The guy who wanted on me was rude . When I brought the vehicle back the Manager stole 75dollars off my card and he was rude .I put the Gass over 3/8 and he took 75 dollars for fuel fuel when I asked him what happen he made up a lie uhaul. Know how much gas is in the vehicle when you leave and when you bring it back they know how much gas is in the tank he is a thief I will never rent from them again

Under inflated tire burst on the NJ Turnpike. Very lucky trailer didn't flip and take truck with it. Trailer was removed and towed to next exit where the tire was eventually replaced. The other tire was checked and it was 20-25 lbs. low. Don't think the equipment is checked between rentals at least at this location. There is no way to directly speak with anyone at any rental location. All calls go through a central answering service.

Location is awful! No room to enter the parking lot to get equipment. This location is my least favorite by far! People are friendly and the guy who processed my rental initially was very helpful. But when you have no room in the parking lot off of a busy street, it makes it a hassle!

I paid at pickup yet received a receipt after drop off that was more than twice the amount I prepaid with NO additional miles. There were several undisclosed charges listed. I selected 7am pick up by mobile devise but was advised I still had to go inside to get the vehicle. I didn't get to get the van until after 7:30 delaying my day's progress. The rep at pick up offered to change my drop off to the 24 hour mark but did NOT advise that if I brought the truck back at that time (7am Sunday), there would be an "after hours fee". Adversely, if I waited until the store actually opened at 9am, I'm sure I would've been charged a late fee in that case as well.

Uhaul completely messed up my move. The first, and what was supposed to be the only, day I went to pick up my truck and it wasn't at the original location. Called customer service, they apologized and gave me $50 refund, then told me to go to another location. The truck there didn't work. Customer service then wasted about 4 hours of my time transferring me around before giving me another refund (which I never got and they're now refusing to acknowledge) before finding me a truck at a third location. Ended up not being able to completely fill it up before I had to hit the road; I had to be at my destination by a certain time. So then I had to come back a few days later for another truck. Same thing happened AGAIN. Wasted 2 hours that time. Never got any of the equipment I ordered either. At least they refunded that. I'm still waiting on my other $50, but customer service keeps arguing with me hoping I'll just drop it. Unprofessional, to say the least. What should've taken 1 trip and just 4-5 hours ended up being 2 trips (more money for them I guess, since I had to pay for 2 trucks) and 13 hours. Useless company. Save your money and go with one of their competitors.

I tried to explain to the representative they gave me the truck on empty I brought the truck back the same way I got it now I got charged for service fees fuel and other cost not happy I'm going to deal with customer service today cannot believe that you're Representatives will tell me that trucks were dirty broken down and stolen that's why I couldn't pick it up in my location not very happy with you all

The dolly wasn't secured and moved around the back. I think it would have been better if that and the pads weren't in the truck for space reasons and because the dolly was loose

Other than limited parking in a very congested area this was a really nice experience in the city.

This location was helpful but the uhaul.com website was horrible. I made reservation for a pick up truck online and got to the store just for the sales lady to tell me they haven't had that many pick up truck in months and the few they had was already reserved. Thank goodness the lady was able to help me rent another vehicle.

The Return features were difficult to complete, although I tried, and stopped when the two men that were there left. Felt unsafe at that point, but tried to avoid the additional 20 fee I did not have. Also felt that the brakes were low on 1711 van, that I rented.

The gentleman that was working outside cleaning the trucks was not very helpful and when I returned to drop the truck off at 4:45 , he said he couldn't tell me what to do as far as returning the truck properly because he was about to get. The facility did not close until 5pm. His customer service was terrible overall. I will not recommend or use this particular UHaul facility again.

Every staff member was competent, well informed about procedures, equipment and services: moreover, every staff member excelled in friendliness and customer service. I felt that I had personal attention and that my experience was a priority and would be favorable. Furthermore, the sales floor was well stocked and even stocked with things that I might have need for regardless whether I was renting a vehicle. Kudos to each employee, the overseeing management and the companies policies and training.

Rented for almost a year. Rat poop in my belongings. Unauthorized charges on my account. Raised rent after only a month being there. You'll never get an actual person from the store on the phone …it is always directed to customer service but they are helpful. Do not rent a locker at this place !

