Not sure what you could improve. My experience was great. The few staff that were on hand were very helpful. I showed up early for my reservation. They got me in and out quickly anyway had friendly banter about it being a nice weekend and a busy moving time of the year. Staff could tell that I was one that didn't mind talking and even joking a little while my card was being processed and all that. When returning things went just as smooth. I over estimated when I would have the equipment back because I didn't want to be late. Hey I get it for the day right. Lol. So when I was 4 hours early and they were busy. No problem. Still helped pretty quickly. Everything was top notch. Great experience and will use this location every time I move. Which I hope is not often.JONATHAN LEE K.

We were delayed in picking up our trailer and got a lecture from the guy at the counter about being on time. Plenty of equipment available and no other customers in the place. Served no purpose other that to tick me off. I didn't get the condition survey until I was 10 mins down the road-not very practical The return process is great though-on-line survey and location sharing is a good use of tech.CHRISTOPHER F.

The 24/7 drop off was crazy and stressful. I think you were having technical difficulties, but not being able to access your website, or anyone by phone and worrying about being charged more for not being able to properly return our truck was not a good experience after a day of moving. Maybe if all of your access points are down you should send someone out to the location, put a note on your door ... something.christine C.

I was charged a whole extra day to extend my truck by an hour, so another 60 $. I underestimated my time with the truck because I have never drove a truck that big so I drove it pretty slow. I've rented U-Haul multiple times this year due to multiple housing and family issues. When I got the truck it was at a quarter tank. I asked for more gas before leaving and was told no. The truck hit low fuel before I got to my location. There is an additional 6,99 charge on my account and idk what it's for either. Now I have to call on that. It'll probably be another 15 minute hold with customer service to ask. I will not be using U-Haul again. That's capitalism I guess. Shitty services goes noticed and we have the choice to take business else where. It's Interesting I need a truck one more time this year but I'll not go with U-Haul.DANIELLE FAILLA B.

The truck ran fine. But, I think someone could have taken time to clear snow off the windshield. Most people don't carry a brush long enough to clear the windows on a large truck.GERALD W.

The store was clean & manager was very nice and check in process very good. I often use trucks for local light duty hauling and I always get the oldest truck because it's local. This truck had 190 426 miles and chugged like a 90 year old chain smoker with Covid & had a headlight out. It did do the job so I can handle that but I CAN'T handle the new smart phone protocol I learned AFTER I got home because I was driving-LOG IN AT THE SITE(TOO LATE I'M ALREADY HOME!)-CREATE AN ACCOUNT-TAKE PICS-BLAH-BLAH...I'm old and not internet savvy, don't have the time for all that!! Then it stated I might be charged 20 $"convenience fee" if I don't even though I returned the truck clean and fueled up-that's not a good policy. 20 $fee and I'm gone.JEFFREY MICHAEL J.
I barely needed to get out of my car. They also loaned me a hitch ball at the proper height and had an adaptor to go from a seven pin to a four pin connection. Very friendly and fast. Nice work, guys!JAMES CHRISTOPHE Z.
Change the tires on your trucks!!! Our rental truck got stuck in a plowed driveway. Even though we purchased additional insurance, we got stuck with the tow bill. Horrible service.BRIAN SCOTT V.
Came to pick up trailer and right turn signal wasn't working. Employee tested with meter, checked bulb, still wouldn't work. We asked if he had another trailer, he said no. He then proceeded to wiggle the wiring. The turn signal started working after he did that so he sent us down the road with it. About 4 hours into our 10 hour drive, we discovered the lights stopped working again. We were in the middle of nowhere with no uhaul stores around. Roadside service in this area would've left us with waiting for hours. We had 6 hours left to go and had to continue on only having running light, brake light, and turn signal on one side of the trailer. It was pretty scary driving through the mountains in the dark knowing that. He never should've sent us down the road with that unsafe trailer.Stephanie M.
