Everything was good. Might need some shocks on the truck. It bounced around a lot like it needs shocks. Other than that it was okay!

Two things: 1) I went in a few days before to confirm the reservation. The guy said it would "be ready and gassed up when you arrive". It wasn't. 2) Final invoice. This happened last time too. I turned in the truck and was told I would have a final receipt that day. Turns out I had to call back days later to have it emailed to me.

Please offer solutions when I am unable to rent a particular type of vehicle, All I was told was what equipment I could not rent due to not have a major credit card, only debit, I was not offered alternatives, I had to keep asking the counter representative questions in order to find out what equipment I could rent without a credit card, would have been good customer service if solution had been offered to me initially,

I've used U-Haul several times throughout my life and this by far was the easiest drop off I have ever experienced. If this is how it's going to be moving forward, I will definitely continue to use the U-Haul services

I once paid my bill over the phone using my debit card and shortly afterwards had all kinds of charges that was not mines. I felt like the guy I gave my information to over the phone at the 290 facility stole my information. I couldn't prove it, but just FYI. He no longer works there.

I liked the location but worker who rented uhaul out to me did not take the correct email and I never got a receipt . He was checking me out and another customer at same time so it took an extra long time when I took the time to let another customer in front of me so I can translate

I appreciate the speedy check in, but the truck was really dirty inside the back. A lot of white chalky substance. The mileage was off and fuel gauge was wrong. Because I needed it in short notice, I was glad it was available. Word of advice: please have trucks thoroughly inspected inside and out before renting to next person. Merci

The price per mile was higher than the average truck rental mileage cost in the local market. Unable to rent a pickup truck because I use debit instead of credit.

The moving van was in great shape. The vehicles supplied by U-Haul are excellent in design and utility. The moving van allowed the move to take place conveniently and with no challenges. Excellent service.

The store need to train the employees more professionally. Returned the truck and after that I saw my bank account was charged ridiculously. Talked to the employees and explained everything when the explanation suppose to be explain when the first time we rent the Truck and not after you rent the truck. Ridiculous.

I did order online motorcycle trailer by accident I choose the dropping location same as the place i take it from which is far away i did ask them if they can fix that he told No" you have to come back the same location". Not even give me any suggestions. Hope you guys fix this problem

For what it is... it's too expensive and yet dirty inside those storages... public storage has same type of storage... cleaner and way better prices. U-Haul owner is an idiot!

The staff should be able to give an accurate amount of unit per amount of furniture, boxes and bins. I had two pieces of furniture that I couldn't include them in the move that was mentioned at the time of reservation.

The fact that the truck I had was infested with cockroaches and when it was brushed off by employees when told tells me either they were already aware or just didn't care. Not only is that disgusting but having a roach almost touch me while driving nearly caused me to wreck. Pretty disappointed on how uhaul handled this situation.

One of the tires had super low tire pressure and had to be inflated offsite. Trailer jack had issues. Would not fully retract and would not lift the trailer without major effort.

Customer service agent who checked should be updated on customer service skills wasn't friendly neither did she show me the vehicle just walked outside and gave me the keys also she didn't wear a mask at no time during my experience which should be mandated. The agent who I return the cargo van too had on a mask and showed great customer service skills asked if there was anything else I needed and made me feel as customer.

I scheduled online. Check-in for no contact pickup did not work. Went inside, the attendant dismissed my reservation and set up a new one. I was charged twice and overcharged for mileage. I registered a complaint on 12/22 and am waiting for the store manager to call me.

Box wasn't ready for scheduled pickup. Trailer needed sledge hammer to get ramp up and down. Box door hinge had sagged and was difficult to close.

Good experience. Reasonable prices. I wish I would've been told that there is an extra charge to use the dolly that was in the truck. I had several people helping move and did not realize there was an extra charge if used.

Very simple, quick, and easy. I was a bit taken aback by the "critter trap" inside the storage closet, when I moved in and stopped in the store to ask about it. Verified that all units have one but wondering how you'd remove it, if necessary as it's at the back and my stuff is in front of it. 樂 Guess we'll cross that bridge when and if we come to it. Thanks for a simple process and move in. 

It was a young lady that got an attitude with me because I did not know the procedures of setting up an account. I did not know that you needed three contact phone numbers. Had I been told that beforehand the process would not have been as complicated. Then when I opened up the storage unit there were pest traps all over the floor. I went downstairs to ask the about them and they told me to just leave them in there. Which made no sense to me because the floor was almost completely covered with the sticky traps. So my experience was not the best. The owner was friendly and helpful.

From Day 1 I had issues getting in/out my storage! The lock was damaged and I had to have assistance from a member in the office every visit. We had to beat the lock open/closed to secure it! I made several complaints, nothing was done but I was billed every month on time for a broken storage. I couldnt enter the storage outside of operating hours because it required assistance.

U-Haul at HW290 & Fairbanks is very convenient, clean and well laid out. I have used the facility 3 or 4 times over the last 10 to 15 years. I have never had a problem.

The only problem I ever had with them was that sometimes they were unable to take cash payments because they didn't have a key to the register until the manager or somebody came. Very inconvenient.
