Customer Service was outstanding, but there was a "low tire pressure" indicator on the entire time...James assured me that it was due to an error with the spare tire, but it was a little stressful - there was never any actual problem, just the indicator. James was very helpful and knowledgeable!

Missing moving blankets(no refund) and when returning truck I brought back with half tank. When picking truck up(3/16) of a tank. Was offered no discount for fuel amount.

Michael EFirst, the utility dolly we reserved was not provided so loading the truck took twice as long, they had to take that of the contract. Next, the tow dolly we reserved the tow our car broke (the chain snapped off the dolly, luckily, it did not damage the vehicle!) when we pulled out of their parking lot, so we had to turn around and go back, wastibg time on a long distance move. The other tow dolly on their lot was broken...bottomline, we had to leave the car in Roanoke. They said they would remove the tow dolly from the contract, no we did not need to wait. Of course they did not which resulted in yet another phone call with them. Third, the truck we were given, CLEARLY needs its brakes looked at. When you step on or hold the brakes (at a stop light gor exampke), they made a horrendous grinding/grating nouse. We had to endure that noise for the entire trip to NoVA!! I do not recommend this UHaul location.

This is only complaint.

george aThe entire U-Haul experience was excellent -- it made my move manageable. Having customer service available by phone to resolve issues was critical for truck pickup since the truck I reserved couldn't be located at my first choice for pick up. Although I had to go to a different location, the second location (Double L Auto Care) where I got the truck was efficient and got me on the road quickly.
Carla DEmployee was very nice and professional. Pulled the vehicle to the front of the store for me. Returning the vehicle was very easy and still had a great attitude even though it was late and he was outside working in the rain.
Kelvin LVery cramped place to have as many vehicles as they did. Would recommend an upgraded facility just for the room that they need to store the vehicles and trailers.

luis aThe key for my rental was with an employee who was off duty. The employee who had the key said she would be there in 5 minutes. After waiting 15 to 20 minutes I tried to rush the on-duty employee. She accused me of being rude, which I may have been slightly due to being impatient. The employee was not very professional and did her job poorly. She was more concerned about keeping her daughter quiet and making sure no one knew she had her child at work. I ended up waiting at least 30 minutes before the keys arrived and I could leave. I will never go back to that location and will do my best to find a different rental next time.
