for an additional 35 $over and above what I should have actually paid, when you add the false gas charge of 15 $plus the 20 $after hours fee for simply dropping a key into a box!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! Once these companies have access to your card number, they tack extras on. It's rediculous!!! Why can't ppl just be honest?!LINDAFAYE J.

It was average. The process is slow and there is only one employee covering all the processes when I visited. My trailer was in good repair. The Uhaul system seemed promising at first. I gave all my information to a very efficient agent on the phone, including credit card, contact information, tow vehicle, etc. He then located the location for my need. He then sent me a link so I could transmit a photo of my drivers license. All done. I then received another, different set of messages requiring me to provide all of the same again. At the desk of the rental shop, it all came up again and they had to enter it all again. I am not sure why the process takes information entry in this fashion.R W.

Seems to me anytime I've rented in the past you started with a full tank. I started this one with just a quarter of tank, making it extremely difficult to know how much to put in to assure I wouldn't run out of gas. So I put in 20 $of gas and upon the return it had a fraction over a half tank. When I turned it in and asked for the 20 back he said no. Seems to me this is most unethical to say the least.EDUANE H.

I had to wait 25 minutes because none of the vehicles and paperwork were prepared. Then when I did get the vehicle, it was covered in ice, and the worker didn't bother to turn on the defrost or scrape it off, so I had to. The vehicle was filthy and smelled bad. Highly disappointed.ALICHAMARIE G.

Well, you need more than one person opening and they need to be trained on customer service skills. Was attempting to do self check out for a rental on my phone and it kept glitching. I observed at least 2 people leave the store and assumed (wrongly i so found out) that the office was opened. Went in, guy behind counter had no mask and looked frazzled. Said excuse me that I just had a question that the self check out for a 9 am rental was glitching and held up my phone to show what I was talking about. He snapped and said well you will have to wait until I take care of the other guy in front of you (there was no one else in store...) and it was like well I just want to get it and go (i didn't even finish my sentence, wasn't loud or 'karen') when he snapped "well its not 9 yet so get the hell out of my store" (thats the exact quote). I have never been so embarrassed and stressed out and for someone with diagnosed anxiety during a pandemic and moving is stressful anyway. Then when I was looking for the truck he ran up on me with no mask outside to ask if keys were In a truck (I told him I don't know im looking for mine). Just overall so unsafe, rude, stressful. If I ever use uhaul again I will Never Ever use this location. Really my rental should be free for the stress that was caused so early on a long day and the anxiety of having to return the rental to the same location thus facing the same worker again.Lacey R.

James was great, but for the 2nd time, I reserved a trailer online and was told one was there, but it was not the size I needed and none were available. This was the 2nd time I had reserved one and both times, none were available after driving 4 hours to pickup the car! Ended up having to use a car dolly instead. Real bad service UHAUL!David K.
The general manager that helped me was extremely rude. I inquired about an enclosed trailer and he simply threw his hands in the air and replied "well which one??!!" and did not explain the different options that were available. Overall acted annoyed and inconvenienced that he needed to attach the trailer to my vehicle. However, the young man that was there when I returned the trailer was awesome and super friendly. The general manager of this place needs to take a hike or get out of customer service.DEVONALLEN R.

The parking lot at this location is awful. My car was almost backed into because people would not stop coming in the exit. The truck we rented seemed like it was on its last leg. The transmission kept getting stuck and I was worried we wouldn't make it the entire time . Moving is stressful enough and nothing about our experience made it any better.Brian G.

I do have feedback. It should be clearer in the reservation what the pickup address is. Often we will start a reservation online at one location and be directed to another location for pickup. I went to the previous location to pick up the truck and it was the wrong one. It was my error, but people renting a truck are involved in a lot, so maybe make that clearer. The desk person was super nice but not wearing a mask. I prefer people who deal with the public to wear a mask. But it's a very small location and he was great; very nice and capable, so if it is up to the worker to mask up then that is fine. Don't cause a problem for him, this is just an observation and not a complaint.MIMI GREEN Y.
