Kenyatta and Keith at the 65th and Geyer Springs location are awesome. They always went over and above to provide excellent customer service. If I need another storage unit in that area, I would definitely go back to them.

My storage had roaches in it that I didn't bring there and had to come from storage room next door. I'd rather keep my things n the backyard than at that Uhaul on Geyer Springs.

After going to the Geier Springs location I picked up a truck and we were 1 1/2 hours late as we started to pack, I was not happy with Kiko's call the guy who harbor 8 AM with my truck cause he failed to show up and nobody could reach him. The manager they called knocked $50 off my window and gave me extra miles and I don't think that was enough for all the trouble that we went through going to three different U-Haul places on the day we were going to move And we wanted to be packing at 8:20 instead we started around about 20 till 10.

Sandra C.I was cheated and charged and extra $120 on my credit card .I have never had any problems with uhaul before, but right now I am really upset. I was given a truck that was falling apart I went back in and told them about it and they said everything was ok. They knew about it. They said it was their truck I was given until 8PM to bring it back they said they would be there but they wasn't. I talked with another guy he told me he was told the same thing. I tried to check it in on the phone and tried calling and couldn't get through to anyone so I just put the keys in the dropbox. The vehicle was clean but when I opened the passenger door the rubber fell off.
GWENDOLYN D.No effort to assist in any way when I called to let them know that the truck I rented from them broke down, even though I was less than one mile away from the store location. In fact, they called later to tell me that I was late in returning my rental. In fact this is two consecutive rentals from this location that have ended with a truck broke down, no assistance from the local rental facility and a wait for roadside assistance in excess of five hours.

DEFINITELY A CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!! I will be reporting this to "YELP" and any other platforms to discourage customers from ever renting there ever again.

Trecia M.The associate who helped me in pickup of the trailer had a terrible attitude and seemed so put off that I was there to pick it up to the point that they rolled their eyes at me and also huffing and puffing. I showed up at 715pm my reservation was for 730pm. When I arrived the person working the store was outside washing their car and after asking me what I needed made sure to mention twice that they were about to close. Terrible customer service. I'll never use this location again. The interaction the at the time I returned the trailer was better with the same person but it doesn't change the initial interaction

Magnolia W.Inside the store is very clean. The truck I picked up wasn't. It also had a broken knob that controlled the air output location. It was broken off in defrost mode so I was unable to get the air conditioning to come out of the vents on a 100 degree day; it's important to have functional AC. I went back in the store and ask for another truck. They didn't have one to give; so Fredricka was super helpful. She was able to see where it was broken and get the air blowing back out the normal vents. Sadly; they didn't have another knob to give me, but I made it work in that setting.

My truck was filthy I had to sweep and mop both of them the second one looked like someone puked all over the walls the first one broke down on me and they told me to backpack all my stuff out of the truck to 65th Street from Cantrell and get another truck and I would tow mine that was the best solution that could come up with! I'm very disappointed in this place! And besides that they overcharge you all the time and don't even tell you when they're running your card or how much it's for!!!

I spoke with the representative which informed me they didn't have anymore units available and there was nothing he could do. I had to find another storage facility and get the truck turned back in with a hour a spare and it was close to everything closer. It was very inconvenient. Time and money wise.
