I would not recommend anyone to use this company. We called to set up a reservation for a one way use of a trailer telling them we only needed it for one day. They don't disclose the fact that if you rent a one way trailer that it doesn't matter if you use it for 24 hours or the full 4 days you will be charged for 4 days. Which is a bit ridiculous to me to pay $330 for about 24 hour use. But when I spoke with customer service I was told sorry it's a flat fee for one way trailers and doesn't get prorated. I feel like I've been robbed of money. .

We had a great experience overall. The truck we needed was available. The whole process was easy. We got the truck, did what we needed to do, and returned it all with no problems. We even left extra gas in it!!!

We have been renting the truck and trailer for the last 6 years with uhaul and have never had a good experience. Owe didn't get our truck and trailer until a whole hour after our reservation. The truck tire had a leak.and went flat that we had to fix. The trailer had lots of dirt in it I had to sweep out. And every year there is a problem.I would like some type of refund for what I paid for. The service we get from you haul the last few years has been terrible with many other issues. Hopefully I will have my own truck and trailer so we won't have to.use uhaul ever again for our tailgating experience

I called ahead to request what I needed and it seems my request was not in the system. I thought the truck would be ready to go when I got there, but it needed air in the tires and new chains but the worker was very friendly and helpful. The cost I was provide over the phone was $100 less that what I was told when I got there. I changed the location from Atl to Heflin which was less miles so I'm not sure why the increase.

I was given a truck that had no adjustment for the seat to go up or down. I've driven 26' trucks before and I have never had difficulty seeing. The steering wheel was at eye level. They saw how tall I am and that's what they gave me. Also between 0 to 40 miles per hour the truck vibrated. It felt like my guts were turning into pudding. WORST ever experience with one of your trucks. If I get into one again like that, even under a time crunch, I'd rather carry the furniture. Oh, I also resent having to pay for two days when I return in one.

No one was at the counter when we arrived for our reservation appointment at 10am and no one arrived for 15 mins. Then it took another 15+ minutes to check out. I was only able to reserve 6 hrs instead of usual 24 hrs so I then asked if my return time was 4:30 since they weren't available and the rude general manager said no way. He was NOT friendly, empathetic or apologetic but very short and matter of fact. I will NEVER rent from that location for sure.

My comment is for U-Haul it's self, I did call them and they could not find a car trailer available in the whole Columbus & Atlanta area while on Box Rd they had many readily available. As for the service on Box Rd it was fantastic and the guy who toke care of us was extra helpful and serviceable

Although unforseen circumstances did occur, all of the U-Haul staff were very courteous and accommodating. Although the inside Staff was great the communication and storage was terrible. I called a week ahead to reserve a storage big enough for a 4 bedroom and when I arrived the storage could barely only fit one room. It cost me a lot of time and extra money and left me without a storage.

THE USE OF THE TRUCK THAT I DROVE FROM ALL THE WAY FROM BAY CITY, MICHIGAN TO COLUMBUS WAS LIKE A NIGHTMARE. I HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE WITH THAT TRUCK, IT NEEDED AN ALIGNMENT AND THE BRAKES HAD TO BE PUT TO THE FLOOR TO COME TO A FULL STOP, I CAME VERY CLOSE TO HAVING HIT A VEHICLE FROM BEHIND MANY TIMES AND WITH THE TWO TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT SURGERIES THAT I HAD HAD IN THE PAST WAS MAGNIFIED TO THE FULL EXTENT. I HAD TO STOP IN OHIO TO GET A HOTEL ROOM. AT A POINT, I COULD BARELY GET IN AND OUT OF THE TRUCK WITHOUT SEVERE PAIN. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MAKE MY TRIP IN NO LESS THAN 15 HRS. I LEFT BAY CITY, MICHIGAN AROUND NOON ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 31st. AND DIDN'T MAKE IT TO MY DESTINATION UNTIL AROUND 11:00 A.M. THAT FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 2nd I WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN DOING MY WHOLE INTIRE DRIVE BECAUSE OF THE BAD BRAKES THAT WERE ON THAT TRUCK, AT TIMES IT WAS VERY HARD FOR ME TO CLIMB BACK INTO THE TRUCK. I HAD TO CALL U-HAUL FOR EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE SEVERAL TIMES AND GOT NO HELP FROM THEM IN A REASONABLE TIME LIMIT, BUT I DID GET HELP FROM COMPLETE STRANGERS. I NEED TO HAVE A TALK WITH THE OWNER OF U-HAUL ABOUT ALL THAT I WENT THROUGH DURING MY TRIP FROM MICHIGAN TO GEORGIA, AND NOT TO MENTION THE TWO DIFFERENT TIMES THAT I HAD TO GET A HOTEL ROOM BECAUSE OF MY EXTREME PAIN, ANXIETY, STRESS, DISTRESS, MENTAL ANGUISH AND MUCH MORE.

When I did the "move out" paperwork online before my next payment was due, my emergency contact and myself were then harassed for over a month. I had contacted them 4 times to resolve the issue and none of those times did they ever "make a note" on my account or apologize for the harassment.

I appreciate Ryan and all the guys at Uhaul on Box Rd in Columbus Ga. Some times I was late on making my payments and these guys worked with me. Most people wouldn't. Not only that but overall they always was very helpful and just great people. Thanks to Ryan and the whole staff. Great work!

I had rat/ mice droppings in 95 % of my boxes. Rats/ mice had chewed through my clothing and other items. I had to throw away so much stuff due to the rats/ mice destroying the items. Almost everything smelled like rat urine and this was a inside storage room. Several expensive items were stolen from my storage and the staff, manager, general manager nor the owner did anything! Terrible customer service and terrible ran facility!
