Horrible customer service
AVERY SCould do more for customers with storage space main sliding door has been broken for months and had to take furniture and unload around through a small normal door.
Rashina R | Expérience généraleWhen I picked the truck up it showed 229 miles til empty. When I took it back, I put enough fuel in the truck that it showed 230 til empty. They charged me $9 because they said I did not replace enough fuel. So I am very disappointed with that! Everything else was good though

ALVIN HThe girl that assisted us help us find everything we needed from boxes , furniture mover, and our 6x12…. She was amazing with helping us extend our reservation and when we dropped of the rental she was there to assist us with a smile!! Absolutely amazing location and staff!!

SHARON BThe truck was reserved for a 7:00 AM Pickup. The place wasn't opened until 7:20 - 7:30 AM?? The gentleman (and I use that term loosely, as he had the personality of a rock) that finally opened had a major attitude. I'm not sure exactly what his problem was but I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and not apologizing for the late opening. I kept my wits about me and didn't exasperate the situation as I needed the truck. I've worked in a professional environment for over 35 years and if he was my employe, I would have second thoughts about keeping him employed!

Pashee W | Expérience généraleThe only glitch in our rental was that facility doors were locked when we arrived at 8:15AM for our 8:30 rental. Evidently the employees needed to step out for a few minutes, but there was no sign indicating that they would be back shortly. After about 10 minutes they arrived and completed the rental process efficiently.

DEAN DHorrible managent, crazy prices for the location and service, manager would act out of character whenever it was their fault i couldnt pay my bill. The uhaul app never worked so i had to call to pay and when they wouldnt answer id be charged a late fee and the manager would never waive it

david dThe young lady and guy at the counter were very helpful. I actually had to change my reserved storage because I needed a ground level. The guy was very helpful and found one for me. He explained how to use the entrance doors. When we got in the storage unit, a more seasoned young lady was very helpful and insisted to help me find my new unit. She opened my unit for me and offered me the cart for free. When checking out, the young lady helped me. She was very personable and nice. All around great experience. I was very impressed! They all went above and beyond!!

Kenyell TBought and extra day of rental and did not need it. Agent said I could get a refund. He also said he needed a $80 deposit on top of rental price. Neither of these refunded and there no itemization of charges. Pitiful service and billing. Feels like an overcharging scam to me. Very disappointed in Uhaul, I usually get decent service.

Cedric G | Premières impressionsSpent 2-3 hours trying to get the key. The description for that specific truck for the location of the key was not correct. I had to call the 800 number and that took a long time to get a hold of somebody. Once the rep got the gm on the phone she let us know the description was incorrect and that the key was in a different location. Even the rep stated that the description was poorly written and did not give the right direction. I was not happy. I had to come back the next day and rush to move in one day.
Jeffery RBe nice to the people that are coming to you for help. You never know just what your customers may be going through. Empathy and compassion goes a long way: and its easy to do too if you actually have a heart. Its okay if you don't like your job, but its no excuse to be a shitty human to people that need your service.

Don MI returned the uhaul and they tried to charge me almost $200 dollars saying it wasn't clean. When I picked it up it wasn't clean and I had to pull my own truck out.Everyone was in the backroom never again will this happen to me

Lydia GThe man that helped me Saturday morning was the person that I have ever dealt with at U-haul I have ever seen. First he over charged me. Then I had to hook and unhook my rental by myself. I got pulled over because my left taillight was out. I will never rent from that store again.

Jason HThe personnel was very rude. He ignored my question 3 times. Had an attitude and refused to move out of my blind spot since I had to back my trailer up into the return spot. The green tent was full. He never got off his cell phone the entire time and was very rude when answering questions. I spoke to 3 different people on the phone and yall still didn't refund me my whole deposit. Very unprofessional!!!

He was awesome, I didn't catch his name. Young Black American highly intelligent and knowledgeable about the storage process and size . And also met me at the door and proceeded to show the process of checking and gaining access to storage area, all the while handling customers; that were purchasing boxes and things. The guy gave us a couple reconditioned boxes to finish the job. TOTALLY AWESOME keep guys like this you'll never have a customers complaint. period

It's in a great location from the highway and close to where I live. Kenyatta Connors and staff were always super friendly and helpful when I had a request or question. The facility is safe and secure. The other customers and people I met there were just like me: looking for a safe and affordable storage area for their needs. Merci.

My storage had roaches in it that I didn't bring there and had to come from storage room next door. I'd rather keep my things n the backyard than at that Uhaul on Geyer Springs.

I spoke with the representative which informed me they didn't have anymore units available and there was nothing he could do. I had to find another storage facility and get the truck turned back in with a hour a spare and it was close to everything closer. It was very inconvenient. Time and money wise.

Since I had to store in different location, I requested to calccel or change the place. But I never heard from LR office, and charged on my account for service I never used. Terrible experience!
