It is an abomination that U-Haul will charge me out the nose if I fail to bring back sufficient gas in the tank but if I accidentally overfill, U-Haul will not give me a refund. Change corporate policy now.

The staff is particularly helpful!!! Thanks The rental fees are rather high… I have difficulty meeting my monthly payments for two storage spaces I just emptied one of them and so will no longer require that rental. Thanks anyway. Johanna Morrison

In my last experience, I was given a very bad truck. the biggest defect is that these Uhall trucks consume unusual fuel, and also all of them have locked rearview mirrors, which makes safe driving difficult, as each driver needs to adjust the mirror according to their size. the seats were torn and the adjustment strap was broken making me unable to adjust the seat. and finally, the truck has air intake problems in the doors and roof, making immense noises during the trip.

The person who took care of me was very polite , generous & vey helpful … The employee was about 2 months old but the way he handled everything on spot … to me that’s a great team member & would like for him to move on up thank you for your Service time and patience

tried to check in to pick up truck on my phone and it was not very user friendly. Maybe it was me! Otherwise your staff was very good.

Dropoff was extremely easy. Someone walked out within a minute of me pulling up, and she was able to quickly move and remove my trailer rental.

I would recommend this location, with a warning; the customer service was terrible. The individuals that I had to deal with, upon returning my rental, were so rude and lazy, I eventually just walked out. I ended up having to pay a late fee for not paying on the spot, but that was better than dealing their very unprofessional customer service reps.

They chargeme one price in the receipt and other different in my credit card.i return the van clean with gas.no scratch at all.all item returned.miles under 5 miles..not good this transaction

The truck was beat up- the visor was broken and it was making a knocking sound. The cabin smelled like Marijuana. But I love this location and found the staff very friendly and easy to work with.

The staff at this location was great with the excellent of one individual whom charged me a extra day because I was 15mins late dropping the truck off despite putting more gas in the vehicle than I rented it with. I think a bit of leniency could of been used seeing that I spent $344 last week with uhaul.

I made a reservations on two occasions for 7am and both times the store location was not closed, as the the store locator and signage on the door stated that the location open at 7am. I experienced a 30-45 min wait on each occasion.

They need to have better control of the rats in the place when I was walking in there was a big fat rat tuning in the floor and I was glad that my niece diet see it she is very scare of rats place work better to control your problem its not good for business

I have had bad business dealings with U-Haul in 2018 of over charging me in late fees,and also the last time I gave my card number to pay my storage bill, a young lady CSR back in Jan 2022, someone try to charge two grub hub charges for $64 and change each and they try to do some shopping online for $189 and some change, the only reason I know it was from someone who worked at U-Haul because it was a new càrd and that CSR was the only one I gave that number to. So no I will not be recommending no one to rent storage space because they hire dishonest employees. It just so happens that I have security protection on the card and all three transaction were declined and a hold was placed on my card until I notified the bank.

I've had the pleasure of renting both storage unit and a few trucks. The manager was very understanding, accommodating and professional. Excellent and sufficient customer service from both Kevin and staff.

Good with storage; no issues. You pay your monthly fee and belongings are safe and secure. Location is convenient but an update of storage facility would be nice.

I requested a first floor storage space because I was storing many heavy boxes after hours. When I got to the facility around 9pm, the storage was on the second floor making it impossible to carry up the boxes. I could not use the storage. After two tries, local staff was able to cancel my reservation and return my payment.

The only problem I had is when I tried to call they were long wait times and sometimes you just didn't get an answer that's not good you need to be able to get in touch with them better other than that my experience with U-Haul storage and trucking it's fine thank you

People are dumping their furniture in front of the main access way. Not only does it make it inconvenient but it also make the storage look like a local dump. Your staff do a great job making it clean but that recycling idea that you guys got have to go because it simply turned into the local dump. 95 % of the things that the people left is straight up GARBAGE that can not be salvage. Fix this problem immediately. Your staff do a great job of keeping the place clean.

I lost all my belongings because the unit was infested by rats and roaches and I never got my insurance back for the unit after I paid for insurance. I lost years of stuff including my kids baby blankets. I was just so unhappy with the out come of everything.

Everything was great. The young lady behind the counter, the short dark skin one was a great help. If it wasn't for the mice getting all in over your stuff you would have a A-1 shop.

I saw rat's dropping on my belongings. I had always paid on time, never missed payments but when I went to my storage unit I saw that they had put a second lock on my unit denying me access.

A little dark inside. I had to find a second unit with higher ceilings for some tall items. There's not enough parking space for customers. Staff were excellent.

Rodents headquarters i lost 2 bins there. Never again will i use their storage or recommend it anyone unless they want their good damaged by rodents.

Items had paint chips and white paint spray drops all over it as it seemed they painted above and around unit. Damage to anything that was not in box. Bins covered with paint.