My husband and I have spent several days in June moving and used UHaul as our go to for trucking/supply/and moving help needs. We move frequently due my husbands job, however this will be the last time we ever use Uhaul. Multiple truck reservations were relocated to different pick up locations not remotely close to us and the desired truck sizes were never available causing us to have to rent 2 trucks which incurred double timber charges as it relates to, gas, tolls, and rental cost. Stop trying to comp mileage no one wants extra miles, especially not when you out of state move is within the allotted mileage given. It's really simple don't allow people to make the reservation for a specific truck size/location if your unavailable to accommodate that request and then leave people in an absolute scramble 24hrs before an out of state move. If your unable to accommodate the volume/needs give people to ability to take their business somewhere else, however 24 hr notice is hardly enough time.

I was overcharged a fee of $82 and I the truck was in good standards when I brought it back and the fuel level was over the margin from which I got the truck. So meaning I was charged a fuel charge and another charge for I really don't know. So I am requesting my overcharge returned back to me

I was charged $69 for fuel and the man wouldn't let me confirm the truck. I feel he was upset because It was almost closing and he told me to just dispute it with corporate.

This transaction was not "Business as usual." The sales reps and staff made the experience comparable to professional hospitality, and the vehicle was exactly what I needed in a timely manner.

Everyone in the store I spoke with, were all very friendly. Even with the issue of one of the recent customers not bring the truck I reserved back in time, the uhaul representatives came up with a alternative quickly. Very impressed and will be a returning customer.

This pickup location was fine but it was not the location I had first reserved my rental from. I specifically reserved a truck at a location near my home and it wasn't until the day before I was told my reservation had been changed to a different, less convenient, location. This experience will make me think twice before renting from U-Haul.

The location is small and awkward but the customer service more than makes up for the inconvenience of the location and their lack of space. The customer service was beyond delightful. I would recommend this location 1000 times over

The 15 ft truck I rented took quite a while to start. Not a concern, just a helpful statement. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of room in the parking lot to park and pick up your rental.

Cargo trailer door was opened when we arrived. Bag of clothing inside. Think a homeless person had been living there. Not a big deal. It had rained hard for a couple days. Wonder where he slept the next night Wish location had better parking

I don't do stairs well because of arthritis so when showing me the unit I had to do stairs to get to my area, so a little inconvenient for me. Once inside building on the main floor very convenient to get to.. Place very clean. Inside, right size for my needs. Lots of space for things I needed to place there. Anything you needed to move into your storage area was right there.

The Employees were Very friendly and helpful however, The U-Haul storage units were not as recommended, I was offered a 7x10 that was a 5x8 once measured. Please ensure that units are the correct size advertised.

The best part of the experience was working with the front desk person Antonio. As I've written before he went above and beyond to make the experience easy and understandable, all while working alone on a very busy day, with a line nearly out the door. He made me feel like I was the only one being helped and never lost his smile! Give that guy a RAISE! : )

ANTONIO was AMAZING. I witnessed grouchy tired people come at him and he kept his composure while dealing & resolving their issues. When it was my turn, he was kind and amicable even though he seemed to be the only front desk employee in one of the busiest days of the year in B'more GRADUATIONS all over the city! Lots of moving ins and outs. He handled everything though I bet he wishes he had backup! Give the guy a BIG RAISE! ❤️❤️ The only problem we had was after hours entry. The BIG sliding door would NOT open - forcing us to unload an entire load through the small door. Thanks for listening !

Wish there was better parking especially for the front units. Wish the buildings were connected. Have a unit in front and one in the back. That's only because there are no large units available. But this location is very convenient for me.

I was rented a unit which was occupied. I had to wait for the staff (whom was very friendly and helpful) to find me a unit. The check in pad didn't work. The portable stairs didn't work properly. I had 3M movers there and was paying by the hour. Needless to say that they were being held up for their next job. While I'm force to incur additional charges. Unsatisfied customer.

The young lady that is the receptionist by the name of Kim is so awesome! Very respectable and knowledgeable. I absolutely love when she's there. I Frequent t that location for that reason.

Had to throw away all of my belongings due to rat and/or mice feces & urine all over my items. No one has really helped with reembursing my belongings or what I've payed to keep my things there!
