The person who I returned my equipment to that day was super rude and acted like as if I was bothering her for bringing the vehicle back as there was no line, was not busy and she just returned from parking another truck. I had overfilled my tank and I was not made aware of the exact calculation needed to return EXACTLY as I found it when i picked up the vehicle, I thought I would have been reimbursed the difference since I have no idea to know how many miles to the gallon the vehicle gets and did not want to be charged additional fees. Losing the extra 15 or so bucks wasn't as big of a deal as was the sub par customer service. I usually don't complain about bad service as we all have bad days but man, that really rubbed me the wrong way as I thought I had taken additional care and tried to make their job easier for the return agent by neatly putting everything away and was friendly and courteous and personally felt as if I was a bother and left me wonder if next time I should just, let you charge me for the gas and just throw all the items I rented back into the truck and toss the person the keys to them as it really didn't matter either way.TIMOTHY M.

My rental was for truck and trailer and I arrived expecting to verify drivers license and credit card. It took almost 40 minutes to receive the items I rented. The trailer was not hooked up to the truck. None of the information I did through the text was in the computer. The trailer was not the one that I reserved. This location rented me a 26 ft moving truck that was not cleaned prior to pickup. Windows were dirty, truck was covered with dead bugs and numerous areas of damage were not documented, requiring me to spend unnecessary time documenting it. Upon arrival at my home I discovered it had an engine fluid leak that damaged my driveway. It appears they may have known about this leak because I discovered a receipt for power steering stop leak that was dated 15 minutes before my scheduled pick up time.JOHN W.

I Definitely a different experience dropping off than I had during pick up. Staff wasn't as friendly. But nonetheless, it was smooth and quick.BRIANNA R.
The gentleman that hooked me up on departure offed no instructions. Seemed annoyed when I asked questions. Also, upon return I was late for my 1:00pm checkin, but thought I could make it before the 5:00pm closing, unfortunately an accident on I-17 made that impossible. I brought the motorcycle trailer in the next day at 7:00am when it opened. Was checked in by a guy with a hand held device. Said I was good to go! I find out the next day by my bank statement I was charged an additional fee over 26 on a 14,95 per day piece of equipment. Would have been nice if the employee had mentioned that.GARY F.

Even though I checked in online, I thought the continued in-person process at the store was lengthy. Plus the person checking me in allowed frequent interruptions. I was told to pull forward, so I parked in shade waiting for assistance, then someone approached asking me...basically why I was parked there. I scheduled to drop off at Victorian Gardens in Milton-Freewater, Oregon, and when I called to advise I was ready to return the equipment, there was a recorded message stating that they were out of town until the 20th. So I got a hotel room for 175 $and called back on the 20th and received the same recorded message. I left a message stating who I was and that I wanted to drop off the equipment, then I received a text saying they weren't available, but I could drop off the trailer as long as there were 2 people because the trailer was heavy. I texted back I was alone and their message said they'd be back that day. They texted back to say they would not return until that afternoon. I needed to get back on the road as I still had another day of driving so I asked if there was anywhere else I could take the trailer. They said I could try "College Town," but I needed to go to a location that was open. I had no idea where College Town was and if they were open. What a nightmare. As I was driving I saw the location where I ended up dropping off the trailer.Julie R.

I applied online at 9 pm at night and didn't realize they were closed, ok no worries. When I was ready to move in (during business hours 2 days later), I learned that I was given a refund because they had double booked the unit. The refund wouldn't show for a few business days so they wanted me to pay again. I can't afford that. We originally made a reservation for pickup at the Vaoer Vault location on 105th and Indian School. I place my card on hold over rthe phone a week before the day I needed the trick. I was told they would charge my card after I dropped off the vehicle. I set up an online account, took pictures of photo ID. And was unable to get the combination to the keys at the pick up location. We had to go to 51st Ave and Glendale. It was open. Not very computer friendly. DO NOT RECOMMEND..SHANNON S.

Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. Employees were extremely misinformed and didn't know how to do their job at all. Computers were down both times I went in. I sat for a half an hour both times. When I return the truck the person who took it from me was so rude I couldn't believe it. He shouldn't even be working in customer service. The truck was dirty when I picked it up. There was no lock on it. I want to purchase some extra items but they said their computer wasn't working. I finally got up and walked out when I return the truck and told them to just email meMelinda R.
The staff used foul language including the manager. They talked bad about the company any the companies policies. And because they were unable to get the system to work I was charged twice for my rental and we had no money to cover food and gas for ourselves.ANN B.

