I was told I was at the wrong location & if I leave the truck I would be charged an extra fee. She gave me another address that was to be my drop off location. When I get to the other location, I was told that was no my drop off either. Is was so much back & forth , they couldn't find my info in the system. Just a long day plus Uhaul unprofessional experience.

Your after hours check in is way too difficult. I had to come back the next day to checkin with an attendant. Will hesitate to use U-Haul in the future because of online crap

Customer service was great, except they neglected to tell me there would be a fee to return after hours. We called because we we're running half hour late and they said “no problem. Just park under tent and put key in drop box”. They did not tell us there would be a fee or we would've made an effort to get there before they closed. When we got there they were walking out of the store, so we co you le have made it in time to avoid the after hours drop off fee. That was not fair that I had to pay for a whole day ($20) for a half hour delay.

Miss Wanda runs an absolutely excellent store, she is one of the reasons we continue to run our business with uhauls help Even in her absence her employees keep a tight ship and are ever helping Lot and store are always spic and span

I called customer service 1-800 to schedule this appt. Jay was so helpful and expedient in helping me as this was a very last minute emergency situation. We are so thankful for her and that we got a truck within minutes of the call. Great customer service at the pickup site. All around excellent experience.

Miss Wanda runs a great store it's always clean polite and inviting well stalked easily accessible and I'm ever more greeted By an attitude that keeps me coming back she is very sweet and keeps her staff in line we have continued to do business for over 8 consecutive years with this location and look forward to many more She is the reason that we do not purchase our own equipment as we have done the cost factor in headache and we would much rather continue to rent through u-haul at a location such as this

Wow..this is a great location. Employee was extremely helpful and polite. Made sure all my questions were answered. Rented a unit there and was very impressed with the cleanliness and hold secure it felt. And very convenient to Barksdale AFB.

Help the customers with suggestions. Ask them if they need help. Know the prices/sizes of all storage. Empty trash receptacles in front of the store. The Comfort Ride is BS, with a full load, I was bouncing all over the road, and with an empty truck, it was so much worse.

I was very impressed with the staff at this location. I visited twice (once to reserve a unit and once to complete the paperwork). They did a great job of explaining the options and the sign in procedures.

We used this location to store our stuff during a move. It was a convenient location and good prices for air conditioned storage. The staff was always friendly and helpful and did go above and beyond most of the time to find me a solution. However, I can't rate 5 stars because there was a roof leak and some of my items got ruined and some damaged. My unit was not the only one effected. If we hadn't been there the day after the rain, not sure we would have found out our unit was effected. However, the staff was helpful and hired movers to move me to a dry unit and gave me a free month's rent. I would recommend this location to others, but will also share my experience of the roof leak. Unfortunate.

The place and employees were excellent. I usually go inside but this time I did it all on my phone. It was a pain in my butt. Way too slow, "loading" so long I had to go out of site and redo the whole thing, 3 times. I will never use the online check in again. From now on, I will go inside to do my business.

I am yet to gain access to the storage unit. I have called, attempted to chat, and I sent two emails and no one has responded. I am requesting to cancel my agreement and would like a full refund but I cannot contact anyone regarding this.

One of the best storage facilities I've ever used! Great staff-helpful, efficient, and very friendly. Facility had several hand carts available to aid move in and move out. Store was well equipped with moving supplies. I would highly recommend this facility for storage and rentals.

The older lady that works here is rude. We had an issue when we went and paid because she didn't log in her computer, she handed my husband a receipt showing we had paid when in fact it wasn't paid. Didn't know that until later when I received an invoice saying that we owed money still. She very rude about the whole situation and tried to blame us for this issue. I have closed out our storage unit and will not be back here and I do not recommend this office! I will be glad to go to other offices but this one in the 4100 block of Barksdale Blvd is horrible!

Our only complaint is that we weren't allowed to return the truck to a uhaul facility closer to where we live. The lady was rude and told us we had to return it to where we picked it up.

The manager and staff are useless at his facility. The a/c unit leaked water in my unit on a piece of furniture that I just restored. The office covered thier items not even a phone call for my unit.

The sum of my experience: gross incompetence, my good faith efforts, multiple emailed credit card information for payments which never ran, plans for lawsuits, and a unit full of water damaged goods.

the worse service, not well trained or staff just didn't care. I also had to wait to on hold for uhaul operator at 1800 468 4285 for 25 minutes to assist to return truck since app wouldn't work.
