The truck I had reserved was given to someone else so i was given a bigger truck which i didn't want. In the end it all worked out. At the dropoff location it was very confusing as to what entrance to use to drop off the truck. Because I went into the wrong one the attendant made me back the truck up and it was very crowded in the lot.Edmund L.

This location is quick to charge for thing's left behind or fee's instead of calling you to see if it was left in the rental truck on an accident or if you still want what was left. They are so unprofessional and rude to disabled renter's.Carletta W.

The staff on duty were excellent. However my reserved trailer was not available on the day of pickup. I was told to come the next morning and the equipment was not available. I had an event starting at 9am which is why i had it reserved the day before. I ended up using another type of trailer out of desperation which really didnt work and caused all kinds of additional issues. Concerned about future rentals.Tracey S.

When you order a UHaul truck be warned that you don't actually make a reservation but instead put yourself in a queue for available trucks that day. The day before my move I found out the truck I had â€œorderedâ€ 3 weeks before wasn't available until 6 hours after I initially requested. With no time to make alternate arrangements I spent the entire day moving. Thanks Uhaul for absolutely screwing me over with one of the stupider policies I've experienced as a customer.Anthony R.

App checkin didn't work. When I went inside the truck wasn't ready. Multiple additional damages that weren't previously identified (took pictures so I wouldn't get stuck with them). Instead of a quick remote checkin it took 30 minutes to actually get to drive the vehicle off the lot. When I brought it back, I was charged for 2 gallons of gas on a 4,1 miles trip (without a picture of the gas meter that looked the same as when I left). And charged more than double (including double insurance) for getting back 14 minutes after they had me checking out (but didn't account for all the time I had to spend walking around the vehicle and taking pictures of the damages they didn't mark). With that said, the interior of the truck was clean and the lady working the front desk was working hard and maintained her professionalism. I just can't recommend coming here after dropping the keys off and getting a bill for more than 2x the rental price after all the problems I had getting the truck in the first place. The business model seems to be to rip off the customers and hope they don't complain.Elderidge N.
Ease of access and plenty of local street parking. Parking lot was a mess, they had trucks in reverse order and it delayed the pickup process. Luckily, lot attendants were super helpful and friendly.Joshua D.

The battery died after I loaded my truck. I called the facility; a woman instructed me on the next step. My original wait time for roadside assistance was 120 minutes. 4 and 1/2 hours later the battery was replace. At the follow up call with Uhaul I was told the fees for the truck including the gas would be waived. I returned the truck to the original facility stated a new battery was installed, my wait time and what I was told by the UHaul rep on the phone regarding fees being waived. The woman who assisted me, the same person who originally rented me the truck and provided the initial instructions for roadside, said that is not true. She walked outside and came back to me as asked, "are you paying for the gas"? I began to explain to her what I was told by the UHaul rep on the phone, she continued to say that is not true. She continued to interrupt and I became frustrated with her. She was talking I was talking and she then said to me " I need to calm down and get out of her fucking face. You are in my fucking face and you need to calm down." I said to her I did not want to be in her ugly fucking face and left the facility. End of story. An improvement would be release this employee immediately, train your remaining employees properly to deal with and respect paying customers and each other, raise your hiring standards, and maybe conduct unscheduled site visits and observations.Lyn M.

Initially received quote for different location which was guaranteed through pick up date. Not the case. Called to confirm K St. Pick up and no trucks available. Sent me to new address and I confirmed price several times on phone which was higher when I arrived. (It was only 2 miles away and there were numerous trucks on lot!) Had to insist on getting back initial quote since location wouldn't let me pay and lock in rate over phone prior to arrival. Then 4 customers came in and I had to wait. Took over an hour to finally get a truck. Complete hassle dealing w/ uhaul in general. Only positive thing was truck was on the newer side and very clean and manager finally agreed to honor original quote. Entire process delayed my trip though.Leslie K.

Checking out equipment was time consuming even though I had pre-registered online. Waited in a long line for an extended period of time with others who had also pre-register online but had to retake drivers license photos and other administrative tasks previously accomplished online. I also did not choose this location, it was assigned to me without my input and I was unable to change it. I tried calling ahead, there was a long wait. The location I wanted to go to would not accept my equipment. Getting to this location with a trailer was difficult. I was also charged a fee for the personnel to unhitch my trailer (the connection wasn't the same as the video showed).Ryan M.

Your staff is terrific. My one complaint is that I was redirected to a different pick up location and different drop off location than I requested. Ultimately while I had to travel further to pick up the truck I was able to get the drop off location that I requested.Anne S.

The front desk is ignorant. Charged me $251 for an auto transport they did not provide, $40 safe tow coverage I did not need since I did not have an auto transport, $29,83 trailer/tow tax that I did not use b/c they did not provide a trailer. I went to this location on a busy Saturday, and I had the street parking set up and the movers coming in an hour. There was an unavoidable issue with the first piece of equipment I rented, but Chris went above and beyond to help me get back in time so that we could move out as scheduled. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and he put the customer first. Chris not only knew about the equipment on location, but he knew how to quickly and efficiently work with the reservation system. He was kind and courteous to everyone even though the store was packed and many people needed his help. Despite the fact that it was a stressful time for me because of the move, Chris made it by far the best experience I've ever had at Uhaul. Thank you again!CLAY G.
