I had a reservation for 8 am on a Saturday morning there was no parking available when it says there is limited parking. There was only two staff working so a 8am pick was now an 8:40 pick very slow. When I returned the vehicle I had to wait a while for it to be checked in because there was still only two staff working. The staff was friendly

I was charged $237.00 for a broken mirror that I am not responsible for. Even the uhaul accident report designates the time of the incident @ 12 hours after the truck was returned. (1) The location could use some parking. I had to park a block away and walk to the building. (2) The website didn’t let me know, when I reserved a van online, that I couldn’t pay for it with a debit card. I reserved it with a debit card. I had to pay extra for a box truck instead - $1.29 a mile instead of $0.89, and $14.00 for insurance instead of $10.00. Also, because it was a 10’ truck, it had no loading ramp, so it was hard for me to climb in and out of, compared to the van I had wanted to rent. (3) I ordered a utility dolly; but when I arrived at my destination, I discovered there was no dolly in the truck. When I returned the truck, I reported it to the staff person I spoke with by phone, and she promised this $7.00 charge would be removed from my bill. It was not removed, and now I have to deal with calling them again to request that this charge be removed. (4) On the other hand, here’s a positive note: The staff at the location were courteous. Also, I thought I could return the truck before closing time, but later I realized I would not be able to return it on time. The personnel I spoke with by phone were very helpful in getting me an extension and later handling the truck’s return.

The 10ft van only had half the tank filled, but the woman that checked the mileage on the van didn't tell the man about the gas before letting him hand the keys over to us. My other issue is that when it came time to drop the van off, the lot was getting full and when we parked in the drop off are, the man told us to find a parking spot for it

The amount of miles in the truck was different from what was on paper. They would have charged me for using over 100 miles instead of what I actually used 15 miles if I didn't check before leaving.

Last Wednesday, I ordered a pickup truck at the UHaul on Belair Road to pick up a couch. When I got there, they were having issues with their propane tank leaking and two guys with another car yelling at them. I was late picking up the couch and wanted to get out of their hair. As soon as I pulled out, I noticed the dash said the oil needed to be changed and there was a sensor error. Someone also left their phone in the car and a guy named “Stink” kept calling. The employees at UHaul told me to take a picture of the mileage of the car to make sure it was right but there was nowhere on the dash that read the mileage. I know I should have turned the car back in and said "forget it" but I really wanted this couch, the two employees there had their hands full, and my husband would have had to turn around and pick me back up. I understood that I would be charged $4 a gallon for not filling it up. I did not mind because I would only be using 1 or 2 gallons and I wanted to be done with this truck as soon as possible. The paperwork says I went 17 miles and used 5.8 gallons of gas. That means this truck got 2mpg. Two miles per gallon of gas. I could not find any information on the legal limit of mpg on a vehicle but I am suspicious as to if that vehicle would pass an emissions test. I tried to call the location but I ended up at a more corporate line. At first, I thought I was talking to a computer but then they asked me how to pronounce my name. I suspect he did not speak English and was reading off a script. That is not necessarily a bad thing but he could not understand why a truck that gets 2 miles to the gallon was an issue. He transferred me to a supervisor who tried to call the Belair Road location but no one picked up (although she told me that the manager at the location said the truck got 19mpg so someone must have picked up). She suggested I try to call them. However, she reiterated several times that I should have just filled up the car and it would have saved me money. That is not the issue. If I had put 5.8 gallons in the car and seen that I went 17 miles, I would still be livid. Whether it cost $24 or $16, 6 gallons of gas is ludicrous for 17 miles. It seemed like she wanted to blame me for this 2mpg truck. That is all this supervisor would say. Save yourself and record everything on their vehicle if you have to use this company. But don’t unless there are no other options.

I made a reservation online, but when I went to the location, they didn't have a vehicle. It seems the online reservation system did not accurately represent what they had. Luckily for me, a person returned with a vehicle and I was able to take that one. I had no complaints about the people at the location. They worked pretty quickly and I was out the door with a vehicle very fast.

The first van that i reserved driver side back tire had a hole on the tire that if I was to hit a curb the tire would bust. I made them aware of that so they had to give me another van. I get all the way back home to load the van and saw that someone forgot to unlock and provide me with the key to unlock the lock, so I had to go back for them to give me the key. I had a good experience besides that issue.

The pickup we ordered was not ready or there if I didn't say anything about the reserve $50 that they owed me the sales clerk was not going to say anything to me. It took more than a couple of days for the refund money to come back on my credit card, the sales associate told me pacifically it should be there by that night, and it wasn't it took a couple of days. I was not satisfied at all.

You should be able to drop a uhaul off at ANY location no matter what! I have always picked my truck up in on place and dropped it off at another. Go to Baltimore for the first time and its the worse experience ever! I had to drive all the way from I moved back to Bel Air road (which was more miles and more money and more gas) Just to take that truck back! Also I was never charged $7.00 for using a dolly that is already in the truck! You all have become scammers and in the past I have always used uhaul... never again!!

Had to throw away all of my belongings due to rat and/or mice feces & urine all over my items. No one has really helped with reembursing my belongings or what I’ve payed to keep my things there!

I didn’t like the fact that it wasn’t 24 hour access you had to pay extra,I believe that should be a given. Also I noticed some mouse infestation because I found some mouse dropping’s on my belonging.
