1. When I went to return the truck via the mobile app, the link didn't allow me to take a picture of the odometer and fuel reading. Instead a black screen popped up. I restarted my iPhone just in case the issue was in my end but the link issue still persisted. I took a picture of the odometer/fuel reading with my iPhone camera but there was no option for me to take a picture with the camera application and upload it. I do not think it's fair for me to be charged $20 for return the truck since the issue was stemming from the website. I can provide the picture I took for evidence that I did attempt to return the truck with the mobile website rather than letting one of the employees do it. 2. Also, when I put in my odometer reading (3379), the Uhaul website claimed I put 185 miles on it. There's no way I put that many miles on it! Can you please have this looked into. I am paying per mile, and only wish to pay for the miles put on by me. I was never given a document that told me what the odometer reading was before I received the truck. Unfortunately, the only thing I remembered to check before I started driving was the fuel gage, not the odometer reading.

The location is convenient however the vehicle was not clean. This was a major concern for me given the pandemic. Additionally, the vehicle was parked in a such a way that made it difficult to get in the vehicle.

This location is always very busy it would be very nice if there are 2 people in the office & at least 2 people in the lot instead of one person in the office & one person on the lot.

You can have your customer service reps own up to their mistakes. I was charged for a piece of equipment that was there. Went back to the store and the rep said he don't know why i was charged because the dolly was there and would “try” to get my money back. He was not empathetic or helpful he just walked out of the store. The other Rep took control and helped me. I was also given a truck that didn't have 1/2 tank of gas. And was charged when i brought it back because it didn't appear to be on a 1/2 in which it was. This location is on a bill and the gas gauge changes but one your drive off this street. I'm never renting from here again. I willl pay the extra $ for movers.

There was a long wait to be serviced and due to covid only two people were allowed inside at a time. This is understandable however there were two employees inside but only one working to check people in at the desk, the other person open and closed the door and attended to folks outside with drop offs and propane requests. So the one person inside worked both desks checking two people in at a time trying to get the lone down and people out of the cold. The employees made a great effort to help customers but there should have been at least 2 more person working at least for a busy Saturday.

The phone representative was very nice very knowledgeable. The store clerk was also very knowledgeable and very helpful. I miss the Hands-On approach going to the car making sure the vehicle is all set and ready to go. I know due to covid that's why we have it gotten that hands-on experience. But yes I will definitely be back.

So much of my things were ruined by rodents., roaches and there was some water damage. The staff was great and the storage area wa not great. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. Took 6 hours and 3 different uhual locations to get a working truck and tow dolly. Then I get attitude when I say I don't wanna take a broken tow dolly. Manager told her agent do not call me unless it's an emergency, she's in the tub. That was after I had been to her location 3 times in a 6 hour span and she knew my situation. Other employees told me to just take the broken tow dolly o should be fine to drive over 4 hours. Then the manager offered me 50 dollars off. I'm sorry but what is that to a 450 dollar bill I got. So sad, sickening and just unprofessional and also unethical.

I was charged for fuel when I returned the vehicle with the same amount of fuel that I left with. I drove a total of two miles so by that calculation these trucks get less then 2 miles a gallon. That can't be legal and I will be reporting this.

This was the easiest rental drop off I ever had. The personnel was polite and efficient.

I had a terrible experience with the management of this location. I was overcharged because the employee wasn't properly trained and gave me the incorrect information. I explained that I only needed the truck for 2 hrs and was charged for 2 days. When I explained this to the manager her response was "You should have read the fine print. And refused to refund my money. This location has been my choice for my rental needs and I never had any problems until this manager.

To have a printed return/envelope form so customer can fill the return milage and if gas bought to put gas receipt in or not mark off tank level. This would make the customer feel more secure in after hours drop off return. Other than just dropping keys in a door slot!

Customer service should be a focus, I rent a 7.00 hand truck , 9/30. The lot was full will 2 truck rentals to return so I went inside. He had Customer inside I explained to him I was returning my hand truck rental, he didn't want to give me a receipt, he says he would email it the next day. So short story no receipt over a lazy associate i have to drive back up to waste gas because they charge me 89.00 for 14 days of what they claimed of not checking returning a unit in. They didn't call, count equipment...they just bill you want they think.

As always, so far I have never been disappointed. Service at the Belair Location is great, however the employees seem to be overwheled in providing the service. Short staffing eventually will effect the bottom line. All my thanks to the employees for working up and above standards.

I was rented a unit which was occupied. I had to wait for the staff (whom was very friendly and helpful) to find me a unit. The check in pad didn’t work. The portable stairs didn’t work properly. I had 3M movers there and was paying by the hour. Needless to say that they were being held up for their next job. While I’m force to incur additional charges. Unsatisfied customer.

Had to throw away all of my belongings due to rat and/or mice feces & urine all over my items. No one has really helped with reembursing my belongings or what I’ve payed to keep my things there!

I didn’t like the fact that it wasn’t 24 hour access you had to pay extra,I believe that should be a given. Also I noticed some mouse infestation because I found some mouse dropping’s on my belonging.
