The staff was nice but overworked, the lady needed more help, she did her best and was efficient. The truck had the engine light go on and seemed to have a problem with accleration other than that everything worked out well. We couldnt have done the move without the truck. I thougjt the cost was reasonable. Thank you.

The location is in a tight spot but the personnel at the dealership were very helpful. They completed my check in very promptly and were very pleasant and efficient.

Service was *excellent* once I was able to make contact. But they were very short-staffed. I had to look everywhere to find the one person on duty, and then I had to wait longer while he waited on another customer. So my 10:30 am reservation was delayed by 40 minutes. But thereafter, they were absolutely wonderful. They granted me an extension till the following day without charge, and they were very friendly when I returned the vehicle.

The truck was extremely dirty and required a large amount of gas for a 10 mile usage. The customer service was the worst that I have ever experienced when utilizing u-haul. When picking up the truck, the employee advised that he never does anything that is "optional" within the company policy when asked about required licenses. I advised that I needed 2 tv boxes and he completely forgot when checking me out. When I was returning the truck, the employee who was checking me back in never once acknowledged who he was, since he was too busy making a personal phone call from his cell phone. I personally will never utilize that location for my moving needs again.

This location appears to have the same entrance and exit. It's dangerous because if a U-haul truck is waiting to pull it out, the customer coming into the entrance has to stop traffic. There's got to be a resolve to this issue.

How about taking the customer to the truck to ensure that the correct mileage reflect the paper work. I rented a one way from Baltimore to Easton PA. I was allotted 185 miles even though my destination was 155. Upon returning my truck, the representative stated that I drove an additional 100 miles. Like really “HOW”?. There’s no way possible that I drove an additional 100 miles! Like who want to take a uhaul truck joy riding? They changed me and additional $47 for the miles even though it’s wrong. I don’t mind paying for something I actually use, but to change me for something I didn’t use, is a total rip off and just WRONG!!!

I will say again that a smile and or good morning can go a long way. Customer Service is definitely lacking at this location. When I arrived to return my rental the agent didn't even speak--just began to ask me questions. Plus I've never experienced a u-haul location that doesn't accept MAJOR Credit Cards but instead desires you to use your Bank Debit Card. When did that become to official policy for renting a vehicle?

The person working there was very friendly and knowledgeable, but the store was so busy that it took more than 20 minutes to get my reserved vehicle. My "issue" with my transaction was that I had to go to a different location than where I booked. I booked a pickup truck rental at Falls Road in Baltimore (Hampden), and was told I would receive a call from a reservation manager to confirm. I received no such call, so I called and was then told that my reservation was canceled because that location has no trucks (btw, turns out they NEVER have trucks as they only do long-term rentals of pickups. Darn shame since it is two blocks from my home/business and they advertise that they rent them). I then asked which locations have them, and ONLY this Belair Rd location does. For a major metro area, this is super annoying. I'd have better luck renting a vehicle from Enterprise, or a smaller outfit that has pickups on site and can get me in and out quickly. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PROCESS

Picking up the equipment, we had to wait for slow computers. It took 25 minutes just to get out the door. Then when we returned the equipment we had to wait another 20 minutes to finish. I found this inconvenient and frustrating.

Had to throw away all of my belongings due to rat and/or mice feces & urine all over my items. No one has really helped with reembursing my belongings or what I’ve payed to keep my things there!

I didn’t like the fact that it wasn’t 24 hour access you had to pay extra,I believe that should be a given. Also I noticed some mouse infestation because I found some mouse dropping’s on my belonging.