Van was damaged. Many scratches, which were unmarked. Passenger side door was dented, screeched when pulled open, which made it difficult to open. I was concerned, as this too was unmarked and would be costly to fix. All the damages were a great worry to me. Also, there was a lot of movement in the steering wheel, which made it difficult to steer. This was truck was an older truck, previously, I have only been provided with newer trucks. Driving the truck was worrying and I thought of returning it but needed to get things taken care of. It did end up taking us longer, in part, due to the poor quality of the truck.MARIAN O.

Online check in wasn't smooth. The first truck I was assigned was parked in by another truck. Then I was switched to another truck that was also parked in. I ended up having to go into the store and wait in line anyway which is what I thought I would be avoiding by doing the online check in.Matthew B.

Hire new staff that know what customer service is. Also, this location does not operate ethically, given their procedures and ability to charge consumer credit cards for fees that weren't validated at the time of return of vehicle. The employe simply stated "You can leave and I will email you the receipt." No inspection of the vehicle being returned , no explanation of additional charge, as well as the original website quote not being honored. Overall, a horrible experience.Pepe R.

Uhaul was good we thought we were expeexperiencing brake trouble in mountains uhaul sent a repair man out to check brakes. He was the best. The only problem I experienced was that I had to go get uhaul an hour away and I thought I had all day to return it on the 18th of July but I didn't read fine print it had to be there by 9am so I was charged for an extra day.Charles D.

I first made a reservation about a week in advance and I they moved the pick up place about 3 different times. I was originally supposed to pick it up as an online pick up at 8am before the place opened but since they changed the pick up location I had to wait outside until the store opened. Then they made the drop off place which was closed and gated so couldnt even get in the parking lot. Had to drop off at a different location. A reservation should lock in what and where you order instead changing places on me.Jody A.

I went there earlier today to rent a storage unit and was helped by a new employee. He was very friendly, but he missed quite a few important details. After completing the transaction, I went to check out my unit. I was not offered to be shown where it was by the office staff, and when I tried to get in through the doors, they didn't open. The janitor informed me I needed to use my card. I was not given a card. I had to go back inside and ask for my card. Not a big deal at this point. I was given my card and was able to get in. When I went to the basement to view my unit, it was locked. I was informed by the personnel in there that I needed approval for them to remove the lock. I spoke with the "manager" Coty, and she said it was approved. So I went to get back in, and the door would not open. After standing there for a few minutes, I went back inside and spoke with Coty again (who was too busy to make sure I had everything I needed to complete my transaction). She then informed me it would take 24 hours for my card to open the doors even though it was checking me in and out. She then pointed out a door that I could use that was in the office (would have been helpful to mention during the rental transaction). I then went and found the janitor and let him know that Coty authorized the removal of the lock. He removed it and asked me where my lock was. I told him that I was told they weren't provided and would have to buy my own (and was not told they sold them there), and he told me that it should have been. I returned to the office again, and asked Coty if I could ask her a quick question, (about the lock), and she told me I'd have to wait until she finished helping the customer she was with. I then told her that I had not been fully helped, and she ignored. I only wanted to question about the lock. At this point, I was thoroughly frustrated with this entire ordeal. When it was my "turn", I inquired about the lock in which she told me "how am I supposed to know you weren't offered a lock?" in a rude tone. I then told her that I would like a refund since if it's this difficult now, why would I want to continue this agreement. She then told me, and in a very rude tone with angry facial features that "Don't take this out on him, he's new!" I said I wanted a refund again, and it was processed. The issue here is that they had a new employee with no training, the "manager" didn't care, and the rudeness when trying to get everything straightened out. I don't work there, so how am I supposed to know the procedure? Coty is a terrible manager, and if you, the owner, check this, please re-think your employee decisions.Justin B. | Expérience générale

I had a good experience except the time the manager (I don't remember his name), had a problem with me being in my unit longer than an hour. He made it to where I couldn't get back in that night. I was trying to organize my stuff and clean up and grab some things on the way out. He made that very difficult for me!
