Tony H.While the location was well stocked, large, and had the most options I have seen in some time, the intake employee I had to deal with upon returning my trailer is best described as rude and clueless. They seemed not to understand what was happening and what they needed to do, but they were certainly skilled at mubbling and walking away when I asked questions.

I rented this U-Haul to clear out a storage unit & by the time I picked up the U-Haul & began my trip, there was a Huge Thunderstorm; which stopped all my moving process . I also could NOT drive it back till the next day. I called to make arrangements & waited on hold 30 to 45 minute's, then again.. I then got a call from the manager & tried to explain my issue at hand, she wanted to hear nothing about it, and demanded the truck come back . I asked her for a Refund. I explained I put on less than 20 miles for my trip, that means I did not really drive the truck muxh at all .. Please someone call me & so we can discuss this matter further! Travis R. 850 408 7881

Shouldn't say "skip the line by checking in online" when I have to wait in line anyways and basically go through the whole thing minus having to pay which I already did online. Not sure if that's the location not following protocol or if that whole "skip the line thing" is bologna. Aggravating either way.

Ernestine P.We originally had this equipment rented from the Avery site down the street on Tennessee St but they did not have the reserved truck. The worker and General Manager were just rude! The worker laughed when he looked up our rsvp and said he did not have a truck. When I asked about alternatives he said we could drive 90 miles away to a location with a truck 11' longer. I asked him if he thought that solution sounded reasonable. He just smiled. I asked to speak with the GM and he made us wait 40 minutes before coming out of his office. When I approached him and asked about alternative solutions he said he would not talk to me because we were already offered a solution. All he kept saying in response to my questions is that he would not waste his time repeating what we were already told. We called the toll free number and then offered a truck the next day at the 5010 Tennessee location. Everyone was helpful with the exception of the 2 employees at the Avery location. They clearly don't understand how they get paid!!!
Michael S.I was in there several times last week. This huge location is in desperate need of additional help. My first visit, me and two other ladies stood there in the showroom for at least 10 minutes with not an employee around. Someone could have stolen tons of items and gotten away with it simply because there wasn't a soul in sight for such a long time!

MICHAEL B.Previous renter, or someone passing by the unsecure lot, decided it would be funny to have their dog deficate inside the trailer. I cleaned the trailer as best I could before leaving the lot. The lack of adequate staffing made it extremely difficult to report, so I just took a video of the issue. Now I'm apparently being charged a $15 cleaning fee. . . LIKE WTH ! No pleased at all ! Charge just added to my bill, no ability to dispute, comment or defend. Never going to use this location again and cancelling my upcoming reservation for my next rental in August.

Freddie J.Our uhaul location was moved 12 miles away from our selected location. We selected our location based on ease of transport and to reduce miles driven in the truck. The 12 mile difference created an additional 30 miles that we did not account for in our planning process. I was not pleased with the staff in how they handled our concerns as a staff member had no solutions or remedies. I then called customer service and again was not impressed and did not find my interactions helpful. I wanted to be compensated the gas that we paid due to Uhaul moving our location despite us choosing a convenient location.

You contact my family about payments. I even received notice that the auction had occurred. Then yesterday you somehow miraculously access the autopay I set up in store last September and charged my card for almost $500 all at once. Please make it make sense.

I could not wait because I had other items that I could not leave unattended while I waited in line. I called the store to report the stolen item and had to speak with someone in a call center. The agent stated that she sent a message to the store, but I was not contacted regarding the issue before the end of business hours.

Movers should be aware of the practices utilized by U-Haul when it comes to payments. Once they get your credit card or Debit card information, one will be continually charged without notice !
